    Overall I like the zone. For student housing it’s a great location with two bus lines for getting to classes. I like the built in desks/shelves a lot. The amenities are nice but a few of the workout machines were broken for a while during my first year and the pool/hot tub seems dirty most times I go (which is not super often). Maintenance is also kinda slow but it’s manageable and the staff is friendly.

    I have lived at the zone since my freshman year, and i have been living there for 3 years now. i love the management, they’re always so sweet! and you can’t beat the price, it’s the lowest they have in college station!

    Perfect first apartment!!!My boyfriend and I have lived here since August 2024 and so far it is a perfect first apartment. When we first moved in, we had a few complications however, maintenance came within MINUTES and fixed everything right up even weeks later they do things in a perfect timely matter, I believe it is perfectly located in College Station for college students attending A&M. There is a bus stop, but also not a far drive to campus. We love it so far and so do our pets!

    HOLY COW YALL!! Rebecca was amazing, I would simply sign because of her enthusiasm and love for her work place. She was very informative, detailed with the differences of each floor plan and explained the amenities very well. I was stunned. As soon as we walked in I felt special, she is very in tune and clearly loves what she does. Good stuff Ms.Rebecca‼️

    Absolutely love this place. I waited a long time to write this review because I wanted to give the most honest and thorough review possible. I have only one word to describe this place, Cozy. If youre currently a student looking for housing then I whole heartedly recommend The Zone. Its your home away from home and has an amazing supporting staff from maintenance to the front office and everyone in between. I cant even tell you how many times Ive sat and just talked with the staff because theyre just so friendly. The spaces are comfortable, the amenities are great, Its super close to campus, and its incredibly affordable. I have recommended The Zone to so many people and all of them agree. I have had numerous issues come up but the staff has ALWAYS been quick and solved any issues Ive had. So again, I definitely recommend The Zone to anybody who is looking for housing and especially people who have had bad experiences in the past.

    I have leased an apartment at The Zone at College Station for my son for the past two years. Any issues that we had were dealt with quickly after a message to management; including brand new carpeting in his room the day before he moved in due to the prior tenant having a cat.

    I just signed a lease with The Zone, and the leasing manager, Amaris, was extremely helpful. She made sure to help me out, and was very professional and efficient. I’m very content with the service and would recommend living here as well!! My apartment is very nice and clean, and super well insulated.

    Living at The Zone has been fantastic! Amaris, one of our leasing agents, needs a raise with her utterly exceptional service and warmth. If you live here and you have any issues/ questions/ comments/ concerns I would highly recommend taking it up with Amaris, she truly goes the extra mile for this place and can tell she really loves her job!The amenities are top-notch, and the apartment itself is modern and spacious. The location is also a HUGE plus!Highly recommend living here for any students looking for a great place with fantastic customer service to reside!!

    I’ve enjoyed living here the past three years for undergrad. The current staff are super friendly and helpful. Amaris in particular has been really great and knowledgeable when I need help with anything. Overall, the upgrades they’ve been making on the property has made it hard to move. Having the ability to get my packages 24/7 from the Luxor room has been really convenient for me and my work schedule. The newly upgraded gym has been really nice. I personally enjoy the cardio side of the clubhouse. I’m excited for the large hot tub upgrades and the fire pit that are undergoing an upgrade right now. They’ve also begun upgrading units that look really good and I’ve been tempted to move in to one of these units. Maintenance staff are super friendly as well. They’ve completed all my work orders relatively within a day of putting in the work order.

    The zone is a wonderful environment to be in, i’ve been here for about two years now. The office manager Amaris is the sweetest I have ever met! I haven’t had much issues living here, but any have been resolved very quickly! The office also does a bunch of fun events for the students which is greatly appreciated.

    For various reasons... I was considering getting a weekday place in town. I had a great visit with one of the employees named Steven Genesski.I have visited other complexes since then and now I can see what an extraordinary job he did after interacting with other apartments.I almost picked a unit based on the information he gave me and his great knowledge and customer service. If they treat their current clients as well as I was treated then The Zone must be a great place. (Other things worked out so I didnt lease but...) They didn have a tip jar so the best I can do is a review.Great office staff. It reminded me of old fashioned customer service...

