Came to Smithville to visit family and booked on Priceline. Yes, it cost more than a hotel in Bastrop would have, but… we had room for my children and I to enjoy without being on top of each other, the kitchen was stocked with a variety of nonalcoholic beverages, spices, salad dressings and snacks, including treats for your pup if traveling with you. Magazines, books and games for evenings in. Had to call because my child locked us out, very pleasant and responsive. If I return to Smithville again I wouldn’t hesitate to book at Casa Kingfisher.
