Amazing job! I called this morning and got same day service! Rudy came out and was so thorough with my sofa upstairs and rug. I have had many carpet cleaners before but he took the time to really ensure that my sofa was clean of the puppy pee. Got the cutest puppy for Christmas but he’s peeing everywhere. Having company over and Rudy made my sofa and rug look as if it were brand new! Thank you and have Rudy saved on my phone. Will only be using you guys from now on. AMAZING work. My 2 kitties decided to randomly start peeing on a vintage sofa we’ve had and although it is a little pricey, 4 hours later and it doesn’t smell of cat urine (if you know you know). I would definitely recommend for homes with pets. Our carpet and sofa had a terrible smell from our dogs and especially with our puppy potty training. Chris and Aaron were really friendly and efficient. The cost was a little more than I thought, but well worth it. Everything looks and smells so much better.

I had just finished taking care of my sons 2 dogs for 4 months so my condo had 3 dogs who shed. One of my sons dogs messed on the carpet. Now it’s all so clean and smells great. This company may not be the least expensive but it’s worth the price!

I’m going to do you the favor of not sharing the “before” photos. Long story short, one of our dogs had a really bad day and made a really bad mess of the couch and carpet. We did what we could but there was still staining and residue and my wife wanted to throw out the whole couch and get a new one.I convinced her to let me try and handle it and ended up calling Steam Master and they got me set up in a hurry, Shaun and Ivan showed up ahead of schedule and ready to go. They did a great job and I could not be happier with the results.Shaun was quick to identify the exact material the couch was made of and treat it accordingly, and Ivan was very thorough with taking care of the prep work on the other spots that were a problem.5/5 will be calling Steam Master again!

I had a pipe leak in my ceiling, which resulted in a bunch of nasty water flooding a carpeted area, and Michael S and his team came the same day that I called, and not only took care of this problem (which I thought was going to be completely irreparable) but also cleaned all of the other carpets in my home for a very reasonable price in half a day! They turned what couldve been a disaster into an actual huge improvement in the quality of my home!While they were here they also cleaned some furniture and left everything looking spotless and smelling fantastic. From the person who answered the phone, recognizing the urgency in my voice and sending someone the same day, to the professionalism of Michael S and his team from the moment they arrived, I cannot speak highly enough about these services. Most importantly, they got the job done, but also did so being very polite, kind, respectful, and with very reasonable fees considering the extent of the work. I am selling my house, and I think the investment in cleaning will be doubled by the wow factor of my spotless carpets! I dont think theres much worse for a homeowner than recognizing that youve had dirty water leaking onto your carpet for three days ...but they completely deescalated what couldve been a giant emergency and turned it into something good. Cannot thank them enough and would recommend highly to anybody. Even if its not an emergency, just get your carpets cleaned. It completely rejuvenates your home!

Hardwood floor wax stripping? This company is the best and fairly priced. George and Jonathan saved the day for our hardwood floors. We had 13 years of wax buildup and I was unable to get it up with my brand new Prolux machine ($550) or any chemical at Home Depot. In less than a day’s work, our hardwood floors are back to their natural state - free of wax. George and Jonathan, we will be forever grateful for your willingness to perform this huge job at a reasonable price. A+++

Victor and Shaun came out to clean my sectional and rug so I can have a clean home for hosting Thanksgiving this year. They were both kind and professional. Did a great job!! My couch looks fresh and clean! I definitely recommend having them out if you are looking for a professional cleaning job.

I called to book an appointment at 12 pm and by 1pm, tech Chris was at my house steam cleaning 4 rooms of carpet at a great price. Chris was very helpful and pleasant and did a great job. I highly recommend this company.

I had a stain on a sisal rug that wouldn’t come out and upstairs bedroom carpet cleaned. Shaun and Alex came out and were an absolute pleasure to deal with. We had tried everything on the sisal rug and lost hope but they got the stain out and made the upstairs carpet look like new. They weren’t pushy salesmen, just friendly and hardworking. I’d highly recommend and would call them again!

Edward saved our couch! We had an accident with one of our dogs and thought our couch was ruined. He was super friendly and helpful. He took his time to really detail all the areas and our couch is good as new again! I really appreciated how considerate Edward was of our home.

Edward did an amazing job with my cleaning! I had a mattress and a couch that had a horrible stench and I tried everything I could to get it out. I called up Edward and he got all of the stains and stench out and even mixed up his own little scent to make it smell better! If I ever need cleaning again, Im definitely calling him back. Professional, clean, and smooth process.

Julio and Victor were very professional, explained all the costs very clearly and did a terrific job. Highly recommend! Our 20 year old carpet, which looked every minute of it, looks more like 5 or 6 year old carpet now. Were very pleased and wont hesitate to use them again.
