My husband, and I have been living here going on 3yrs, and our fur baby to. This is a very quiet community , and the maintenance team here are always on top of there job if something needs fixed its always within a reasonable time frame. The management team is awesome to always asking if we are good or need help with something theyre so very friendly!💜 If you are looking to down size this is the perfect little community to move into!!🥰

I rented a unit at Rabbit Hill for 4 months. The staff was very responsive to my needs, questions, etc. Office staff very friendly, maintenance was quick to respond to requests. If I return from Ohio for another long-term stay in Houston, I will definitely be staying at Rabbit Hill.

Updated Review: Now that we have lived here for a couple of months we can give an honest opinion of Rabbit Hills. Here is why we believe it deserves five stars. Management does a good job at maintaining the property. Stacie is friendly and competent. She was exceptionally helpful upon our arrival.Rabbit Hills maintains these five qualities: Safety, peacefulness, quietness, cleanliness, affordability.No place is perfect but we can honestly that this is a lovely community to live in. If you are looking for the five things mentioned above this is the perfect place to achieve those goals. God bless.

This is the second time my boyfriend, daughter, and myself have lived here and we absolutely love it!! Such a quiet and safe neighborhood with wonderful neighbors and a great staff!! The office lady’s are so sweet and very helpful with everything and the maintenance is great! They are so quick to fix whatever needs to be done and answers all your questions and concerns. They also added beautiful fountains in the lake that light up at night and it’s so pretty and relaxing to look at . Definitely recommend living here and the prices and payment options are even better!!

I recently had the chance to visit Rabbit Hill Rentals and I must say it was an amazing experience!The place is absolutely beautiful, with a stunning lake that made me fall in love from the first moment.But what really made my stay special was the attentiveness and kindness of the staff, especially Freddy, the security guy.He was always available to help and answer my questions, and his smile and positive attitude made me feel right at home.He provided everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.I loved the tranquility of the place and the chance to enjoy nature.I will definitely be returning to Rabbit Hill Rentals, not only for the beauty of the place, but also for the excellent customer service, Freddy and team, for making my stay unforgettable.I will be back soon!

I moved into Rabbit Hill last October after an extremely rough and trying year. From the moment that I called, everyone that I encountered was very kind and accommodating. Dulce, Property Manager, Kailey, Assistant Property Manager, and Stacie, Customer Relations are simply amazing. They care about the people that live in the community! The maintenance staff is very fast and efficient. The community is kept up immaculately and my Golden Retriever and I, Cooper LOVE living here! It is safe and feels like home. Love the new addition of the fountains in the lake! We are happy to call Rabbit Hill home!

I love that my retired mother lives here! It is so safe, protected, clean and quiet. I never worry about her because the staff and maintenance take great care of the facilities and her home. Rabbit Hill Rentals is a great place to stay for a short-term rental, the pricing is very fair. There is a 5 week commitment, and then it is week to week with a minimum of a weeks notice.Its a gated trailer rental community, and they are strict on speeding, noise, and public drinking, which I feel keeps the property desirable.I just put in my notice for my last week. I will update this rating if there are any issues with getting the deposit back. Which most know can sometimes be a huge ordeal with rentals.

I’ve spent a lot of time moving for work and over the years have never felt more comfortable and welcome. Being at Rabbit Hill has opened the doors for my future wife and I to start a family, grow a business and be apart of a growing community of individuals who have really come together and built something that I can only described as home for my family and several others. The work put in by the men and woman here is nothing short of incredible. Thank you all for the views here and memories made. I have lived here for 3 years and as a single, retired teacher, I have found this to be the safest, most secure residence I could find in the area. The management and maintenance staff have always taken care of any concerns and issues I’ve had. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who would like a comfortable flood-free living situation that is located close to shopping and dining establishments.

I love this place. My tiny house is just the right size for me. Maintenance is handled quickly. Office staff is friendly and helpful. Not a fan of the very slow speed limit but we have kids on bikes who deserve a safe place to play.

Rabbit Hill is a such a wonderful place to call my home. Having the option to live on the waterfront was just one of the reasons I decided to move here. The sunsets over the water are truly spectacular.I love that we have a gated community with security cameras along with a security guard that patrols the property. If Tiny Home living is what you are seeking, come see for yourself just how calm and peaceful Rabbit Hill is. But be careful, you just may find yourself living here!

A nice young lady I don’t remember her name answered all our questions, was very polite and gave us the application to fill out.I returned Friday with more questions about the application. William was very kind and helped me fill out the application. Process was easy and got approved. Great customer service!! I will update once we move in!

My daughter and I went to tour the property today and I immediately put in an application. This place looks very clean and well kept. Stacie greeted us and gave us the tour. She was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable about the property. But most of all she was incredibly warm and welcoming and very understanding to our situation. Im so glad we found this place. We cant wait to move in. We already feel at home. 10 out of 10, would recommend!

