I lived in a 2 Bedroom Furnished Apartment and enjoyed my stay here. The Rooms are big enough for one person. The maintenance team is good and attend to your complaints timely. The RAs are friendly and helpful. Apart from the cost of the apartment you are required to pay a Utility Bill which comes once every 2 Months or so and ranges from $15-$30.Pros:1. If you want a single room to yourself, this might be the cheapest one on campus(@ UTA).2. Personal washrooms with the rooms(For 2 Bedroom Apartment Units).3. RAs are friendly.4. Great proximity to UTA Campus(5 mins) and MAC(7-10 mins).Cons:1. You are responsible for cleaning the outside of your apartment. In my 2 Years of stay, I have never seen someone coming to clean the stairs or outside lobby.

Centennial court is my first apartment in the United States, it has a great environment, very good facilities and very lovely RA. Centennial court will often organize activities to help everyone understand each other, enrich our lives. Maintenance services are always very timely. This year, all the utilities fees will be exempted, it makes Centennial court more value. I love Centennial court and hope you will also :)

Ms. Chloe is phenomenal. On move-in day I had several major issues with my apartment and roommates who had already been living there. I went to the housing office ready to struggle and haggle for better living conditions, but didn’t have to thanks to Ms. Chloe. Without any hassle she immediately got me an apartment change and handled each of my issues. She took great care of me and later resolved some issues I had on my account. I leave her office with a smile every time because she looks out for others and resolves problems.

Ive been here for two years and I actually will miss it. It’s quiet and the grounds are well taken care of. You’ll often see maintenance picking up trash, dog poop, and more to keep up the aesthetics of the apartment. Maintenance also cares about the inside of your apartment, just the same. The maintenance supervisor, Michael, responds to all requests with speed. I’ve done requests for the simplest things and even some complex things. Each time, the issue was resolved and I was informed immediately. I can only hope that future maintenance will go the same way, at my next place.

Update....Post 1yr laterVery good pricing, any issues with pests are resolved. They are on top of maintenance. My son renewed his lease because he was pleased with management and location. For parents: Uneasy about leaving your students? Here is my evolving opinion on our “drop off” experience. ***Will post update after about 1 month.Check in was easy and quick. Great location in proximity to campus. Nice bike ride or walk if you don’t mind walking in the Texas heat. The apartment is a studio with lots of room for one student and enough for visitors. The apartments are older and not so gently used. There is evidence of prior bug issues so I recommend a thorough cleaning and staying on top of monthly bug prevention. These are not the newest apartments but one should consider the benefits of paid utilities, cable and proximity to UTA. This is ok for beginner apartment experience and they will have access to an RA. There is apartment updating going on so be careful where you park so you don’t get nails in your tires. The morning after move in there was water issues and after a call to RA, we were informed they were working on the issue and it was resolved within the hour.If you are on a low budget and need furniture or decor for your apartment, we found a FABULOUS furniture thrift store. We were able to get a full mattress sofa bed for $200! We also found a dresser/ cabinet for $65. The store is called AJ’s Furniture Thrift Store. They have a lot! These apartments are located in a very convenient location, the price is good and the RA seems attentive. The apartments are not the best quality and bug issues may be a concern so for this is the reason I did not score higher. I will update in about a month.

Most things are great the only thing is that it takes a long time for maintenance to come and fix things, and once they came to fix a light bulb, the new one went out the same day they changed it. Also, there are two wasp nests on my balcony that I have put a request in for them, and nobody has come to do anything about it.

  • Review 7 (2024-06-15 - Rating: 5)

Living in centennial Court is very convenient and satisfying. Staff are very efficient and supportive. I enjoy my stay here for one and a half years.

  • Review 8 (2024-05-22 - Rating: 5)

Austin was the maintenance guy that has been recently coming to fix my issues with apartment. He’s fast, efficient and prompt! Very courteous. The staff is lucky to have him in on the team. Thanks Austin!

