Love this place! We stayed for three months while our home was undergoing repairs. The house is cozy and comfortable and located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. My dog and I really enjoyed our walks. The workspace was perfect for working from home. The kitchen and its appliances are really nice and Kelsea gets bonus points for the filtered water dispenser. I’ll miss grilling under the majestic oak tree in the backyard. We enjoyed sitting outside under the string lights. Ill also miss being so close to a Central Market for quick trips! We slept well and ate well. Honestly, Kelsea is the best host ever — easy to communicate with, flexible and considerate. We felt very lucky to find such a place. I highly recommend.

We were longer term renters in 2023/24 and had a great experience. The hosts are very accommodating in every way. They were very responsive to any need we had throughout our stay and worked with us to extend our stay as our plans evolved. The home was located on a quiet street with convenient access to grocery stores, coffee shops, etc. It was well maintained, clean and offered a number of amenities for our family. Highly recommend this host!

We can’t say enough good things about our experience with Kelsea and DFH. We were in quite a pinch in between homes during a renovation project and Kelsea saved the day. She went above and beyond to find what we needed and continued to support us throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

We were so lucky to find this absolutely impeccable and darling home to stay in while doing a complete remodel. Kelsea couldnt have a been more gracious or accommodating host and her cozy house felt like home to us. The space was beyond super clean and well appointed with everything you could possibly need. The backyard quaint and comfortable. Should we ever need a place to stay in Dallas again, we would reach out to Kelsea first. She was such a delight and the house is a pure reflection of her, warm and inviting. ❤

Kelsea provided the most perfect home-away-from-home for us as we renovated our primary residence. The space accommodated our family of four well, and even our furry and feathered family members settled in easily. The safe neighborhood and quiet street allowed my children to play outside independently. Occasional concerns and questions were swiftly addressed to our satisfaction. Our time in this sweet home will be remembered fondly by all of us!

My husband and I stayed here for three weeks while our floors were being redone. This house is so cute, clean, and in a great neighborhood (we live in the same neighborhood)! The host was accommodating, kind and extremely responsive. It has all of the amenities you could need as well. We highly recommend staying in this cute gem!