Before moving here, I was homeless and struggling to pay for a motel room every night. This costs less than a weekly stay at a motel and you still get to have a place you can call home. Everything here is clean and maintained well and Ive never had an issue in the two years Ive been living here!

A very nice place to live in I highly recommend it! Community is very respectful and quiet! The office staff are such a joy to interact with, also very professional and will keep their tenants up to date with any information for you about the property. I also appreciate how the office staff especially took the time to explain the rules and regulations that are enforced in the place to maintain the peace and respect for the tennants living here. The property is very clean, and I enjoy the features that are provided within the home itself, like the couch and TV stand. After a year in living here in Texas, this place finally makes me feels like home and I plan to be here for the long run!

I lived there for 1 1/2 years and it was great! I’ve had issues at other rental places and their properties and this had been my favorite place I’ve lived so far. There’s a lot of privacy, need a code for the gate, a drive in space big enough for at least three cars depending on the size, clean property, and everyone respects the quiet hours which is nice. Dulce, Kailey, and Paloma are great! Super quick with communication on any issues in the area and the response time for any questions or maintenance is quick as well. Highly recommend!

I live here and I love it! The grounds are gated and kept up with very nicely, the staff are very nice and helpful, and the houses are so cute and affordable. My friends came over and put in an application as well! Well be neighbors soon! The entire community is very quiet, there is on site laundromat, easy access to dumpsters, and payments are made very simple with so many different ways to pay. My family plans on staying for a while.

Ive lived here about a month now. A little over. Its a cute spot. Maintenance is pretty quick when you have an issue. Havent had any issues with neighbors. Its quiet especially during night hours which i appreciate having a toddler. I get food delivered semi often and everytime I do the delivery person asks me how it is living here because the community is so cute and homey looking. No complaints here.

Rabbit Hill is a delightful place to call home. Management is on site with great hours if there is anything that you require, the neighbors are nice and friendly and the grounds are kept meticulously. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this to anyone needing a place to live outside of Houston. Its in a convenient spot too, not far from 99 and 59/69 that it makes commuting from Houston proper up here a breeze.

This is my home. Its so peacefully. The community itself has wonderful people who are so nice to one another and help each other. Kailey....Paloma... Dulces are so very helpful. Looking it over and loved it all except? Why dont you have a Pond Fountain to help keep the water from going stagnant. Sure would make the whole water area look better and also help keep down the Mosquitoes I noticed wouldnt it?Also BEWARE when coming in the entrance and you have to put in a # for the Gate to open - DO NOT pull up to the Keypad Get Out of your car to put in the #s to open that gate or you have a great chance of getting your car torn up. The key pad is too far back to reach unless you have very long arms and You Will hit the small cement posts stuck up around that pole while or after entering your code.

Great place to stay especially if your in need of short term housing. My husband and I moved here from out of state and wanted to rent short term so we can get to know the area before commiting to anything more permanent. The tiny home is laid out well and felt comfortable for us and our pets for our short term stay. It was very clean and everything is new and nice! I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable and safe we felt! The community is gated and with cameras and is VERY safe. The staff is amazing and friendly! Dulce and Kaylie were always available if we needed anything or had any issues. The maintenance staff helped us move when we had to switch tiny homes last minute. They were so kind and did not want me to lift anything. The internet was slow but they are working hard on that issue. Overall our experience at rabit hill rentals was great and Im sure yours will be too!

First let me say I love Rabbit Hill The office staff is very respectful, same goes for everyone that works here. My husband and I have been on a year long journey. He was diagnosed with cancer so we lost everything. During this time weve lived in a camper, an RV, and with my brother. My husband was able to find a job that relocated us to Houston where we lived in an Extended Stay for 4 months! I found Rabbit Hill on line, then we applied. Love that they do a criminal and financial background check. At first the committee was thinking of turning us down because our credit wasnt so good at this time, but Kailey went to bat for us! Thank you, Kailey! Rabbit Hill took the chance on us, which my husband and I are so grateful! For the first time in over a year we have a place to call home! Yes, there are rules. This is so that everyone here can have a nice, safe, calm place to live. I have become to know the staff and they are Awesome! Thank you Rabbit Hill and staff for giving us a chance and for helping us get back up on our feet! The Beach House Lady! Lol!

I just moved out of RH a few days ago :( My husband and I lived at RH for about 5 months and we LOOOVED it here! Its a quiet community and kept clean. Communication from management to tenants was clear & transparent. We always felt safe being here. We never had to worry about anything being stolen off our porch or outside. Everyone was friendly and would say hello when they/we pass by. We lived in the cottage and we loved the outside porch. I will definitely miss staying here. It was affordable and well-maintained. You cant beat the price and the experience. I wish we stayed in Texas a little longer so we could stay at RH just a little longer. Thanks RH for everything!!
