We have been tenants for over 1 year and Krista is a pleasure to work with. Very professional and keeps the environment clean and tidy. The space is great with the amenities that we need, good security and great tenants as well. Everyone seems to watch out for each other. We went from having 4 storage units to a small warehouse space that worked for us. Also there easy access to highways which adds another convenience factor. Plenty of carts, pallets jacks, etc for everyday use. Bonus also 24/7 access to the unit is another huge benefit.

Weve been leasing space here for about 6 months now and its been a great experience. Facilities are clean, secure, and well-maintained. Krista is always responsive, friendly, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality rental space with top-notch management!

As a new tenant to WareSpace, I can’t say enough good things about Krista the General Manager. Krista is always on top of things making sure all tenants feel welcomed and appreciated. The property is always clean and well maintained from the office areas, restrooms, conference room, to the shipping and receiving areas. This is a safe and professional place to run a business with unlimited growth potential. I own multiple businesses and I’m planning on growing into a larger unit very soon. I’m glad that I found this place. This place has already helped me find additional way to grow my business.

We have been searching for a convenient warehouse space for our distribution business. When we found WARESPACE and visited the location, we were amazed in how great the location is and all the convenience they offer. Krista Neissl, the warehouse manager took us through the entire building, showed us all the options, different spaces as well as all the forklifts, dollies, carts and shipping and receiving area that makes everything so convenient.
