    My experience so far has been very wonderful. When I first arrived to view the complex, Alex was very kind and informative as he told me all about the apartments. He answered all my questions and made the application process feel very efficient.When I came in to finalize everything and pick up my keys, Wendy helped walk me through everything I needed to know going forward as a resident. She was very friendly and made me feel at home already!The complex itself is very pretty, I love the picnic areas and the layout of the apartments.

    Best apartment complex I have ever rented out. I have no words to explain how grateful I am for management. They really do care about how you feel and make sure that you are well taken care of. When arrived, we did have a roach problem, but management instantly started treating the unit and I’m completely grateful for them to do whatever they can within their power. Apartment complex is extremely clean and well organized. If you have any questions I recommend reaching out to Wendy. She will help you out and do the best she can within her ability.

    Alex from the office is amazing helping me and my wife with our move from Florida, we didn’t have time to come down and check out apartments Alex took time out of his day to FaceTime us show us a hand full of apartments as well as the amenities in the park. He took his time to make sure the day we arrived everything was ready for us to move in he made it more then seem less even with the stress of a hurricane.thank you Alex and the Park!

    We’ve lived here for 2 years (may be 3 if they have a 3 bedroom available..lol. We need more space) but I love it out here..the complex is always nice and clean, it’s very quiet. The staff and maintenance are very responsive..I usually get non emergency stuff handled the next day. Staff is really nice too.. also, I’ve never had to struggle with parking. Very safe and reasonably priced.

    Been living here for 6+ months, amd i must say this place is a hiden gem. Its nicely secured so you dont but have to worry about random people walking in or your car getting broken into. Neighbors are all nice and quiet. Management team are so nice, Helpfu,l and understanding. The only major thing they really need to work on is providing better parking for their residents. Every night I come from work there is always an average of 3-6 resident cars going in circles trying to find parking when there is non residents in the resident parking spots. There was even one Night when my 3 year old and i got home around 9 pm and we didnt even go inside the apartment until past midnight. We waited over 3 hours outside, which is unacceptable. I even spoke to the security that night and he told me he couldnt do anything about the non residents taking up space in the residents parking.

Life changes makes it necessary to move, but I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND The Park at Live Oak to anyone seeking a quiet, beautifully kept complex with a management team that cares greatly about the needs of its tenants. The staff is what makes this community such a wonderful place to live and call home. Maintenance responds quickly, and the team is quick and efficient. The Park at Live Oak is a quiet oasis in a surrounding that has its challenges with crime. The management team here takes the concerns of its tenants very seriously, which has always made my family and I feel safe. I truly appreciate all my years living at The Park at Live Oak, and I will miss everything about it.UPDATE: Hated to Leave!We had to make difficult choices and moved in April. Though were settled comfortably elsewhere now, I miss The Park at Live Oak. Right up to the day we left, the great management team was understanding and kind. These folks make this wonderful property what it is. When I returned to pay our final water bill, I had the chance to see the work done on our unit, and was blown away. The unit was nicely done before, but the changes are just spectacular! If youre looking for a beautiful, quiet place to live thats safe, immaculate and cozy, not too far from major freeways, please stop by The Park at Live Oak and see all it has to offer.

    This was my first apartment after moving to Houston from Dallas. I was skeptical b/c of the environment on the main street, Antoine. These apartments are the BEST. I am in my 2nd year lease, and the only reason I will be moving is for more space. Its very quiet, and the management stays on top of all issues! If there are any maintenance issues, they take care of them the same day. I have no complaints at all. Yes, I have had some roach problems when new people move in and once I address them, management sends pest control out without hesitation! Dont let the negative reviews persuade your decision. The rent is very reasonable, and the apartment is very nice!

    Ive been living here for about 3 months now and i am truly blessed to have found these apartments. Konrad made the whole process a breeze! i love that we can conveniently pay rent online. Its a quiet, friendly community. Its a community where we know our neighbors and the staff actually cares. i wold recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a place to call home.

    We can’t say enough great things about the staff and the Apartment! We toured with Property Manager Laura who was very professional and personable. The Apartment is well kept by an experienced crew who are dedicated with fixing concerns in a very timely manner along with keeping the ground immaculate!

