I’m a 20 year real estate broker and am a commercial & residential property manager for 24 years now also. I’m traveling from Tennessee to Texas for bereavement, just lost my sister and my father. I rented a PBD living home in Richardson TX. It’s perfect. I can say it’s managed very well. It’s clean, it’s well accommodated, it’s beautiful, lots of thoughtful amenities, it’s bright and cheery, I will definitely be staying in their properties again and again!! Also, the staff have been very thoughtful in my time of loss. Very accommodating, and I will not forget their help and extended hosting! Thank you, PBD Living. This home we rented from them was truly beautiful! My extended family came into town for a surprise engagement proposal. This home was so spacious for us and it had everything we could ever need. The host was so responsive to our needs and even suggested a few local places for us to have brunch. We are very thankful for the hospitality. -

I had such a great experience! The team is very quick to respond and solved any issue I might have had. The unit was clean and fully ready to live in when I got there. My only con to note is that receiving mail is difficult as you don’t get a key for the mailbox. But other than that, this is a great place to stay and I would recommend it! -

I am amazed at how beautiful these apartments are. The colors are rich and gorgeous. The attention to detail is on point. These look like luxury designer apartments with fair prices as a bonus. I havent had the opportunity to visit the city to experience the sites firsthand yet, but I am definitely looking forward to it. -

10/10 experience. I highly recommend! I stayed here for a month, with my two cats, and we had a wonderful time. It is beautifully decorated and looks exactly like the pictures. Extremely spacious. The complex has much to offer, and EVERYTHING is nearby. Only 5 or so minutes from restaurants, shops, grocery stores etc. Also Instacart and UberEats is extremely quick and will deliver with ease to this unit. The walk in closet is huge and will fit everything you need and more. The bath is very large and has a reclining end which is a huge plus. It is very helpful that valet trash picks up at each unit 6 days a week. Roku is signed into all streaming services also! If you love a lot of natural sunlight like me, this unit does not have a lot of natural light AT ALL. But Dallas has a lot to offer and the weather is always beautiful. Also, I noticed that if you use the shower at peak times ie. 7-8 am or 6-8 pm, the hot water doesnt last long, but other than that everything was pretty much perfect! I would definitely stay again. -
