Hands down awesome customer service! We were out of town working a project with an extremely tight deadline. Our originally vendor had some issues with materials. I contacted a service tech late Friday night who got me in contact with Edwin Williams early Saturday morning. Edwin went out of his way to help a couple of complete strangers and because of that kindness we were able to meet our deadlines. Thank you Edwin and Texas Compression Services!

Not an approved supplier for my company, but I have had two emergencies where I had to call them for quick service. My supplier was unable to meet expectations for a quick resolution for my issue. A cold call to Texas Compression services was immediately able to resolve my problems the same day. These were not small problems concerning my air supply (3 Phase Compressor). First was a problem with an air dryer. My supplier gave me a 1 month lead time. The second was the replacement of the compressor itself. 2 Week lead time from my supplier and Texas Compression Services had a replacement on the way the same day they were called. Crazy amazing....their quick response saved me thousands of dollars that would have been lost to down time. Hats off to a great business with real solutions.

Texas Compression recently finished installing air piping in our manufacturing facility, cant explain how happy we are with the install. Also with the professionalism/craftmanship of the installers Xavier and Anthony. Would have no problem recommending them. We are so pleased we are canceling our service contract with another company and will be going with Texas compression for our compressor servicing.

Wow...this never happens. Edwin answered my call, super polite - addressed all my questions, told me he had a cheaper option for me and even called me back to give me a referral for someone else to help me. I asked him if he could clone himself and work at the bank, grocery store, hospital, insurance company, etc. What a great display of customer service and phone etiquette. Fantastic service technicians. Know their stuff. Came out and quickly repaired our compressor. We then looked to purchase a new unit, and not only was Houston Compression able to sell us a compressed air system, including large tank, and dryer, they also provided and installed the cool piping in our plant.

I work at Hodges Collision on Tomball Parkway and they were out in no time to fix our down compressor. It wasnt a major fix but still they took care of it fast were very friendly and helpful. Thank you for the expert service.