    I stay in 420 but I just want yall to know about my apartments one of the most helpful and out going they even have a lovely decorations Around the area and throughout the holidays, so there’s never a dull moment but I would like to say thank you for helping me out with getting in and not only that being a big help if I need yall since day one

    UPDATE: Almost a year later, and we still couldnt be happier with The Park @ Live Oak. We got our renewal email today, and it’s a no brainer. These apts are affordable, quiet, and the staff is awesome. Hidden gem! Maintenance is quick, gate is always working, and no towing!! Plenty of open parking all day & night. My bf and i both get home from work late & safety or parking is never an issue.My boyfriend and i literally just moved in today, but this review is for how incredible the customer service is. Maritza made everything so easy & answered all of our questions. The application process took a few days, but worth the wait! We loveee our apartment! Its so cozy, and cute. The apartment was SUPER CLEAN when we moved in. Whoever cleaned did an amazing job!! The community is small and very quiet! We’re very excited to have moved in to the park @ live oak! Thank you ladies for your service!!! Greatly appreciated!!

    Where to begin....First off I have lived here now for for 16 months. I have NEVER EVER had a complaint about management in any way. When my wife and I moved from a 1br to a 2br, the tenant before us was horrible and they replaced everything in here we asked of them. EVERYTHING!!!!! New carpet, CABINETS, doors, appliances... EVERYTHING!!! And every single thing I asked them to fix was fixed!!!! Not just fixed but fixed within 24 to 48 hours!!!! Kathy and Ashley will come and see what the problem is themselves!!! They are both very involved in the comfort and safety of the tenants here.Kathy and Ashley are the two best leasing personnel that I have ever leased from. Ed is on top of the kids from up the road who sneak onto the property, He handles situations where the security and safety of all tenants is in question. When someone who is here who is not supposed to be here... Ed knows it.As for the horrible reviews on here that I have seen.... Take my word for it.... they were trouble makers who were gotten rid of.... Of course they are going to bash the Management and staff...And....If you are the type of tenant who likes to put trash all over the property and keep your neighbors awake with your drama and crap.......I PROMISE YOU THAT KATHY AND ASHLEY WILL GET RID OF YOU!!!!!I highly recommend this property!!!!!This is a community! I have had several neighbors here who have been amazing people. Very friendly, personable, kind and helpful! My 5 year old has made fast friends with the other kids here. They play in the courtyard! The lawns are well kept.

    OMG! Thesw apartments are so nice and clean and quiet. My brother told me he was moving here about 2 months ago so I said no those apartments are trash I said they were so drug infested in the early 200s but what do you know ! Management has came in and did a TOTAL CLEAN UP! IM SO HAPPY FOR HIM HIS APARTMENT IS NICE HE NEEDED A FRESH START AS WELL!!! Good job management and staff keep it up!

    Wow.. some of these reviews are insane. An apartment can not be held responsible for your neighbors having roaches. THEY JUST CANT! IF they put in a no roaches clause someone would call it racist or elitist or some damn thing!I have lived here for 5 months and I have few complaints . I wish the office was open until 6-7 especially since they hold your packages there and I am an Amazon shopper but thats not exactly something to get the screaming mi-mis over. Next Security deposits are rarely returned. Its a sad fact but look it up. it is the biggest landlord tenant debate in the county. I just assume Im not getting the damn thing back, if I do , so the better.when I can they come. when I said we had bugs they sprayed , when I left my bikes on the porch they put a letter on my door and said take them in, no big deal. if you REALLY cant take someone asking anything of you or the truly normal things that come with apartment living in less than 1000.00 a month apartments , move. simple. If you want a relatively quiet place to live that is relatively safe and inexpensive I think you could do worse.

    My experience with the management in the office is awesome! Laura and Maritza have the best costumer service. Theyre so nice and helpful. The property is well taken care of and always up to date with everything. I highly recommend Park @ Live Oak to anyone thats looking for a place to live. 10 stars!

    The Park at live Oaks is where we are proud to call home. Me and my husband has finally found a place where we feel we feel safe. The staff is like family to us. We can go in and they really see you and they make sure you are not over looked by following up with your questions or concerns. The maintenance man he always walks around with a smile no matter how busy he is. This pandemic has put us through a lot of mental and physical issues that makes you think that it wont get better. I think if you live and surround yourself arround with community that really cares because we are a witness that there are a Secret Santa that brings joy to your life.My family would like to Wish The Park at Live Oaks family a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.From the Austin Family

    I must say that normally I stay at any apt for only 1 lease term. These apts has been the greatest. Been going on 6 years now and I love it. Mr. Ed is always willing to help and the staff, although has had alot of changes, are still on point. Keep up the good work and lower the rent some. LOL
