    I live right down the street from Autobahn Service Center. I have always heard great things about this place and when my car died, I gave them a call. Farnoosh went above and beyond to help me out, even drove to my house to jump my car so I could drive it over to their shop. I don’t have a luxury car but don’t let that stop you from coming here. I will only come here the next time I have any car trouble. Could not recommend this place enough!

    AMAZING SERVICE! Mechanics there were super friendly, efficient, and quick. I was in and out within 30 ish minutes for a wheel alignment. I have a lowered car and they got my car on the rack no problem and showed me how they corrected my extreme toe in on my car. Overall amazing experience. Plus the prices were very reasonable and definitely gave me a reason to come back!

    Autobahn service center again did a fantastic job. I had a mishap on the highway coming back from a road-trip. A huge tire ended up destroying my starter and did some damage to my electrical cross pipe. Car wouldn’t start and I was stranded. I ended up towing it to Autobahn were Eric and his crew did their magic and my car was back on the road in no time. Extremely grateful for the work they do and I have always been left satisfied.

    I was pretty shocked when I first looked this place up to see on Google and Yelp they have 5 stars.....because that is VERY rare for an auto shop! Now that Ive been here a couple times, I can see why they have such high ratings. Ray and Alan are who Ive worked with both times for my Mini Cooper, and they were awesome. With such high ratings, it makes sense that theyre always extremely busy. However, they were always able to squeeze me in in a relatively short amount of time. I didnt feel like they overcharged me for anything, which is also rare for an auto place. Even just waiting in the lobby and seeing the kindness in the way they speak to every customer, really made me feel at ease. I hope I never have to see them again haha, but if I have another car issue I will be back FOR SURE!

    Had to drop off my X1 here a week back for OEM part replacement which I had already bought and this was the only place that agreed to swap out parts by just costing the labor and the price was very reasonable! I can’t appreciate these guys enough and even though swapping out didn’t fix the issue they offered to diagnose and see if I wanted to fix it and they did. Hands down best service in town! I’m definitely gonna be their regular customer now. Thank you very much for fixing my car!!PS: First time customers get 25% off their bill which was amazing!

    Came in as first time customer after reading great reviews online, was not disappointed. Ray took care of me and he was great, addressed all issues I came to them with and did a routine checkup to see if I needed any other work done. He explained each recommended service and why it’s due, then clued me in to which services weren’t necessary immediately so I could stay in budget.I never felt like I was being pressured or manipulated into unnecessary costs, it was a straightforward experience. I got a discount on labor, even so they seems to have pretty competitive pricing. All around good experience, glad to find a shop with helpful and trustworthy people, will be back!

    Ive been coming to this place for several years now. I avoid going to the Mercedes dealer (because of some bad experiences), instead I bring it to Autobahn. Very professional, very courteous, and only perform service that is needed. Ray, at the front desk, is just exceptional. To give you an example, I noticed something on the undercarriage of my E350. I was concerned I might be having a bigger problem. Ray took a look, put it up on the jack, fixed the problem, even as I waited and when I asked him how much it cost, he said the problem was fixed at no cost!

    Always good service. The guy who set up my appointment was out sick. The person who is the service manager, was actually covering in the repair shop due to somebody out after procedure. He came in prepared to work in the garage, only to find out that the service associate was out sick. That was a funny story to begin. He definitely took care of me. I thought that they would be behind. I think that this is the fastest that I have been in and out. It only took 1 hour for my oil change and tire rotation. When you told me that the car was ready, I had just grabbed a cup of coffee. Always great service. Owner is super nice and is always speaking when he comes by.

    Ive taken my cars to Autobahn for more years than i can remember as I found them to have the trained techs and tools to handle the jobs correctly and thoroughly.     My son took my car in yesterday for a routine oil change. My initial call was wonder, the manger was pleasant and very accommodating to my same day appointment. My son, who’s also a mechanic let me know they were the real deal!. They treated my car with great care. They’re recommendations were on point and he trusted they’re judgement and quality of attention and work. He trusted them so much, he’s even taking his car for routine maintenance as well.     Customer service is pronominal. Fixed the first time and no repeat visits with same issue. Getting your European luxury car repaired is never cheap but these guys make it a little more affordable. No disappointment. There is a wait list for repairs and now you know why.

