We had an amazing time at Double Dunes! The house was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to the marina. Great rooftop deck. Pool was amazing. Mike was incredibly responsive and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting Port Aransas! Will definitely stay here again next time.

Double Dunes is a great house and a great location. We have stayed there twice and wrap our vacation around staying there. Two blocks from great restaurants and bars. House is perfect for the kids and heated pool makes it easy to keep them busy when not at beach.Mike is always extremely responsive when we are checking in and house comes very clean and stocked with everything we need.We will always stay here when we visit.
