This is the second time I used the Grout Doctor. Each time they were courteous, on time for the scheduled estimate and date(s) of work. One of the jobs was not completed to my satisfaction. So i asked Jim to return and we discussed the options. He completed the corrective work the next day. We are happy customers and would certainly recommend them as someone that stands by their work. -
