We shared a condo with my parents and had a spectacular time. We absolutely loved this place and its location. Communication with property manager and front desk was seamless. Very quick response time. All appliances worked, plenty of hot water, comfortable and clean furniture. We cooked full meals and had everything we needed. We usually bring come cookware but it wasnt necessary. Loved the gym and pool area. Yummies bistro was healthy and delicious for breakfast or lunch.

This is an AMAZING condo! We stayed a week with 6 adults. Plenty of room and huge bathrooms! We had coffee on the balcony on the Bayside in the morning and then late afternoon it was lovely on the balcony facing the beach! Best of both worlds, We really used the balconys. The condo is well equipped with everything you need to cook. Pool is fantastic and really large! The beds are very comfortable! Hosts Sylvia And Rey were excellent to respond to any questions we had before, during and after. So sad we had to leave! Condo was immaculate!

We stayed at The Sapphire through GISO Rentals. We were blown away by their efficiency, communication and overall kindness. Condo was immaculate with all updated appliances and decorated impeccably. We cant wait to come back next year! OUTSTANDING!!!

Long time VRBO renter for many vacations across the world. Unit 2304 at the Sapphire has to have been one of the top 3 VRBOs. There were both pros & cons, but giving it 5 stars because, for our family of four, the pros significantly outweighed the cons.Cons1. Margaritaville next door played music loud enough to hear inside the unit. Music started about 1pm and ended at around 10pm. Ear plugs and AirPods were effective blocking it out while inside the unit, but not while in the pool. Don’t know if this is only in summer/holiday weeks or year round2. A/C not working in lobby theatre/gameroom. Spoke to the front desk about it, they said they’ve mentioned it to the building management but made no commitment to fix. Went again the next day, still not working.3. Mexico/ Central America were performing their annual farmland burns that created haziness. It started on the Sunday before Memorial Day and was still in play when we departed on Saturday. We love our sunrises and sunsets when we go to the beach, so would likely skip Memorial Day week again.4. Had to wear a wrist band throughout the stayPros1. We did not FEEL like renters (which happens when the nice stuff is locked away). Really felt like this was our place while staying there and that we got real value when compared to other similarly situated and priced offerings on the island. The spaciousness, convenient location, unit condition, quality of amenities and decor made this a lovely unit.2. A/C worked great, comfortable beds, very nice bedding and large, suede sofa, full sized, front loading washer/dryer, all kitchen appliances were easy to use and worked great (fridge, Kuerig, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, ice maker, instant water heater and disposal).3. Amazing gulf and bay views. Could see SpaceX launch site from the balcony and beach, so would be an awesome place to stay during a launch.4. Very bright with Windows on three sides. Watched Thursday night fireworks out the living room windows.5. Nice, fast elevators. Only wait was when we were leaving and needed an elevator all to ourselves for our luggage/gear6. Pavement and boardwalk made travel to/from beach pulling carts smooth and easy.7. Beautiful sand, calm waves and clear water8. Smart Samsung TVs in living and bedrooms.9. Lots of cook-wear, utensils, glassware and bowls/dishes; included canvas beach cart, foam cooler, toddler floater vest, pack & play; beach towels, boogie boards; plenty of bath towels/ wash cloths, 3 hair dryers, dishwasher and clothes detergent, coffee k-cups, salt/pepper, sugar/creamer, paper towels, extra toilet paper, nice liquid soap at all sinks & generous supply of shampoo, conditioner, body wash at each shower, large bathrooms with both tubs and showers in all.10. Lots of outdoor showers coming back from the beach.11. Very secure, no more than 10 people in the massive pool the whole time we were there (Memorial Day week).12. Two long jetties in easy walking distance to fish from13. Parking garage maybe 30 feet from the covered entrance pick up/drop off, so was able to keep vehicle cool and dry14. Has tennis courts, massive pool and lobby level gym overlooking pool/beach and stocked with a nice selection of equipment, weights, mats, stretch balls, etc.15. Plenty of storage, especially master closet; Trash shoot on the floor past the elevators. Plenty of luggage carts16. 24/7 manned front desk; personnel were very friendly and helpful17. Little one had a medical issue while there, had a pediatric urgent care roughly 40 minutes away and open until midnight. Medical staff were very gentle and wonderful. 24 hr pharmacy on island.

This is the second year we have rented Sylvia and Rey’s (3) bedroom condo in South Padre Island. The condo was very well equipped with all the amenities of home. The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. The building staff was friendly and offered one of my guests, who was on crutches, the use of a wheel chair during our stay. We definitely will be back. Bill

We have stayed at the Saphirre multiple times and this Condo is absolutely THE BEST!!!!!! The owners are amazing, the condo has great views and there is plenty of room for the whole family. If you are looking at the Saphirre this is the condo for you!!!!!!

