    This is the second time I have used the Grout Doctor to seal up my bathrooms. Both times I’ve used them the technician was on time and very respectful of my home.     Recently had the grout doctor out and they did amazing! Donald was my technician who has been doing this 10 years and I’m so impressed by the quality of work done to make it look brand new. I have 4 dogs and have had many more and cats too and the entire floor looks beautiful. I will not be spending money to take it out now! They also made my shower look as amazing as it possibly can. Can’t wait to get the shower pan refinished next! Call them now! I was happy with the money spent.

    We recently moved into a home and the grout was dirty and not looking too good. We initially reached out to a competitor of Grout Doctor, and then decided to take the recommendation of others to use Grout Doctor. Well they were right!!! The floors look absolutely amazing!     My master and guest bathroom tiles look like they did when I first had my home built. This was one of the best decisions I have made in a long time. The Grout Doctor-McKinney stood by their work and best of all, they explained the correct way to keep it looking new. You don’t have to keep searching for someone to do the work. Consider my review as your one last stop to a showroom tile/grout finish. The tech, Joey, was very courteous and thoroughly reviewed all work that was done. If you are in need to have your bathroom returned to the initial days of new home build, then call the Grout Doctor-McKinney. You will not be disappointed.

    The builder of my home didn’t use stain resistant grout and after 12 years it looked really bad and was hard to clean. I had attempted to fix the problem myself using a consumer product from a BigBox store. Unfortunately that product didn’t hold up. I found Grout Doctor in a home magazine and didn’t believe the advertisement. Had them come and look and just wow!! What a first class experience from sales all the way to install. Big plus, these guys hire their own installers and don’t subcontract. Dylan did my install, so much better than replacing the tile.

    Clayton, the franchise owner came out personally to give me a bid. The price he quoted was very fair! Donald and Dalton did an amazing job with our floor and shower. They completely exceeded my expectations! Awesome job by everyone!!!!!

    My floors look great! Clayton came over for estimate and we had Joey and Tyler were able to come in and start the work. We had our shower and floor cleaned and colored sealed. They look amazing! I am very happy and satisfied with the service.

    I was impressed with the entire experience with the Grout Doctor Mckinney. Al arrived right on time for my estimate. He was thorough and explained what work would be done.Donald arrived to do the work on our shower. He was super polite and cheerful. He didn’t make a mess and put down mats under all his supplies/equipment. The shower looks fantastic! I think better than it did when we bought the house (new construction). Both Al and Donald gave me instructions for how to care for the shower/ grout going forward.Tracy in the office was also super helpful! Highly recommend the Grout Doctor!

    From the estimate appointment to the completion of the job the Grout Doctor was excellent! They worked miracles in my master bathroom replacing the grout that was improperly installed during remodel less than a year ago. I highly recommend you use them for your grout/bathroom needs. I would have given them 10 stars, exceptional work and the price was fair.

    Six months ago, I had Grout Doctor redo my master bath grout and caulking in my 7 year old home - they did a great job, their price was fair, their work looked wonderful, and they completely cleaned up after doing the job - AND the guy that did the work was pleasant and smiling - unusual these days. The other day I called because I saw a few small mold spots starting in some of the caulking material - 40 years of owning homes and Ive never found any caulk that lived up to the manufacturers no mold claims, so I wasnt upset about the mold, it happens, I just wanted it fixed. Dalton came out again (still smiling), and resolved the issue quickly to my 100% satisfaction - EXCELLENT, prompt, friendly customer service - they made it a pleasure to do business with them!

    Grout Doctor just re-finished our grout and we love the results. My son walked in yesterday and said that the floor looked brand new. The technician was on time and very courteous.     We are very pleased with the Grout Doctor. The owner came to our house in the country (most dont). We talked over several options and even gave an opinion about walk-in tubs. We decided to not redo the whole shower, but to clean, regrout, and seal. The techs were on time, worked efficiently, cleaned up, and the work was outstanding. We made the right choice with the Grout Doctor!

Hal was responsive dropping by and gave me a accurate and detailed estimate. The technician Joey, was very responsive and prompt for the appointment. He was knowledgable, did fantastic work on cleaning, sealing and recaulking my walk in shower. He took the time to explain the detailed work he perfomed, answered all my questions, was very tidy on the job, and relayed beneficial information on maintenance and cleaning.     Great service! The workers came earlier than the appointment time. They were professional and taught me how to take care of the grout and sealant on my granite. They also made sure that the sealant matched my grout by applying it and then getting my approval. The grout looks great! I was in the process of moving and wasn’t paying attention to time and Susan allowed me to reach out to her after business hours.I would definitely call them again if I need any additional services.

    Frank and Al came to my home to replace tiles and grout damaged by foundation issues. They also cleaned all of my grout and tile. This involved a large area of my living space, and they spent the entire day taking care of this problem. The shower stall in my bathroom needed re-grouting and cleaning and they took care of that too! I was very comfortable with them being in my home - very nice guys and very hard working! My tile and grout looks brand new, and I thank Frank and Al very much for that!!!

    We had an urgent need for help with our kitchen floor. Within 2 hours of calling, the owner was at our home assessing the situation and gave us 3 options at 3 price points.     We had areas of our large master shower re-grouted and the whole shower re-caulked, color sealed, and then the floor sealed. Dalton did a an excellent job and the shower looks better than when it was new. Excellent work. Highly recommend.

    Al and Francisco sealed our grout for us in our brand new home. They were (are) fantastic!!! We had an unexpected issue with tiles being replaced and they had zero issue coming BACK and sealing what was left. Its rare to meet such genuine people who are good at their craft and actually care. These people are IT!! Susan gave me her personal cell to set up appointments- she is amazing as well. Wish I could give these guys 100 stars.
