    If I could give it 6 stars I would. The grounds are amazing. The laundry and new clubhouse is perfect. Very affordable. The office staff could not be more impressive. Jessica is amazing. Seriously. I’m a relatively new resident. Lived here since March but it is beautiful

    Just signed out 3rd year lease. Rarely have any issues, if we did it was always fixed. Any questions to the front office are always answered & very nice. Recommend to people all the time who are looking to move.

    I am just now starting the move in process. I stopped by to speak to the leasing office and everyone was so friendly. Lilly showed me around to different properties and she was so incredibly wonderful and kind. Definitely best customer service experience I have had with trying to find a rental. Ask for Lilly if you are looking to live here!!

    I have lived here for a year now and I absolutely love it!! I just renewed my lease for another year and dont plan on moving anytime soon after that year. The staff and maintenance here are great and respond quickly to any needs or questions you many have. The atmosphere here is just amazing and although these are rentals it really does feel like home!!! If you are looking to rent a fabulous home in a quite, laided back community Green Caye is definitely the place to be!!!

    I have been here for 10 months and resigned my lease for another year. I have no problems with Green Caye Village. Everyone here is very supportive when things need to get done. Although I have not had to report a lot of maintenance issues, either way when I did they were on it right away. The staff are all very nice and very professional. We have not had problem with noise because if you are in your house you can not hear the noise.

    Today is our move in day and we couldnt be more excited! We needed a place to go fast and Taylor J. has been the most amazing person to assist us. Being that we already have family and friends that live here, we already knew we liked the community, so working with her was just an added bonus. A+ for the communication, she always kept me up to date on where we were in the process and was super friendly! Being able to have more space, our own driveway, our own yard, and a storage shed is a step up for us.

    Forgot to update: I received my refund shortly after this post. Great business. I’d rent from them again.Update: I contacted management and he explained that it was a mistake and he sent an email stating that I would receive my full refund and an updated invoice. I appreciate the way this was handled. When I receive my coins, I’ll update my review.I’ve lived here since 2016. Pretty decent place to live. On the front end, management takes care of business. Just don’t ever move out, you will not receive deposit money back. I have transferred between units and had no problems receiving my full refund for my deposit. If you move away, then that’s when they cheat you out of your money. I wasted money cleaning the rental property that I moved out of thoroughly, thinking that I would get a refund of my deposit back. And we aren’t talking chump change. This is over $1000 and they took it all. The last unit I lived in was so clean when I moved out, including a fresh carpet cleaning, and they took all of my deposit money to “replace carpet and pads” when it was not needed. I was there two years, got the carpet cleaned 4 times while I was there and things were kept spotless. I gave more than a 2 month move out notice and still did not receive any deposit money back. When you call, they act like they don’t know what’s going on because there is no one to report them to. That’s the reason for my two stars. Bad business.

    Been living here for about 5 months now in the mobile home division, this place is awesome. The staff have been very helpful. Whenever I have had to put in a maintenance request theyve responded within a few hours. Lawns are maintained very well. Closed in security gates that actually work! Very nice and quite neighborhood. The price of rent is amazing for the condition and service you get here. I couldnt be more happy and plan on re-upping my lease when it comes time. I am extremely happy with our decision to lease here!

    I have lived in Green Caye townhomes for 10 months and just renewed my lease for another year with no rent increase (unlike apartment complexes). The management is great and the maintenance team are very quick to respond, even after hours and during a holiday when there was an emergency. I highly recommend this community.

    We have had a great experience with Green Caye! We have rented from them nearly 4 years. We started out in a duplex and are now in a house rental. They are always courteous & very quick with any maintenance issues! I have lived in several rental communities & Green Caye is by far the best!

    It’s my 3rd time living in this community, going on a 3rd year now and I have no complaints. Things have changed somewhat but overall it’s a safe area, neighbors are friendly. There’s a convince store at the entrance, they put in a pool last summer and recently found out there is a new playground in progress with a walking path so those are awesome additions. They are very quick on getting to any maintenance issues and always follow up. My family and I are genuinely happy here.

    Going on 4 years renting with Green Caye have to admit they are awesome from the first day to 4 years later. Any issues or problems the are there same day if reported during business hoursAnd they are not the oh fix it until it breaks again. They replace broken items and the maintenance crew is super friendly and helpful. The office staff and owners are just as nice and helpful willing to communicate and help thru any situation! Def would recommend to anyone!!

    Green caye is a nice semi quiet place. We have amazing neighbors. Our front office faculty are great. They now frequently and send email reminders. Weve been here 2 years going on our 3rd and rent has only gone up 10 bucks. Thats not bad. Security could be better but thats the only down side.

    My husband and I moved in here in July and have nothing but great things to say about this place! The staff is so sweet and prompt and the maintenance is wonderful! Theyre always here the day or day after we need something done. Green Caye is so well kept and we are very happy to call this home. Couldnt be happier!