Although we had some issues getting started, management worked really hard to address and resolve our issues. The manager, Mrs. Chloe Johnson really cared about us and made it a priority to help us. Her exceptional professionalism, prompt responses to inquiries, and dedication to maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment for the students have truly impressed me. Her commitment to resolving any issues swiftly and efficiently showcases her outstanding management skills. Its a pleasure to have such a capable and caring manager overseeing this student community. I am grateful for Mrs Chloe and her team! The assigned unit at Centenial apartments is clean, comfortable and all issues were resolved! Thank you Mrs Chloe!

  • Review 10 (2023-08-31 - Rating: 5)

My daughter moved in and only had hot water to take showers. We went to the office, and they contacted Mike. Nice guy. He came to her apartment and fixed the issue in less than three minutes. He knows what he is doing. Im very grateful that the issue was fixed efficiently and quick.

  • Review 11 (2023-08-25 - Rating: 5)

My son moved in to Centennial Court this past week. The unit he was originally assigned to was not in the best condition. When I addressed my concerns with the property manager, Ms. Johnson, she was extremely helpful and so accommodating! And so nice!!!!! My son was able to move in to another unit in the complex shortly after. The staff at Centennial is incredible and are looking out for their residents!!!!

  • Review 12 (2023-08-19 - Rating: 5)

As a recent college graduate who has lived in many college apartments helping my brother move into Centennial Court, I have never witnessed such a proactive and welcoming office team at a college apartment! Ms. Johnson and her colleagues have made our unplanned unit move the smoothest process we could imagine. Her team takes care of their residents so well and we know it will be a great year with Ms. Johnson watching over Centennial Court!

  • Review 13 (2022-10-25 - Rating: 5)

I have my own room and I am only responsible for the financial amount of it instead of both rooms. I live in a two bedroom apartment and sometimes no one is in the other room. Its usually quiet, the air works, the water usually works unless they are doing maintenance. The staff have been very respectful and understanding. I feel like I have been treated very well here.

  • Review 14 (2023-05-19 - Rating: 5)

New management has turned things around vastly! The property is better-taken care of, and the staff are very welcoming and understanding of the residents needs and will do everything in their power to help! I would also like to give a special shout to the maintenance team which has been understaffed but still made each and every effort to complete any work orders that came in. I never seen them not working!

  • Review 15 (2021-06-03 - Rating: 5)

Overall I would say it’s a great apartment and very affordable. It is very close to campus and you get private rooms so that’s a big plus point. I lived here for 2 years and never had any issues with my apartment. I also believe that if you keep your apartment clean you won’t face any issues like pests and roaches. The staff is also very nice, they were willing to help whenever there was a problem. They also occasionally do events so that was nice too.

  • Review 16 (2023-04-26 - Rating: 5)

I have been living in Centennial court for almost 2 years. I will be honest, one reason I stay here is because of the maintenance services. I had issues with AC and no matter what Micheal, the maintenance guy (he rocks !) fixed it and replaced with a new AC. The RAs especially Justice and Arunabh , Ashley and many other (the list will go on) are Great!!! Last but not least the manager for lease Mr. Gemonte is a great person, he is the go-to person if need be !!!Many of you may face maintenance issues, trust me if it is something serious, the RAs are passionate about resolving it and Micheal is on spot ! It’s a friendly place. And people we have cockroaches all over in all campus housing units. It’s very common.I hope centennial court will keep the prices as they are (reasonable) and help students with their accommodations and make a big name on campus for such contribution to student housing.

  • Review 17 (2020-10-16 - Rating: 5)

I lived at Centennial Court for 2 years and I would recommend this place to any student! The rates are affordable, rooms are the perfect size for a student, and the family/community environment topped it all. The managers, RA’s, and the maintenance team are very inviting, friendly, and welcoming. They go above and beyond for any concerns or issues I had, and throw amazing events for their residents. They have great amenities for a student. Clubhouse was huge, 2 swimming pools, beach volleyball, and laundry rooms! The utilities were included, appliances provided, and furniture (if you wanted). Overall, it was a great experience for my first few years of college!

