Park Place is the cleanest, nicest, and most well managed apartments in this whole area.Its also a 5 minute walk to UTA so its great If you are looking for a commute that doesnt require on campus parking.As a college student Ive stayed at so many places between 101center, fielder crossing, liv+, and 848. And majority of these places are very dirty especially in the hallways and in the units. Park Place however has great clean units, hallways, and the gym and rooftop pool area are incredible, and always clean as well. I go to the gym almost everyday and it has everything you need at a gym.Also, compared to these other apartments the management here is amazing. Not only do they always do free giveaways like gift cards, food, and fun events. They are extremely understanding people. Theyve worked with me countless times on rent, and work orders. Any problems Ive had they have helped me out with, and maintenance is very quick and nice too. I guarantee you, you will not find staff as willing to help at other apartments. Im pretty sure they have a new team from the reviews years ago. But as far as I know since Ive moved here at the end of 2023 the management and maintenance have been the best of any place Ive ever lived at.Overall, if you are unsure of where to stay, at least give it a tour. I have no complaints about staying here for the last 2 years! I promise you this place is leagues above the other apartments nearby.

I’ve been staying at Park Place at Arlington, and I’m excited for how everything’s changing for the better! They have a new management and maintenance team - the hallways have been looking so much better and the people at the front office are so kind. I’m excited to renew for the next year :)

Xen is so helpful and so kind she gets five stars from me. i will be returning to this lovely establishment. everyone should live here! i like getting to say hi to peoples dogs. lovely community. 10/10

Chardav was very helpful with all the questions i had about the units and everything else that i had questions with. She made me feel at home and i haven’t even moved in yet but i will definitely be signing for a lease because of how beautiful the place is and everything that comes with it and also because of her!

BEST apartment complex in the area by far! The staff and management are helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The amenities and rooms are the best Ive seen in Arlington. Any negative comments and reviews are due to non-residents vandalizing and trashing the property. When that happens, management and staff are very quick to resolve the issue. Also, it is a very secure and monitored property. I always feel safe while living here! Definitely sign here if youre looking for a new home. Thank you Park Place!

I’m hard of Hearing and I had to move out of my house.Their staff members were so friendly and quick to help their customers when I was in time of need. It was truly amazing. Each and every one of their staff deserves a raise and a promotion. They were a dream come true. Even though I didn’t know what this place had in store for me I know that I will be treated correctly here. Their communication is on point when I personally struggle with it. And their perks are plentiful. I am glad I don’t live on campus as this is a much better fit. Besides they were filled up already when I found out I was accepted.

My daughter lived here for a year. She LOVED it. Maintenance was fast, move-out process was simple with no outlandish charges to fight. The hardest issue she had was a tenant was taking their german shepherds out to the parking garage to do their business. Otherwise, the areas she was using were clean, and study areas were quiet.

I have been a resident for a year and have have little to no problems. Maintenance and management are super responsive and helpful. And a huge shoutout to the courtesy officers for making me feel so safe living here!! I’ve lived at many apartments in the area and I definitely favor park place most and have no plans leaving!

Signed my lease here and moved in almost immediately. The office staff has helped tremendously and they made sure to accommodate my needs. Riley and Morgan were so much help. Also, the pool is fantastic and my family and friends love visiting!

When they designed Park Place they truly though of even the smallest detail to make the students have a wonderful life experience while they are studying. With all the amenities that a student requires feeling at home but exactly a few steps from UT Arlington. The staff took great care of us and my son has been blessed to have the opportunity to reside in this place.

Park place is a lovely establishment with great staff who are always attentive to the residents needs. Came into the office for a question about my rent and was quickly assisted by Madison, who promptly answered my questions and put my mind at ease. If you are looking for a great place for student housing then park place is for you.

Park Place at Arlington is everything an apartment complex should be. The managers Morgan Hargrove and Colin Milligan, and Karla Meneses are always on your side and help with any problems that may arise. The office is prompt and professional and answer any questions you may have. The maitnence team responds almost immediately to any in unit problems you have. Park Place is the best experience I’ve had at any apartment by a long run.

Can’t wait to move in !! Everyone on staff was very helpful. I had many questions and request and each was answered. The way I was treated was more then just a resident and landlord, the environment was very inviting. I would recommend this apartment complex to everyone !!!
