100% would recommend to anyone looking to rent in the area. Have been renting for a few months, Tim always responds promptly regarding any questions I may have and is very professional as well as easy to get along with. I wanted to have my flatscreen TV put on a wall mount and he took time out his day to do that for me while I was at work. Overall great experience. 5 stars. -