  • Review 18 (2014-05-09 - Rating: 4)

Affordable, clean, great community. Office management is professional and the staff are super nice. The pool is gorgeous and is going to be so great to have this summer.Laundry facilities and gym often have machines out of order. Also, not all of the apartments are updated with hardwood flooring so make sure youll be getting what youre paying for.But I will be upgrading my room for a year long lease and moving from a four bedroom to a two in a couple of days, so overall I like it here.

  • Review 19 (2016-09-15 - Rating: 4)

This is my first year of living this apartment. I am currently living in 4 bed rooms for this year. I think this apartment is not the best but it is pretty okay. First of all, this apartment is very close to school. If I walk fast, I can get to my school building in 7-8 minutes ( normally takes me 10 mins). Price is affordable and maintenance are pretty helpful. One of my roommates saw a roach in our kitchen but I have never seen. To be honest, roaches are everywhere so I cannot complain about this apartment just for seeing roaches. One thing I most disappointed in this apartment was paying a parking ticket for this apartment ($180 for parking ticket at this apartment for a year). Apartment policy paper did not mention about parking ticket for this apartment. Office people told me to pay $180 if have a car with me in my move-in-day while they were giving me apartment key. yeah. I was totally pissed off at that time =_=. But I guess that they prevent other students to not to park their cars in our apartment. I got over it now but beware of paying $180 if you are planning to bring your car with you. Fortunately, my room does not have bed bugs, but I heard some places are. So make sure let maintenance know.

  • Review 20 (2017-02-22 - Rating: 5)

They are the best around campus.I saw a lot of bad reviews on google before signing the lease and waned to give it a try still as they were one of the most affordable apartments which provide private rooms, around UTA. I have stayed here for almost an year and will be staying for more years as well. I am writing this review because i felt that reviews write not dont do justice to the apartments and it feels bad to see something which is good having bad reviews. The reviews which are there actually years old and now the entire management has changed. Things have completely changed and are not what its mentioned in the reviews. I have personally felt these apartments give you the most opportunities to mingle with people as as far as i know they are the only on campus apartments who organize so many events and by so many i mean on an average 1-2 events per week which is an amazing thing. since the time i have arrived, i have attended pool party, Diwali party, Chinese new year celebration, new year celebrations, various fun events like taco Tuesday, Mardi grass festival, astrology signs festival and the list goes on. It has been an incredible experience and i feel no other place provides you that. They have removed utility charges from the next year and have made things more simpler. The management has been trying their best to solve problems and listen to people. I have friends in other apartments and they have to pay 330$ around for a shared room. There has been massive change in centennial court court in paste few months and i feel its an amazing place. There is healthy and happy living environment here which i feel is the most important part. Its one of the closest apartment to university and has all the facilities which make it an ideal stay. As far as some say office staff is rude , i dont know where does that come from. They are very friendly and have been trying their best to approach positively to all the problems. The inspections which someone has mentioned are of no reason and are too much are actually just a general inspection of your home so that one way they know if you have problems and just to see if everything is good. If its dirty, they just tell to clean it as per our convenience and its just an informal checkup. In one year of my stay , i have never ever been charged even a penny for something like this. Overall i feel they are great as apartment and management and do everything to best of their capability.

  • Review 21 (2020-10-24 - Rating: 5)

I lived at Centennial Court apartments while I attended UTA. It is right across the street from the University, so the walk to school is perfect, and it takes less than 5 minutes! The rates are super affordable. They are the cheapest in the area! Also, since new management has taken over, pest control is better than it ever has been, roommate conflicts are at an all time low, and they finally installed reliable WiFi! They’ve been updating the complex since I left, but I keep tabs on everything, so way to go new management and thanks for being the change the residents want to see! Definitely would recommend to any college student looking for housing!

