    Ive been operating out of the NRH Warespace facility for over 1.5 years and its been an excellent experience. Its a nice, clean facility with great perks and amenities like the kitchen/coffee station, loading docks, shipping area, etc. They have offices and warehouse spaces of varying sizes, as well as tons of parking for employees or fleet/company vehicles.The General Manager, Chris, and his team are super friendly and always available on-site to assist with any issues. The building has its own small community feel and the tenants are all very friendly and helpful.Id definitely recommend Warespace to anyone looking for flex property where they have the business perks of an office but the utilitarian advantages of a warehouse.Ill be eager to renew our lease when it comes time!

    When I tell you that this was the best decision we have made for our nonprofit, I mean it! The space is safe and secure, SUPER CLEAN and accommodating, and most of all, fun! Mailboxes, conference room, coffee and comradery are included. Getting shipments large and small here is a breeze and Chris (the manager) goes above and beyond to be helpful and really makes the entire place feel like we are one big family and part of a team! We love Warespace and dont plan on leaving ANY time soon! If you are looking for a safe, secure warehouse/space, look no further! This is it.

    Although short lived, my experience at Warespace ( North Richland Hills) was phenomenal. This location was very clean, and spacious. I needed a space for my business, and Chris ( the manager) was very attentive, informative and patient throughout the process. I felt comfortable renting a unit and if I were to move back to the U.S, I would most certainly rent another unit.

    I am excited about this great concept and wonderful management team. What a great opportunity for a small business in NRH. The warehouse is clean, and easy to access. Management is spot on - helpful, on top of things and willing to go above and beyond. They provide so much for small businesses and start up companies, shelving provided, pallet jacks for your use, coffee, community kitchen, both types of loading docks, internet, electric, and secured doors. Check them out - let Chris know you want to be my neighbor (just kidding).

    This place is awesome! Such a positive environment! Super CLEAN. Chris is such a wonderful Manager. He is always eager to help.The Network of vendors is priceless. Everyone is always eager to help with Internet, printing, heavy lifting issues.The availability of carts, equipment, etc. is phenomenal.This is better than working from home because of the Network and Versatility of the people and businesses here.

    I will also add a 5 star review. We recently rented a unit, one of the last ones too. woooooo we got lucky. Our current place the new ownership cut power to our units and said they had a policy change. And we paid to have the power ran and installed 2 years ago. So we found warespace. What an awesome concept and facility. It has everything a small business needs and is very much affordable. Management is beyond amazing and just extremely helpful and on the tenant side. everything we needed is on site and more. Best thing about it is is by far in the best DFW location you can ask for and heck even dream for. Thank you for being open and we can not wait to move in and start shipping our doors and windows......

    Honestly, for a small business that is working to grow, you shouldnt look anywhere else. First, this place is clean and well maintained. Second, The Property Manager is Steller. He has been with us through some of our own growing pains and never batted an eye. He got us what we need and keeps on being amazing. The warehouse space is perfect to start out small then grow to something large. I cannot recommend this place enough. Chris is the guy you want to talk to!

    After being at WareSpace NRH almost 3 months I can whole-heartily say I love renting a business space there. The facility is clean and well maintained, and the GM is always onsite and available. The community of other businesses there is a great networking opportunity, and the scheduled monthly and holiday get-togethers are a fun added perk!

    WareSpace has provided an absolutely excellent experience for us at 2Fellas Moving Co. The manager of our location, Chris Ferguson, has added tremendous value to the brand with his attention to our requests, timely responses, and concern for business health. We got an opportunity to personally meet the founders, Levi and Joseph, in addition to their director, Jeff, and all were equally excellent, energetic, and interested in our operation...in addition to asking for our perceptions of value and improvements! So far, we have found a unique and very durable relationship here. We have even met and worked with other managers like Crystal at the south Fort Worth location, and again she impresses us with her attention and interest. VERY CONSISTANT OPERATION. We look forward to many years of growth alongside such a great partner who continues to demonstrate a genuine focus on the otherwise often passed-over need for quality leased market space suited to small/medium size industry. True trailblazers with this concept...and execution! Well done! If you are looking...then you have found it.

    Warespace is a game-changer for us. As a small business that moved from NYC to DFW, I was overwhelmed with finding the perfect spot. SO GLAD Warespace was able to support us on this!First off, big props to Chris, the manager. Hes on the ball, always there when you need him, and super helpful! The whole vibe in this place is awesome. Positive, friendly and professional.Its clean and safe. The 24/7 access is a lifesaver. It also has free coffee and sometimes donuts -- and the fridge open for tenants.Seriously, if youre in need of a shared warehouse, this is the spot. Cant recommend it enough!
