Jim Bob (franchise owner) and his associate did a terrific job on restoring our cream-color dining room/foyer tile floor. The wide grout was soiled quite badly after 10+ years of doggie pressure. After grout cleaning and the recommended additional bone coloring added to the grout, the entire floor looks brand new! We were quite amazed and did not expect nearly this quality of restoration! And, their pricing was within in few dollars of estimates from two other vendors. We highly recommend them for quality, personalized service, and promptness!

I used The Grout Doctor from a referral. We used franchise owner Jim Bob. 1st all I got an appointment for an estimate pretty quickly. Jim came out and saw what I needed. I had 5 counter tops recaulked in 5 rooms. I also had a shower regrouted. John, was the technician that did the work. He takes his time and makes sure his work is right and acceptablefor the customer. He arrived on time and was ready to get started. He cleaned up afterwards. I feel like pricing was fair. I will definitely use them again and refer them. I personally would request John for my jobs. 😊

I was going to replace my tile fireplace. I decided to call the Grout Doctor first to see if they could make it look better. It looks awesome after cleaning and a new coat of stain. My fireplace looks brand new. So happy I called. Great tech - great experience!