  • Review 22 (2016-10-02 - Rating: 5)

This is my first semester living on campus and I am so glad that I choose to live here! The staff is incredible and welcomes you with open arms. They are working very hard to make new changes happen in the apartments. You have to remember that these are older apartments, so there will be normal wear and tear but like I said they are making renovations. The club house was re done not to long ago and it is a super nice and fun place. There are multiple event each month that the complex host and they are a blast to attend. This complex is one of the more reasonable price ones in Arlington and I definitely think you get the bang for your buck. They have some rooms ready for move in right now so if your looking for somewhere to live go ahead and give them a call. Overall I love the apartments and plan to stay here the rest of my college career!

  • Review 23 (2021-05-31 - Rating: 5)

I had a very good experience at Centennial Court Apartments. The staff is friendly and the apartments are decent. The location is a big plus and also the fact that everyone has their private rooms. My apartment never faced any major issues. It is a very good option for students.

  • Review 24 (2017-10-27 - Rating: 4)

I will say that there are and were some complications while and after living there but to be honest its a nice place to live. As well as the community is nice and safe, you just need to follow the basic rules keep the place clean and nice while living there and avoidance things which can cost you to pay fines like smoking etc. Staff is really helpful, just if you get any problems because of your roommate, just complain asap and request a room change so it will be easier for you and them to understand the situation just always reach out to them before jumping to conclusion. I look forward to go back and live there in future as well.

  • Review 25 (2016-07-01 - Rating: 5)

I have been living at Centennial Court Apartments at UTA since 2013. I have always enjoyed my stay here. Other than a few minor issues, I have not had any major problems. If I did have any issues, the staff is always available to help without any complaints. I love living at Centennial and I will continue to live here as long as I am attending UTA. The prices are affordable and theyre perfect for a college apartment. I would recommend living at Centennial to anyone!

  • Review 26 (2016-04-25 - Rating: 5)

This place is what you make it. I have lived here for four years now, going on 5 and I have not had any problems. Also going into my 5th year, I decided to become and RA which has been a great experience so far. If you take care of your business, pay your rent on time and keep your apartment clean you will be fine living here. I initially did not like it here just because of how small it was and it being an older place. However looking back on how much money I saved in rent, and still being able to do everything I wanted to do in an apartment made me appreciate this place even more. As a long time resident and now staff member I will say that Centennial is on the cusp of change. The new management that we have now is in the process of providing an even better place to live.

  • Review 27 (2020-05-24 - Rating: 5)

The place is not bad, if I have any complaints or questions ill just email front office. The rooms were clean and didnt deal with any little creatures the full year. They have cameras at the entrance, inside the laundry and play room. Internet is very fast, you do have to use your own router though because the guest wifi sucks. Apartments are old but eh I dont care about that. I highly recommend, hella cheap and will renew for 2020-2021.

  • Review 28 (2022-01-19 - Rating: 4)

I lived here for 2 and half years. I enjoyed living here. Its a great place to live. You have your own private room and its furnished which is the best. Amenities here are great. They just need to be well maintained which I feel they lack in. RAs and Maintenance staff are great! Both the old and current ones!

  • Review 29 (2020-06-04 - Rating: 4)

I lived at Centennial for a year. It was my first apartment, so I think if you are renting an apartment for the first time it’s an okay choice. Internet is terrible, but for the price of the apartment it’s something I could live with. I saw no roaches or bugs during my stay. Front office was always helpful, as was maintenance. My roommate complained about the fridge being dirty from previous roommates and they gave us a whole new fridge like the next day!

  • Review 30 (2022-12-09 - Rating: 5)

The Residents Assistants have been wonderful in their performances. They respond to calls as quick as possible. They care for every individuals equally. The apartment due is quite affordable, in fact, its more than what you pay is what you get. So far, I aint got any regret transacting with Centennial Court apartment

  • Review 31 (2018-02-05 - Rating: 4)

I just moved here January and just wanted to share some thought. Its a student apartment. The fact that all of these students are wanting everything to be in good condition is pretty naive.Personally, I had couple of things that werent working and broken, but thats what youd expect from the price and the area its at.So far, I do think the management is doing a GREAT job and the staff are nice.. Ive placed 2 orders for maintenance and they came that weekend - all fixed. The only reason why Im giving them a 4-star instead of 5 is because of the WiFi. During evening times, its impossible game or even browse videos. I hope they get this fixed soon.Maybe I havent been here long enough to know everything, but so far so good.

