We have used A & E Air Conditioning for our rental property needs for several years now. They initially made a complete install of A/C & Heating to our rental house. It was an older farm house with no existing A/C except for window units. They did an excellent job in the installation of unit along with duct work They handled everything professionally and technicians were very courteous. Needless to say our renters are much happier with central A/C & Heat now. Since then they make periodic yearly maintenance checks to keep everything in working order.