    As a female and a single mother, I have to share all of the amazing experiences I have encountered while using Autobahn Service Center in Plano. Besides the fact they have drinks and donuts every single time Im there and they wash my car inside and out after each repair. I have always driven older vehicles and I have used this shop on several occasions over the 5 years. They are honest, dependable, and reliable. Ive had female family members who take their vehicles to other shops who quote them unnecessary and expensive repairs only to use Autobahn Service Center in Plano as a second opinion and they quoted only what was necessary to resolve the issue. Ive also had to have repairs in which they worked out a payment option so I could retain my vehicle as quickly as possible. The manager, Jeff, is a great guy who does not hesitate to help out in anyway he is able. Im so thankful to have found this shop. Car repairs are not as scary as they used to be! Jeff and his team make life so much easier for us women!

    I could not be happier and Cant recommend Autobahn service Center enough!!! I had problems with my BMW for the wheel and Tires alignment I had to bring it to the BMW dealership first and they quoted me 3x what Autobahn charged me! I tried to fix the problem couple of times with other shops, Unfortunately it never got completely fixed .. Autobahn quality is great and their pricing is very fair!     This is the best auto service center Ive ever been to. They deserve more than five stars for providing exceptional, and, most importantly, honest customer service. Service manager Jeff Kolter goes out of his way to make sure customers are well taken care of, as does everyone at Autobahn. The mechanics are professional and experienced and have kept my 14-year-old truck in top condition, especially Milo who has figured out problems with it that probably would have cost me a fortune somewhere else, and still wouldnt be fixed. I highly recommend Autobahn, I wont take my cars anywhere else.

    Cant recommend Autobahn of Plano enough!!! I have been going to Autobahn for 2 years now and every time I have brought my car in there they have gone above and beyond what I expected.     If you want quality, trustworthy and reliable service for your car, Autoboahn Plano is the place! I have been taking my and my dads car here for a little while, and will recommend to everyone. I had a recent oil change done by a different shop only because the other shop was open Saturday. Big Mistake. The other shop could not even do a simple oil change correct so I took it back to Autobahn to repair the damage caused by the other place, and Autobahn did the repair at no charge. And they even drove me to and from work. I couldnt believe how customer service oriented they are and how much they care about their customers to go out of their way to fix a mistake caused by another shop, and went over in detail where the other shop went wrong. Autobahn has excellent service and very honest which is rare for car repair shops, I highly recommend and I will never take my car anywhere else again.     These guys are excellent! !! I took my car in after a brake repair, turns out the guy (not Autobahn) that repaired them, didnt complete the job and I had brake fluid leaking... VERY dangerous. As soon as I arrived they gave me 100% of their attention and immediately told me the issue and quoted me on the spot. The pricing was very fair, repairs were done with precision, and they were super fast! I will be bringing my car back and referring others.

    Awesome and honest and so helpful!Ive taken my Honda to Autobahn for 2 years now for oil changes, major repairs and second opinions. They are upfront and practical with advice and pricing.     To try out the service, I brought in my son’s car needing a relatively minor repair, under $150. Service was friendly and straightforward, no up-sell pressure, just serviced what I requested. Upon picking up my repaired vehicle, I didn’t expect what I got - they had washed the outside and shined the wheels, and all but detailed the inside (e.g. vacuumed)! It was my intent to repair and clean the car for my son as part of his Christmas; Autobahn gifted us both! Wow! Well done! The extra touches matter.

    Howard and the men of Autobahn provide an excellent customer experience top to bottom. I recently took in my Volvo for some suspension work an an alignment.     Alan was very transparent and helpful. I think think is a very fair shop and you wont get the same consideration from the dealership. They swapped a couple extra seals at cost since they were already in there and no additional labor was required to access. Cant see this happening at the dealership where youre often charged whatever the assigned labor hours are per job. Also went out of his way to give me some direction on a larger issue that I may be able to take up with Audi and get covered under a service bulletin.Only downside was the loaner car was old (2004) and headlights werent aligned well for night driving. One thing to note is that a loaner is a decision point for me to choose a shop as I dont like the extra steps & cost of arranging a rental.

    I made an appointment for a Service B for my C300. I also need to get my inspection done. They do not offer this service. I was utterly surprised when the Service Manager extended the offer to take my car and get the inspection done. Speaking of going ABOVE & BEYOND!     Fantastic Mechanics! (and everyone else too!). Autobahn Service Center did some suspension work on my 2008 Jaguar XJ Vanden Plas recently, and I couldnt be more pleased. I was concerned about finding someone other than the dealer to work on this car, but I am glad I brought my car here. Great work at a fair price.     So grateful I found this place thanks to Yelpers. In a year and a half, they have worked on 4 different import vehicles of ours - a classic & a fairly new BMW, a classic Mercedes, & an Acura. So my report is from many visits, quite varied issues, & varied ages of vehicles.Every time they are very straightforward about what is wrong, how much it will cost, and how long it will take. They are no fluff, very honest and realistic. Waiting room is comfortable, free Wi-Fi, beverages and a few snacks, clean attractive restroom - rare in an independent auto shop.Theres NO bait & switch or upsell. Recently we had a headlight problem, they thought they fixed it. By the time I got home it was not working again. Howard apologized but without arse-kiss (awesome, not necessary), credited us with the unnecessary new light bulb and labor, then fixed the deeper issue when I had time to get the car back to them.I appreciate the easy key drop after hours, so much better then fighting traffic to get there before they close so they can start in the early a.m.CALL for an appointment, they are great at assessing when they can get to work on your vehicle.