  • Review 32 (2018-03-10 - Rating: 5)

I have really enjoyed my stay living here, so much that Im choosing to live here again next year. No apartment complex is perfect and many of the complaints made in the other comments are typical complaints for any other apartments. Ill separate my comments to talk about the good parts and the improvements needed. The Good: friendly management, great RAs, free food and events, fast maintenance, close location to campus, and plenty of parking.Improvements: bedroom sizes, laundry mats, turned off water, and WiFi.The management staff is really friendly and nice. I attended the beginning of the year event, and the leasing director came up to me, introduced herself, and she knew my name! They make it a point to build relationships with all of the students living here, and if you want to build a relationship with them, you simply just attend 1-2 events to get to know them more. It feels like youre apart of a goofy and nice family, the staff is really nice, relatable, and understanding. My RA is super nice! She always asks us how were doing, how classes are going, and lets us know about upcoming events. She is really understanding with the health and safety inspections too. She cares about you as a person, and wants to see you do well in school. There are so many events at the clubhouse! At least 1-2 events per week, and each event has FREE FOOD!!! And Im not talking pizza, they have chicken wings, nachos, tacos, ice cream, etc. My favorite event is Grocery Bingo, which they have about every 2 weeks, and I have won twice, and I got a big bag of food, bread, chips, candy, oatmeal, ravioli, water, etc. and a free tshirt. Going to events is a really good way to make friends too, and I met 3 of my friends there and we go to campus events when were free. Theres so much free food at the events and its literally outside your apartment door. The maintenance staff here is fast and great. I remember I submitted one request on a Sunday night and I came back Monday afternoon from classes and they left a note in the room saying it was fixed. They typically fix things withing 1-3 days. I have never had to check up on my requests, cause theyre done before 3 days time.I really like the location of the apartment complex. Its right on the corner of Cooper & Mitchell, so you literally walk one block, and youre on campus where all of the class buildings are. It takes me about 5 minutes to walk to the central library, but its about 7-8 minutes cause of the cross walks. Also the apartment complex has plenty of parking. When you come home in the evening, theres still a lot of parking spots left open. So you never have to drive around looking for a parking spot, or awkwardly squeeze into a spot cause the last spot is next to someone whos over the parking line. Theres always plenty of spots to park. The bedroom sizes are smaller than expected. I had to use my space saving skills and buy some bed risers and a closet organizer to store my things. I would suggest doing an apartment tour first to see the size of the room, so you can know what to bring and what to leave at home. Once you buy space savers, the room opens up more, and it gives it a cozy feeling.Washing is not free. There is a laundry mat by the clubhouse, and it costs $1.25 to wash and $1.25 to dry. Most people go home to wash their clothes or visit friends that live in other on campus apartments with free washing to wash clothes. I go visit my classmates who live on campus and wash my clothes there while working on homework together. The water is turned off about every 3-4 weeks for maintenance purposes. They do give you a 3-5 day notice beforehand, so you just have to prepare yourself, like taking a shower before your normal time. The wifi goes in and out about once a month, unexpectedly. I simply stay on campus for a few extra hours to do homework, and it helps me to stay focused too instead of goofing off. And I take my online tests on campus so I dont have to worry about wifi issues.

  • Review 33 (2021-06-30 - Rating: 5)

Completely recommend this housing complex ! For As long as I have been living in these apartments, the management team and staff have and has continued to make my stay here at centennial as comfortable as possible. Any problem that I’ve had at all, the management team has taken care of the issues within the moment that they’ve had control over. Nothing but good things to say about my experience here!

  • Review 34 (2016-07-26 - Rating: 5)

This fall is my fourth year living at Centennial Court and Ive had a great experience. Every year things have changed and gotten better. This year they have all new management and have really stepped things up. Theyve renovated the clubhouse and the staff are all friendly and helpful. Ive really enjoyed my stay at Centennial and I hope that youll give this place a chance. Its a great stop!

