    Best rental experience I have had in regards to getting an apartment. They were on top of getting things fixed when I reported it. I hated to have to move would have loved to continue being a tenant of theirs.

    Highly recommended. I came for a 3-month military obligation at Fort Cavazos, and needed something already setup. It truly is move-in ready (unlike other places that require several trips to the store). Right around the corner is a shopping center with Walmart & gas station, car wash, planet fitness, etc,. where you can get a lot of errands done in one spot. For military personnel: It is also about 10 or so minutes from South Fort Cavazos. However, if you will be working at North Cavazos, know that it is at least a 40-minute drive (either through the base or around). The route through the base has quite a few sharp turns, cows, and if in the early morning, is VERY dark. It is also quite isolating. If its raining or foggy, those are added elements. Make sure you are ok with the route & drive, and make sure your vehicle is in good condition. After about 2 weeks, I got use to it and would still stay in Killeen if given the option. If I had any issues, they were very responsive to emails within 1 business day, and always took care of any issues within 1-3 days. Theres also a dedicated parking spot and ample street parking, which made life so easy.

    Killeen Town Homes is conveniently situated, providing easy access to groceries and the base. They also provide high-speed wifi. Our lease application was quick and easy. Also, they offer month to month, which was convenient for us. Their maintenance was also fast. This town home is clean, spacious, and well maintained. Their staff is also very responsive. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a short or long-term lease. They offer excellent value for money.

    Do not let the negative reviews discourage you from choosing Killeen townhomes. It was a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs a long term or short term stay. The apartment looks way better than it did in the photos and exceeded my expectations. I felt very cozy staying here and could not ask for better.

    I have been renting from them for almost 5 months and haven’t had a negative experience. It was super easy to apply and move in. All of our questions and concerns have been answered promptly. I’ve only had 1 work order during this time and everything was fixed in a couple days unlike my previous landlord who would take weeks or months to respond to work orders. I definitely recommend and have recommended to friends and family.

    I have been with Killeen Townhome’s for the past 7 1/2 years. They have been great landlords. If you need something done they’re always there for you. We had a problem with our waterline on the outside of the unit clean town have the people come out and get that fixed right away, they’re always courteous and punctual. We’ve recommended friends and family.

    Killeen Townhomes is better than home. Stayed here about 2 months while my husband was ETSing the Army and they had everything we needed and more for our stay. The townhome was so clean when we checked in. Loved having laundry in the unit and a bathroom up and down stairs. Our neighbors were very friendly. We had no maintenance issues at all! Fast communication and very accommodating! Thank you Killeen Townhomes!!!!

    The customer service that we received from John and the staff was fantastic. The apartment was clean and perfect for our needs, the furnishing were clean, updated and comfortable. Any maintenance issues we had which were minimal were addressed promptly. Definitely will stay again if ever in the area.

    I am so glad I chose this company for my relocation at Fort Hood because my stay with Killeen Townhomes was comfortable and easy. The place is neat; I have no even one complaint.     We moved from another state and needed a place that met a number of criteria. Killeen Townhomes fit all of our requirements. Still, doing so just by pictures on the internet from over 1,000 miles away was daunting! But, when we arrived, it was so much better than the pictures! The property is very well maintained and the management is accessible and accommodating. We were truly blessed to have such a place to meet our needs while in transition!     We rented a furnished apartment, which made the stay pretty convenient. The location is close to the gym and grocery store. The leases are month to month, so it’s more flexible than some of the longer contracts other companies provide.-Maria T.

    For Soldiers coming to Ft Hood who have to wait for housing there is no better option. The internet was fast, the unit was super clean and they have all the necessities you need while you wait for your home. Plus it is about $40 a night cheaper than a hotel. For my family of 5 it was perfect. Definitely recommend this place.

    Had an excellent experience with this company. Could rent from a distance by email and fax and the check-in was painless. I didnt have to get a key upon arrival, they use keyless electronic keypad locks which make for a painless arrival. The property was immaculate and I could tell they are on top of their properties because everything worked well for us. It all looked just like in the website pictures. I would rent again.

    My husband, daughter, and myself lived in a killeen townhomes unit from February to May. It was an absolute relief to find a place like this without any hidden fees or random crazy cleaning lists and 100% affordable considering it comes with everything you need. If anything went wrong with the unit someone came out very quickly to fix the problem. Bed was comfy, linens were nice, internet was great. Its been a few months since we lived there but wanted to come back and say some good things about this business! If we’re ever back at fort hood and need a short term rental you guys will definitely be our first call. Thanks again for a great stay :) Vandermolen family

    When my family needed a place to stay for a month we were choosing between a hotel and month to month place. With 3 kids staying a traditional hotel room was not going to be easy. We rented a furnished town home and with our size family it was the best decision. We had the comforts of dishes, cookware, a living room, 2 bedrooms, internet and a washer and dryer. The idea of not having to go to a laundromat or a laundry room in a hotel was GREAT! My kids were free to run around with out the worries of disturbing other guests. Overall it was a great place to stay for an entire month.

    My transition to the area was seamless because of Killeen Townhomes. The excellent quality of the property combined with helpful assistance of their staff made it easy for me to focus on my project at Ft. Hood. I requested an A/C repair, and a technician arrived only a few hours later. I highly recommend this company to anyone in the area.

    Juan and his team were great. I PCSd early to Fort Hood and needed a furnished place while I was waiting for my family and household goods to arrive. Everything was ready when I moved in and It was nice to not have to live in a hotel. The place was fully equipped with a full kitchen and anything youd need. I will recommend to others.

    My experience with this company was excellent. All communication was done via phone and internet. The property was as described and very clean. As mentioned in another review they use key code entry so no dealing with keys which was great. We stayed for 1 month and the management was very responsive to our inquires. I definitely recommend for anyone looking for furnished lodging.

    I stayed in Texas with this company for 6 months. I travel for my job and have lived in SEVERAL apartments. This was the best Ive ever had, and the landlord the best Ive ever worked with. Any issue I had was resolved ASAP. Highest recommendation.

    Our stay at KTH was awesome! The home was clean and all of the applicances worked! The homes are in a great location and is surrounded by schools and shopping which is always a plus for me as well as the convenience of the month to month lease was awesome as well and John’s customer service and caring attitude made our stay just that more pleasant!     Wow they offer... Temporary fully furnished townhomes for stays of 30 day or longer. they pay all the bills including power, wifi, cable, trash. Each home is furnished and includes housewares, all appliances and more. All inclusive just bring your clothes and food. I recommend Killeen Townhomes for sure. We have seen a lot of rentals around here near Ft. Hood, some are BAD some are good ...they are GOOD, doing it right.

He allowed us to reserve a date 2 days after when the townhome was actually available for rent just to allow time for the townhome to be vacant allowing for extra safety due to Covid-19.

    I am a travel nurse and came in on a 3 month contract... well my contract was cancelled with a 4 week notice..due to low census at the facility I was at... Killeen Townhomes were kind enough to let me out of my lease... I was very impressed with the maintenance around the place and the cleanliness of the pools....