    We just signed another year lease. So far we love living here. Very pet friendly. Love that they are excepting of big dogs. I do wish though that they had a drinking area at the dog park but i bring a water bottle for them it’s no big deal. Not a deal breaker obviously! Office staff is very friendly! Matience is great and friendly. They Usually are out the very next day once you put in a request. Our ac had froze up at 11 at night and within an hour they were here and had it working. Very appreciative of that!!

    My wife & I give this Green Cage Village an A+ or 5? rating! The office has great customer service, the grounds are well kept and maintenance responds in a timely matter. This is a safe community to raise your children! I love the fact that the people in the office treat you like a human being! (All year long). We just renewed our lease again....keep up the GREAT WORK Green Cage Village staff !!!

    My husband, son and I have been here almost a year and as of today, have signed another years lease. We LOVE this place! Any issues we’ve had maintenance wise (minimal) have been addressed swiftly, Sherie and the office staff have ALWAYS been polite and helpful, no matter the question. Very satisfied with Green Caye!

    I have lived here for 8 years and love the community. For the price, this is the place to be. The maintenance crew is great. The office personnel are also very friendly. Just wish there was covered parking. That is the only thing missing. Love the backyard.

    I have lived here working on 3 or 4th year and we love it! Maintenance fixes most things in less than 24 hours, my only issue is we have an older ac I wish would get replaced its killing our electric bill. Other than that staff is very pleasant and they are just very sweet people.

    Weve lived here a year so far and dont have any complaints i would say we are happy here. Its a quiet community and we love the park and pond areas. Its easy for us and our two little boys to get to and have a little fun. We also have a gated yard so we now have a new addition to our family, a dog. Just renewed for another year and i cant wait to see what happens. Thank you

    Great place to live. The grounds are well maintained, maintenance and officer personnel are polite and responsive. Residents are made aware of any security issues and management is very proactive in dealing with those issues. I have lived here seven years and have never had any problems. I highly recommend it over apartment life

    Ive lived in Green Caye nearly six years, and Ive never had any issues. No problems with maintenance or neighbors. The rent is affordable and the new amenities are great!

    I cant speak for everyones bad reviews on here but we just recently moved due to a change in our financial situation, but we absolutely loved it there! We had a 2 bedroom 2 bath townhome that was 1 story so it felt very spacious! You have your own backyard which they mow for you and its fenced in with 6ft wooden privacy fences. Theres also a big pond with a walkable sidewalk all the way around literally in your backyard. The staff was always super nice and anytime we had a slight problem even replacing the outside lights maintenance was there that day or the next, and the maintenance staff is really sweet as well. You have your own assigned parking spots and plenty of guest parking. As for the loudness I mean you might have a few cars roll through that are loud but even living in a house in a nice neighborhood thats going to happen, so to expect complete silence is nuts! Our neighbors were great very friendly and kept to themselves and quiet, as for the crime once again we never had a problem and I never felt unsafe at all and trust me if I did Id be the first to say I did but, lets be honest here what ghetto people can afford over $1000 a month plus utilities on a townhouse? Have to ask yourself that lol but its an amazing value for the space you get and location, Id definitely move back in a heartbeat!

    I have been here 3 years and really love it. It’s a very nice community and they recently added a nice pool.The maintenance staff is usually there the same day called, and do a great overall job. Office staff is friendly and always professional.

    Cant say enough good things. Green Caye has been a breath of fresh air. Beautiful and spacious apartments. We are in the two bed two and half bath townhome and couldnt be happier. So far things are quiet and seem safe. The price is great, its actually less than what we were payin in an apartment thats was 400 square foot less! All in all Im very satisfied

    The very few negative reviews on this community are more than likely coming from spoiled, entitled millenial BRATS!!! Ive never had a door kicked in, a staff member be rude or cold. Its never really been loud. The walls are a bit thin, but not so thin that you can hear conversation, I could only ever hear my neighbors kids running up and down the stairs.Green Caye is a wonderful location. Ive lived here on and off for several years.Nicholi and the staff are great, they are currently a bit understaffed and doing their best, so maybe try not to be an impatient schmuck and you wont really have a problem!

    We have lived here going on 5 years and absolutely LOVE IT! The maintenance and office staff are top notch. Its in a great spot between Houston, Kemah, and Galveston. They are even putting in sidewalks around the lakes! Really like this little community and couldnt be happier.

    Moved here in 2016 and its been great. I love the community and the communication from the office. They did an outstanding job with everything after the hurricane and I dont think weve had better service from any place weve rented. Happily signing another lease!

    This is the place to be! We are taken care of; lawn, air filters, light bulbs,ect.If you have a problem just let them know; we have never had to wait longer than a couple of hours to get something fixed.Maintenance is polite, efficient and fast.