    I have been using Autobahn Service Center for four years to maintain my two cars 2006 HHR and a 2004 Jeep Liberty Renegade. Adam is responsible for both. These are daily drivers, the goal is to keep them safe, running and pass the annual state inspection. The HHRs highspeed fan on the HVAC stopped working several years ago, but the other settings continued to work. The remaining fan speeds stopped working. Adam diagnosed the HVAC Control Unit as the culprit. Unfortunately, GM had discontinued this part, it was unavailable on the secondary market. Ray was able to locate a replacement part from a salvage yard (1 year warranty), Adam installed, and I am on my way with a cool car. Autobahn is an interesting service center you see the full range of cars: Ford, Chevrolet, Acura, Honda, Porsche, BMW, Mercedes Benz, as will a Lamborghini. They are good people

    You got a M5? Bring it to these guys, they know exactly how and what needs to be fixed. Affordable, reasonable and most of all overall happiness is there number 1 priority when it comes to repairing your car. Yes this picture you see is my own car 2008 bmw m5 e60. However besides that I have been going to these guys for the last 3 years. Before this car I had a 2014 Mercedes e350 and I still came to these guys. Bottom line you want peace of mind? Go to Autobahn Service Center.

    Took my VW Passat for repair today to fix front lower arm bushings as per issue identified with dealer. Hopefully they fixed all things right. Their cost was 50% less than dealer. It would have been nice if the people in front desk can spend few mins and review what was done, if any other issues were identified as such. I told some dashboard lights were popping out and the gentleman asked me to shell 100$ to read the issue from car computer. I told forget it coz i knw its not 100$ worth including labor cost. I m first time customer. If he showed some grace & checked & identified if any issues i would have gone to their shop and fixed it, now i think i will wait for some more time. Its in their best interest & increase business to do some quick checks and report to clients. Anyway i think i will visit em again. They have a stocked fridge, coffee & even served donuts n morning.

    The place is absolutely great. The oil changes and service visits are slightly more than half, 55% roughly, what they are at the stealerships. In short if I want the oil changed here it is 125$, at the nearest dealership it is $125 plus $110 for the cup of coffee. Give this place a try.

    The men of 82nd Airborne is correct when they say this is a great place to have work on your vehicle. I was in and out quickly. The price they quoted was reasonable. What I was most impressed with was their communication. They answered questions timely and sent a quote. I will be going back.

    Ive been using Autobahn Service Center since 2010 when I owned a 1991 Mercedes Benz 420 SEL and a 1991 Mercedes Benz 560 SEL. Howard and crew at Autobahn kept both cars operating at peak performance for the 3.5 yrs I drove these two old cars. These old cars are not cheap to operate when something breaks however, Howard would always give me options to choose from which would weigh cost against performance. Ive since sold both Mercedes and purchased 21st Century cars. I recently found myself in a parking lot with a dead battery that would not jump start. I had it towed to Autobahn and Howards team had it back in service 2 hrs later. Autobahn may not always be the least expensive place in town but it is highest quality workmanship with a shop manager that stands behind the work. Thank you, Howard.

    I have a 1999 CLK320 that needed the latch for the convertible top replaced. Dealership price was in excess of $4,000. Because I could source my own parts, the total cost was a little under $900. And it was fixed RIGHT.

    A battery in my X5 was losing its charge causing sensors to turn on and off.     I took my 2010 s63 amg mercedes down to autobahn about 3 days ago to put 2 airnott front and rear drivers side air struts on my car now i had brought these myself and all i needed was for some body to put them on for me i had went to 5 other places before that was surposed to be big name car repair shops but when they seen the car they got scared and said we do not do that kind of car but on the phone they was talking all this stuff like they could do it and stuff . so i call autobahn and talked to them and they told me that it was nothing they could not fix on my benz so i took my car to then and not only did they put the airnott struts on they i had already brought in , plus they they did all kind on testing to make sure my car was working fine , plus they gave me a free car wash not only did autobahn save me 3000 dollars plus but you can tell when you go in that they are professionals, autobahn you have a customer for life and this is the place that i refer everybody to