First time visiting SPI and we couldn’t have found a better place to enjoy it! We had a great management team available to us who responded to our questions within the hour. The resort was perfect for our 17 and 12 year olds. We took advantage of the game room, gym, and incredible swimming pool. Very clean and nicely decorated unit.

We have worked with Sylvia and Rey the past 4 years and they are definitely Super Hosts. They respond promptly to all questions and requests. Their goal is to make your stay a 5 star and it has been every year. The Sapphire has incredible views of the sunrises and sunsets from both balconies, easy access to the beach, great parking and friendly staff. Our condo is always super clean, comfortable beds, has a washer and dryer and fully stocked. Our grandkids enjoyed the movie theatre, sand toys for the beach, pool and hot tub. It feels like home the minute you settle in. We’ve never been disappointed. Highly recommend.

Great condo! The place was clean and well appointed. I’m a chef and I always appreciate a kitchen that comes with all the gadgets and even a spice rack! The beds were comfy and the amenities are on point. We’ll be back!

We had a great family vacation here. The condo was clean, had lovely views, and was well stocked with everything we needed. We appreciated the access to beach chairs, wagon, beach towels and sand toys as well. The layout was great for our family of 5. Bathrooms and bedrooms were spacious. Owners were extremely responsive to needs. As for the Sapphire- it was also clean and staff were friendly. Pool area was nice and there is easy access to beach. We enjoyed the theater and teen center. It was nice to have access to the resort next door as well for an alternate pool option and bar service. There was also plenty of free parking. The only area I would improve upon is the bikes and treadmills in the gym space. The area itself is spacious and had a lot of weight lifting options and space for yoga and stretching. We used the treadmills and bike and found them to either not work or were in need of updating. They got the job done though. I would highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay here again!

Our Sapphire condo was just as pictured. Very clean, comfortable and a great location. We plan on coming back again next year. Our host was over the top helpful, friendly and quick to respond to any questions that we had. A great place to stay for retirement.

We stay at the Sapphire annually and this is definitely the nicest overall condo we’ve ever stayed at..from cleanliness, upgraded design with extra seating for meals , comfortable bedding and balcony view, it’s perfect! Not to mention the constant communication with Sylvia on recommendations with while in town. Highly recommend this condo and will definitely be back to 807 asap!

It is very spacious, always clean, beautiful views and truly has everything we need when we go. I love that it’s a very secured property as well and an easy walk to the beach. Sylvia and Rey are definitely top notch hosts. We have rented from them for 3 years and coming again next year. The Sapphire is beautiful and our condo exceptionally clean and equipped with everything you can imagine including sand toys, beach towels and even a wagon. Having a washer and dryer in our condo is a bonus. The views from both balconies are amazing and the beach is less than a minute away. Sylvia is quick to answer any questions and she wants to make sure your stay is everything you expected. Highly recommend Sylvia and Rey.

We enjoyed our vacation at Sylvia & Rey’s condo at The Sapphire immensely. The condo is pristine and nicely decorated, with views of the Gulf from the back balcony and the Bay from the front balcony. Plenty of room for the five of us in our family. Beach access is fantastic (3 minute walk) and the beach was not crowded. The staff were very helpful as well. Highly recommend!

Top notch hosts and best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had! We arrived early and they allowed us to do an early check in, which helped us greatly after a long trip with young kids. Any question or request they responded quickly. The location is PERFECT and very close to the beach. The public beach access is close as well with wheelchair access in case you are pulling a wagon or whatever. This helped us a lot. The condo itself has everything you need and right by the pool that is kept clean. We were amazed with our experience and 100% recommend staying here! Thank you so much!

Sylvia and Rey are life savers! My wife had been wanting to be on the beach for months and we made other arrangements at what turned out to be a substandard property - so much so, we had to spend the first night at the Hilton and then found Sylvia and Reys place the next morning before checkout. They were SO accommodating and helpful - allowing us an early check-in given our circumstances, Their property was spotless, well appointed, and super convenient - not only to the beach but also to the swimming pool (just outside the door!) and walking distance to the Padre Island Brewing Co restaurant which Sylvia and Rey highly recommended. (The food there is outstanding - be sure to ask for seating at one of Steves tables - we dined there twice!) No need to bring beach chairs - Sylvia and Rey have them there and a wagon too! Reserved parking is just outside the kitchen window so theres peace of mind in a new town!

Excellent place, Big pools, next to the beach, the apartment has everything you need for days of pleasure with the family, everything!! in the kitchen also plates and drinking glasses (plastic) for my toddler. I carried from my house because usually it is only glass dinnerware. It has also everything you need to go to the beach and I think the price is righ. VERY RECOMMENDED