    I recently toured The Zone with my daughter for the upcoming spring semester and the customer service we received was exceptional! Ashlynn was super nice, instantly greeting us when we came in. She had answers to all of our questions. The Zone has moved up in our list now knowing that there are staff members like her that will assist my daughter with her needs on her first time living alone

    If you ever want to live somewhere where you can make new friends and have a supporting front office ! You should definitely live in the zone ! The zone was my home away from home !     I had a fantastic experience staying at the Zone Apartment, and Ashlyn truly made my stay exceptional. From the moment I arrived, Ashlyn went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect. Her friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and willingness to assist with any request made me feel right at home. The apartment itself was modern, clean, and comfortable, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend the Zone Apartment, and Ashlyns outstanding service only adds to its charm.

    Lived there for the 21-22 school year and I can really say I regret not staying there for more time. The rent was pretty good, the maintenance people always came immediately (the same day, or the next day), everything worked perfectly,and they hosted fun events. I also liked that they had 2 convenient bus stops and gates. I also really like how clean everything looked. If your looking for cheap rent, this is better than gateway and a million times better than the london for sure.

    Toured the facility and loved how student centered it is. It is the perfect place for studying at A&M. Our daughter is going to make us proud when she finishes her studies. Side note: The office staff are extremely helpful and customer service experts! Thanks, Amaris!!

    Great place to live. Rent is very affordable compared to other apartments in the town, especially with the amenities they provide. If Ive ever had any issues, the front office staff has always been really helpful with helping me out. When I moved in, the apartment had an issue but within 10 minutes they sent a crew out to fix it. The new management has been great, especially the leasing manager Mr. Josh Pulido! I believe they are doing some awesome renovations in the clubhouse, so that will be really cool. You should definitely try this one if you are in College Station.

    Living here is great! One of the safest environments and the customer service was outstanding! 10/10 would recommend if you’re needing a place in the area. I was helped by an agent named Stephen. Very kind and helped me through the process!

    Best and affordable place for students to live. The connectivity is amazing. It is something which is very important especially for international students without transport. There are 3 bus routes and it really matters during the semester. The maintenance response is perfect. There is never any significant maintenance issue we faced. But, even if there is some issue, it will be perfectly fixed within a day which a lot of other communities do not offer. I have heard from many other students or friends from other communities ranting about maintenance issues for months. The community is well lit. In other communities, it is very spooky and scary in the night times, and even the block numbers are not visible. But, here at the Zone, the streets and buildings are very well illuminated. The rooms are perfect and just of the right size. There wouldnt be any need to buy a chair or a study table. Because, there is a study space prefixed in the rooms and a study lamp perfectly above the study space. Overall, it is a great choice for people looking for affordable, economical yet best community in the College Station.

    Lived here for about a year and a half and it was pretty great. It was clean, great customer service, maintenance was quick to respond, price was cheap, I really enjoyed my stay, and near the end my living here, I met a nice employee, Stephen, we had some great conversations.

    I’ve lived at a few different apartments over the past few years and this has been the best experience. The maintenance guys are super quick and seem like they really care and the office staff are all so nice. They always ask me how I’m doing and seem to care about my living experience. Definitely not the newest apartments and not luxury living by any means but everything is well taken care of and you get good value for your money. Also can’t beat the pool.

    Staff and amenities are great! Always have multiple events and prizes to keep things interesting! The office staff are amazing- Ashlynn is always helpful, as are Stephen and Amaris! Maintenance is attentive and helpful with questions.

    Ashlynn is a fantastic front office employee and has made my stay at the zone even more enjoyable. She is always very helpful and truly enjoys what she does. Definitely recommend the zone solely based off of employees like Ashlynn alone.

    I rented an apartment from the zone for 3 years. The zone was very affordable and a relatively nice apartment. Maintenance was quick to fix problems in the apartment. They had awesome events frequently such as crawfish boils, gift card giveaways, pool parties, and free food every Friday. The zone was an amazing place to live throughout college. The office staff were so friendly. I would highly recommend these apartment to college students looking for a good experience with a nice study environment. The study rooms were almost always available for group study with expo marker and white boards. 5 stars overall.

    I love this place!The staff are so nice and welcoming! I could not have wished for a better place to live during my college days! Amaris especially helped me out a lot with the stressful moving in process and signing all the documents. TheZone is The place to live! :)

    The grounds and amenities are fantastic! The apartments themselves are not luxury, but they don’t claim to be. We had some issues at move-in that were addressed IMMEDIATELY. This kind of responsiveness is rare today. Jackie went above and beyond to make it right and we were thrilled. Great first apartment for our son. Close to so much and if our first experience is any indication, he’ll be there awhile.

