    Leo is the very BEST! He cleans our ice machine and maintains it 2 times a year. I work at a funeral home and he also services out body cooler. Always would recommend. He is so kind and professional.

    They were unable to help me with my countertop ice machine repair, but they were gracious and explained that a $600 machine is not cost effective to diagnose, repair, add Freon and test and that I would be better off to simply buy a new one with a warranty. Kind of a sad state of affairs with our appliances these days. They were very nice but no help for me.

    I was very pleased with the service provided.We purchased a brand new ice machine that had a faulty part and was losing water and not creating ice efficiently. We were told by the company we purchased it from that we didnt have a problem and that it was probably due to the heat (our last ice machine which was located in the exact same spot for ten years never had any issues during its life). I called a recommended maintenance company and they wouldnt even come out, also assuming it was because of the heat. I was becoming frustrated as our crew was unable to get ice from the new machine and had to go a gas station every morning before work.I called Dr Clean Ice and they not only identified the problem just by eye-balling the machine, but fixed the machine within a half hour. Our factory warranty covered the parts and all ended seamlessly well!Thank you so much for being so knowledgeable and professional!

    Leo was outstanding. We had a blower motor go out on our large walk in cooler. We could not reach our regular commercial refrigeration technician and there was a possibility of loosing $4,000 in inventory if this was not corrected in a timely fashion. Leo came out quickly, found the issue, ran across town for the part and had the walk in fixed quickly and at a great price. Thank you Leo, you are now part of the Proud Pie family! Saved the day and the Pies!!!

    Leo is the real Dr. Clean of Houston. Hes the blinged out jolly clean giant. He can spot a stain from a block away. He works out a ton, so no stain can escape his intense cleaning assault. Does a great job of keeping our ice cube maker clean and operating well. I heard he can even clean your car and make your junk look like new. Add thousands to your cars value instantaneously. Hes all about clean... Even his hair is the cleanest cut and shaven amongst any ice machine cleaners we have ever seen. Also is a humble guy and saavy businessman. Willing to work hard through the night to help his customers get up and running. Highly Recommended.