  • Review 35 (2017-10-30 - Rating: 5)

Have had a great time staying here. The management is very friendly and take utmost care to cater to my needs. My maintenance requests are serviced improptu - At times I don’t even feel the need to physically go out to the front office to talk about it. Any outages which I understand are normal are addressed with an email before hand so you can plan.(which are seleom - once or twice an year, for a few hours). Mark my words here “you get the best events possible around at centy.” Have already made so many new friends around here. And in this price getting an independent room is a steal. I don’t usually crib about others comments but people swarming the comments section with bad reviews compell me to say this-“No one who ever got charged with a bug treatment would have made the effort to talk with or understand management’s perspective, which is- these people get charged $550 by the company that takes care of the pest treatment still they offer a discount of $100 and charge the tennant a $450 in turn. Also they offer the resident to report any damages or bug infestation problems within 24 hours- and get it repaired/treated at their own costs, after that its the tennant’s responsibility, which I totally understand and agree. Also, think this over- if an official uncovers an infestation in your apartment- did it happen overnight, its that you were not maintainig basic hygiene and failed to clean your dwelling that so happened. I know some people would have had bad experiences with payment policies, however according to my judgement and knowledge they were offered help with making payments in installments, but not paying up at all would be instead a crime, to think, to me atleast. So i would request anyone and everyone who ever stayed here or plans to- This is a great place to stay and live in, that offers quality crowd, events and atmosphere. And is definitely not for the ones who want to feel entitled and be condescending in their attitude or approach to the management or the staff. For the shabby dwellers-“MARCH ON” kindly don’t stay here, and Then make it difficult for us all. Would also urge most of the rest-to post their good experience, so future residents can make an informed decision. Please note these experiences have been put down solely as a personal effort woth no hidden agenda to procure a job or favors here and will be replied to fittingly and legally if bantered upon on a personal level.SignedJagrit GoyalA proud and happy centennial court Resident

Great place to live for the convenience of proximity to campus, price per bedroom, and friendly staff! Any time there has been an issue with the apartment such as the fire alarm, the lock, or the vents, the staff, especially Michael, has been friendly and helpful.

A very great place for students to live. Furnished apartment with private bedroom and a super awesome staff team to tend to your needs. Above all, the rent is super cheap for a place like this. I am definitely gonna renew my lease for the next term!

Faculty and Staff are very kind and considerate. This year they have put a lot of effort into improving Centennial Court and its very evident. Its a great place to live and is very close to campus without the extreme prices that come with living on campus.

My Original review was one star, my current review is now 5. And I’ll tell you why. I complained about maintenance, and now they’re on top of their game. They’re fixing things the same day or next day, even the minor things. The managers and RAs try their best to make you happy. Especially Jerroc. The issues that I’ve had have been solved and I’m probably going to renew my lease when that time comes.

I mean I see a lot of people complaining but what do you expect with student housing and mega cheap rates? Like yeah I had roaches and bed bugs but I told the front office and they brought a maintenance crew and exterminator for that and my non working disposal system. Stop being crybabies and man up, life is not always sunshine and rainbows.

  • Review 46 (2019-10-10 - Rating: 4)

Centennial Court is a great and convenient apartment complex for students, especially ones that are attending UTA, because its less than a 10 minute walk from the campus. With all utilities included in your rent, I would say that its one of the most affordable living arrangements.

Not many people say this but Micheal the maintenance guy is always there when you need him. Thanks Mike for loving what you do best, fixing stuff!

Pretty dope, and worth the price. You get what you paid for and the staff is more than helpful and tries there best with everything. Me, my roommates, and my friends definitely made memories here! Thanks for 2 years!

It’s actually really nice here. I’m used to living in apartments where crime was always around me, but these apartments are safe. Also, the staff are so helpful, and are always planning events for the residents.

It was a nice overview of the apartments and walk through. Mohammed was a nice resource with lot of patience to answer the questions we had. He was very helpful and helped us in signing the contract.
