I had to move to Houston for 9 weeks to have treatment at MD Anderson. Finding Yannick at PPH was a God-send! She found us an apartment near the hospital that fit our budget and had everything we needed. She helped us find everything we needed in Houston and was always just a text or phone call away. We could not be happier or more grateful with our experience with PPH! -

When my husband and I first found out he was diagnosed with cancer it was devastated to our family. After research I felt the best place for him was at MD Anderson in Houston TX and was not disappointed. The next challenge became the best place to stay that will be comfortable and affordable and again was not disappointed with Premier Patient Housing. It was a home away from our home. The units were very spacious and very comfortable. The amenities were relaxing and took away the stress even if it was just for a minute. Yarnick, oh Yarnick ,you dont know how much you made a stress situation stress free. Your professionalism was awesome, sometimes you see a place on the web, and it may not be what you see when you actually see it in person, PPH is exactly what I saw and then some. Thanks for making everything so simple. If we have to return for additional treatment, trust we will be staying at PPH again. -

As a fairly recent recipient of one of lifes less desirable little surprises, my unexpected cancer diagnosis drove a sudden shift in my priorities as I began gathering information and making decisions about next steps. I decided to connect with MD Anderson (MDA) to receive proton therapy, which is unfortunately located about 1,000 miles from home where this treatment regimen is not yet available. Given the distance, one of the many details to work out was a temporary residence for six weeks.I initially looked at hotels, but a decent one to live in for a month and a half is fairly expensive (especially during rodeo time), and those not as expensive are pretty run down, poorly rated and therefore not particularly appealing. I learned from the folks at MDA that there are a number of small businesses who lease local apartments, furnish them, and then rent them short term to people in my situation. I did some research, looking at several of the many apartment complexes in the area, and one of my calls was to Premier Patient Housing. I spoke with Yannick while I was sitting in a waiting room at MDA and was immediately impressed. The start of my treatment schedule was relatively short notice, but she had a couple of units becoming available, and one sounded ideal. I signed up for a unit on the fourth floor of the Domain at Kirby.The one-bedroom apartment was ideal for location (less than a mile from the Proton Center); had plenty of space (including a separate little room with a desk where I could set up my laptop, monitor and printer); had a well-equipped kitchen; a small laundry room; and a balcony. There is a very well-equipped fitness center that was never crowded for regular exercise, and relatively secure (gated) parking in a central parking garage. Theres a large, well-stocked grocery store within two blocks, a Walgreens within two hundred yards, and numerous restaurants nearby.The arrangement worked out especially well for my 6-week adventure, and interfacing with Premier was easy and straightforward. I cant say that I recommend getting cancer, but if it (or some other medical surprise) happens to find you and you find yourself in need of temporary living space where youll truly want one less thing to deal with, Premier Patient Housing should be your first call. -

Our experience with Premier Patient Housing was very positive. The apartment was as described with all the necessities and the building amenities and parking made life easier. The location was near the treatment facility as well as to shopping, restaurants, and parks.Yannick was very prompt and helpful with our questions and requests. We highly recommend Premier Patient Housing. -

We stayed in a Premier Patient Housing unit for many months while I underwent cancer treatment at MD Anderson. The completely furnished unit was perfect for our needs, and the parking deck made daily travel back and forth to the hospital very easy. However, the best thing was the personnel associated with Premier Patient Housing, who made our experiences as good as might have been possible given our circumstances. Yannick Thomas made every effort to see that we had everything I needed to be as comfortable as possible and that my wife needed to care for me. We hope to be able to stay in a Premier Patient Unit each time I have to travel to M D Anderson for follow-up procedures over the next few years. Premier Patient Housing does a marvelous job. -

Our stay with PPH could not have gone more smoothly. We thought we would only be in Houston for a couple months and ended up staying six months. Never was it a problem to stay longer. The apartment is clean and furnished very nicely. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with the essentials. Any issues we had with the apartment were handled quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend them for any length of stay! Beautiful apartment and helpful, friendly hosts! -

We needed to be at MD Anderson for 6 weeks, and Premier Patient Housing made it possible, and having an apartment with washer and dryer, our own living area and place to cook; made the trip comfortable. We needed that comfort. We were located close to the hospital and doctors offices, meet a few neighbors who were lovely and the whole experience was so much better than we imagined. God Bless. Our stay at PPH was great.The apartment was very nice and clean. We loved the location being so close to MD Anderson and convenient to stores and restaurants. We highly recommend! -

Thank you to Premier Patient Housing for taking care of my family while here for Medical Treatment. Our experience was great the apartment location and well furnished apartment. When we come back we will definitely be booking with you again.