    We’ve been here for 2 years and haven’t had any issues. Any maintenance issues are handled quickly and efficiently. The office staff is always amazing at anaswering questions or working with us when issues arise. The recent update to the amenities makes them that much more enjoyable. During the summer the pool parties have been fun and enjoyable as well, really enjoyed the foam party and winning that yeti! As I said been here for 2 years with no issues and I have no plans on leaving anytime soon!

    Lived here for one year, shouldve signed on again. The other residents I met were friendly, and the staff was helpful when needed. I loved the sand volleyball court. The rooms were about average, plenty of space for a full sized bed and a chest-of-drawers. Kitchen space was plenty as well. Its an under estimated apartment honestly. You should live here

    I have lived here for the past 2 years and I think that this apartment complex is one of the nicest in College Station. The staff is always very helpful and very friendly. They have many events for the residents every month and we always get free food and free stuff. The apartments are great for the price you pay. I highly recommend this place if youre new to the area.

    I moved in last year with my little sister. I knew these were student apartments, rent by the room. But I wanted my sister to be around the right crowd, with students. The Zone has a lot of things for her. The apartments are pretty. They email and text us if something is wrong, or something is going to happen, they keep us updated. I had to find an apartment by the 31st, to start work the 1st. Every other place was saying it wasn’t possible... but Sommer and Kenzie made it possible! I even got to lease the whole apartment instead of just 1 room.I saw the reviews, but I gave it a chance anyway. I can’t picture any other place being my home for 2 years. Sommer and Kenzie are very understanding. They help with literally everything.My dryer was being weird, so I put in a request and just a 2 hours later they were here fixing it.I lost my debit card and I had a bank only located in my home town so I had them freeze my account and was late with rent payment but they waived the fee. (I hadn’t had any late payments)Like I seriously love this place. &’ the staff that comes with it.Thank you.

    The leasing staff at the Zone was very helpful. From the first phone call to the signing of the lease, Ashley was a tremendous help. When we missed her at lunch, her gracious coworker stepped in and continued to help us until Ashleys return. Looking forward to my son having a wonderful experience living at the Zone!

    Jesica Thetford was the greatest host we had today. We came into town and visited 7 different apartments. She was the most courteous and knowledgeable agent. We chose these apartments not just for her but she was the majority of the reason we signed the lease today. She is a major asset for this company.

    Living at the Zone has been a great experience! Any problems that have come up have been quickly solved and all of the work staff has been especially kind to me whenever I ask any questions. Typically, this lady named Sommer helps me with any of my problems and she does a great job at getting problems resolved efficiently.

    *Note that there was a different manager in charged, but was replaced at the last minute by the current manager* I only took away a star because of the past manager and what I walked into. The day I moved in was awful. The apartment was nasty, things were broken, stuff not working, doors not locking, and anything else that couldve went wrong did. Again, all that was because of the previous manger. But then, all things did turn around for me. Kenzie, the current manager, did literally everything in her power to try and make it up to me. She gave me a whole months rent back onto my account, and a visa gift card. That wasnt all; she had her whole team drop everything that they were doing to come and tend to my apartment, and all of its needs. She even had maids come and clean. On top of that, she had my carpet replaced, my door repainted, and other little things that did not have to be done, but yet she still did. A month later our AC unit kept going out (this was during September, so hot hot hot), but Kenzie made sure we had a window unit, if not more than one. Kenzie really did try to be the best manager she could possibly be, but sadly a lot of people dont realize that HUMANS MAKE MISTAKES. But even if a mistake occurred, she was there trying to fix it in the best way she could. On a personal note; Kenzie was there mentally, physically, and emotionally for me when I was in a car accident. I can not express how much that meant to me, and my family. This is a great example for families who live so far away, who constantly worry about the what if this happens to my child, and I cant be there. Kenzie will be there for your child. I really did enjoy my stay here. The experience at first couldve been better, but overall I really liked it here. :)))

    The Zone is AMAZING! The front staff is incredible. Sommer is the best manager ever. There’s tons of parking and any maintenance problems were fixed within the week. The price of the place is awesome and it’s easily been one of my favorite places to live!
