I am happy to see improvements in maintenance team, the team is now more courteous and resolving maintenance issues promptly and efficiently. However, the attitude issues and mood swings with leasing office agents still persists. Moreover, the discretion of giving warning for the first violation by the property manager is gone. The management definitely needs some improvements.I would definitely search for more spacious apartments in the future cause these rooms are too compact and pricy. However, I liked that they’ve added rentable spaces for parties and events.

Since I moved in, I have been living comfortably here at Liv+. No maintenance issues and bills are within reasonable value. Not to mention, it’s so close to campus that I don’t have to worry about being late when I’m running short on time. Biiiiiig shoutout to Elizabeth for making my roomies and I feel welcome here 🤗 she always goes out of her way during events to ensure we all have a good time, cool vibes all around!! 😇

The staff is very accommodating and the layout of the apartment is very nice and large. There is a 24 hour fitness,study room and many other amenities. I only stayed less than a year but I renewed it. Great place to live if you are looking for reasonable prices!

I lived here last year and can say that this apartment complex is one of the nicer living options in the UTA campus area. The layout of the building is user-friendly and I only saw a couple of roaches during the entirety of my stay. On top of that, maintenance is mostly readily available and very hospitable. The only downside is a couple of their front office staff were rude at times. While I understand they are also students, this does not excuse their service. However, I would recommend living here if you want a decent place to live at!

I havent had much interaction with the admin/ management team, but I can say Manny, our maintenance guy, has been consistently excellent since he started a few months ago. Hes diligent with our work orders and always aims to make our experience as residents positive. Whenever we have an order he makes sure he comes in as soon as possible to check out the issue.

Living at this apartment complex has been an absolute delight! The location is convenient, with amenities like grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance. The place is nice, but the management is very bad. I’ve had a noise problem since me and my sister moved in here, and we were barely helped last year. This year it has become a bigger problem and we haven’t been helped at all. I have sent 3 noise complaints in the last 2 months and I haven’t received any help. We renewed because we were promised that this problem was going to be solved, but we still haven’t received any response. If you are a student, don’t move here cause your neighbor will blast music all the time, and the management won’t care.Edit: My second year at liv+ was awesome. They changed management so issues are fixed faster, and there were no noise problems at all. Move out process was smooth and without any problems. I increased my rating to four stars because they genuinely improved.

This was a quick service call to check on an electrical component. The lobby and grounds were well designed and inviting. Cant speak to how much rent is here, but the floor plan pictures on the wall suggest rent is likely on the luxury side.

Amazing place to stay at, this apartment is full of wonders and you never expect what can happen. It’s like living in a Disney dream filled with a lot of beauties and no beast, mad hatters, cars, and princesses. They also have fun and friendly staff and cool events. That kid Isaiah is the coolest of them all, he helped me fix my sink, repair my shoes, give me haircuts and fix my credit. I wouldn’t change it for the world. I would recommend this place over any other place

5/5 just for maintenance alone, the newest crew has be amazing. Gary and Mila are super helpful and fix the problems in my apartment quickly! The rest of the maintenance crew always is busting their butts to keep the place clean. They are the best crew we’ve had in a while, and it’s nice knowing they’re in the building to help you. The apartment itself is okay, it’s what you’d expect for the price. It is a college apartment after all. Location is great if you go to UTA.

I loved the quality of service that this leasing office provides. Amazing staff. Willing to help me and answer any questions I had! Extremely nice and had an upbeat attitude! This is my first apartment, and the staff has been very friendly and helpful with any questions I had. Their excellent service alone is reason enough to move to Liv+. Ive been living here for a few weeks now, and I really like the decently-equipped gym, pool, and expansive lobby area with modern study rooms, kitchen, rec-area, and reading rooms. The apartment unit itself is well-furnished with excellent natural lighting and floors. My roommates and I also enjoy the balcony overlooking the garden courtyard! Very good quality for the price.

She answered all of my questions very thoroughly, and I felt very welcomed and taken care of. Every person on staff at Liv+ is incredibly helpful and welcoming. I am super pleased with the process of the complex being built. They have done an amazing job at marketing, involving the community, and keeping us updated on the construction process. I know I can always leave the leasing office with a smile on my face. I feel I speak for all life forms on planet earth when I say that Liv plus Arlington is the best place on earth for your residency. In addition, Isaiah White was extremely helpful in more ways than one. He helped me change my tires, cleaned my room, and gave my grandmother some daisies. Personally the hotels in Dubai have nothing on Liv plus and Mr. White should win an Oscar for his service.

Actually really good pricing if you consider whats included like the WiFi, cable, electricity, and it being fully furnished. If these were separate like most other apartments, the pricing would be the same if not more because youd have to go out and buy or install these separately. So overall, pretty dang good :)

The move in process on August 18th, 2018 was very efficient. The check in process was well handled and everything was organized. The office staff are friendly and they help answer any questions that I may have. Whenever I call the front office, Im always greeted by a friendly voice as well. Overall great experience so far.
