    Aside from the rooms being a little dated, my experience so far had been absolutely stellar! Kyle and Wendy have been so kind and accommodating. Im very happy with my choice to stay here!!

    I live here I wish the apartments had more storage space but with all utilities included and phone and cable its hard to beat. Everyone who works here is great. And if you have a promise its taken care of right away. And this is the nicest one I have ever seen and quite also. Places to eat all around and work also. It would take a lot to make me move from here. I do wish the 2 bedroom units were cheaper but again everything included. And most residents have been here a long time.

    Visit family there and was surprised at how nice the apartment was for such a Great Value... family friendly environment. Easily get to many nearby popular places within minutes.

    This is a great place to stay temporarily if you are between places, especially if you dont want to sign a long lease. Its not Hilton or anything like that but you arent paying Hilton prices either. Costoner service is hit or miss, sometimes good sometimes not. I have no complaints about my time there.

    I just moved here about 4 months ago and i stayed here for three months. Had no problem with noise from neighbors. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I loved how clean my room was. Also its bug free. They send pest control every month. Has a full functional kitchen. Only thing i would complain about is the carpet being clean. My feet became dirty from walking barefoot on the carpet.

    Way nicer than the suits down in Dallas! But still a small room at aBudget price and good to go! Good enough for my buddy Taylor, to LIVE here! That’s pretty damn good!

    Hey, Ive been at another budget prior to the one in The Colony, and I HATED it. Hated everything about it. But this one. Is completely different! You can tell they take pride in there facility, rooms, and staff. Since day one Ive always bee greeted with a smile and helpful answers! My room is clean, no pet odor of paint chippings. :) Im a happy camper. Management goes out of there way to help you and the staff is very knowledgeable and consistent.

    This place its what you expected it to be but its not as bad as most people say there is a an employee that works here by the name of Greg he is extremely nice and very professional and anytime I need help he gets right on it he is by far one of my favorite employees that work there. Also would like to give a shout out to Albert who is a maintenance man there and he also deserves credit because he is one of the hardest workers I know and will do anything to make the customer happy. Theres a few bad seeds in the bunch but as long as you deal with who I mentioned you will be satisfied :-). I have lived here for about 2 and 1/2 years now and for the most part it has been pretty quiet and from what I can tell they really crack down on all the bad people that stay there and get them out. Albert & Greg deserve 5 stars they are by far the best employees here

    I honestly have no complaints about this place. My boyfriend and I stayed here for two weeks. Our first day was on October 1st 2019 and we ended up moving out on October 15th 2019 because we got approved for an apartment. There are no issues if you pay your weekly rent early. When we were moving in some neighbors offered to help with the big boxes. I’ve read a lot of reviews saying that you don’t ever get your deposit back but I just got mine in the mail (November 9th 2019)! All you have to do is return the place like they gave it to you.... CLEAN!So I do recommend this place.

    The interior was fantastic great customer service fantastic food for room service would definitely return again! Jason was such a sweetheart he helped my poor crippled nana onto the elevator and carried her bags as I wheeled her to our room! The only gripe I have was with their presentation of the bathroom there wasnt enough satin.

    Could be worse for temporary housing. Get a suite in areas near the office. Police were there daily and will harass you if they see you leaving the property. Was rarely there, but the residents seemed decent enough during the day.

    My boyfriend, my 9 year old son and myself stay here currently. The rooms are great, there are no bugs, its very quiet, neighbors and STAFF are nice. The only issue we had is we did not want a room with a TV because we had 2 of our own, they told us the TV came with the room and charged my boyfriend $10. 3 days later called us and asked if they could take our TV to another tenant whose tv broke or something. We did not recieve our $10 back but it wasnt a big deal like I said we have 2 tvs of our own. When we paid for our second week they took off the TV charge so we didnt pay for it again. Keep in mind the rent does change and the taxes and 12.95 surcharge are not included in the RENT price. They have deals some months and other months they dont. But also keep in mind a landlord and apartment complex doesnt lower your rent every now and then like these wonderful people do. If you mind your business stay nice and keep your room up and clean then you shouldnt have any problems. I wish the pet deposit was lower but I understand the damages pets can do and they have to replace their furniture if your pet ruins it! Also, they had us come in and check the room for bugs. Idk about most of you but I know how to check for bed bugs, and they can come from anywhere. I got a free futon a few year ago when i lived at my dads and found out it was covered in bed bugs. This place is great. Be an adult and respectful and mind their rules and you will be fine. Its better than trying to come up with $1200-1500 on the first of every month on one income.

    Ill give the stay a 4 star. They were accommodating and it fit our needs. On another note, if you are expecting a return of deposit monies you can just about forget it. I moved out Sept. 15th of 2017 and was notified I receive my full deposit in 4 weeks. A little extensive considering, but ok. After 4 weeks I called as I hadnt received my deposit back. I was told corporate supposedly couldnt read my address, but the persons in the office upon check out could and read it back to me. The manager stated they even tried calling, but the number they had wasnt even correct. After getting that cleared up I was told it would be another 4 weeks! Processing was completed October 20th and guess what...still NO check!

    Rooms have been rennovated. Wood floors, flat screen TV, but same old furniture. Nasty old sofa is still there. Other than that, everything else is good. The police harass you there but that happens at every budget suites location. Thats very common in motels that are cheaper. Kinda get what you paid for.

    Place has really cleaned up. Family environment nowadays. Summer cookouts for tenants and pricing is expected... Downside is paying for internet. But with all other amenities its not too bad

    There is nonthing wrong with that place at all ya u may not get all the stuff u think u get in a hotel but thats a good thing. Would u like to sleep with blankets an pillows that come with room that u dont know who used them last ya think about it and if they wore cleaned or not thats. Why they tell u to bring your own stuff and they provide u with bed table full size refrigerator full size stove a bathroom and a bedroom and yall complain about having to bring your own stuff. There are people who work hard every day for 8 hours that deals with yall complaining all the time about stupid stuff and I see it every day and ya there wore people who died in room but that dont mean anything people will die every where u go. As along as you got a roof over your head and a safe place to go home to each night and u have all working appliance to where u can cook clean watch TV take a shower and be on computer or cell phone then your fine and if stay out of other people business then your good. The most people have said on here aint even true I have lived there for 6 years of my life and had no issues and having to worry about have to pay water or electristy just rent ya it gose up every now and then but thats anywhere u go stop complaing about the prices if u are living there.and stop complaing about anything that gose on there if u dont like it pack your stuff and leave dont post on here u dont like it and say all this bad stuff that isnt true. to get other people not want to stay here. they can come a and find out them self if they want to stay or not and I know every one who works there and they bust there ass off every day to make the people happy who live there. ITS NOT A BAD PLACE ONLY IF U MAKE IT SEEM LIKE IT IS THEN LEAVE!!!!!!!

    Visited friends that live there. Seems like it has been cleaned up since the last time I was here. Pleasant surprise. Hats off to the new management team for a job well done.

    The rooms are big and the price isnt outrageous. This is mostly due to the fact that nothing is provided: No sheets, No toilet paper , Nothing but a bed, a couch, and an air conditioner. The rest you supply on your own. Its not a bad place for a budget.

    Ive been here for 5 yrs and never a problem. When you have an issue they send someone out to fix it! Yeah the couches and beds suck but what do you expect for the money?

    Wonderful staff, apartment rooms for long stays, pet friendly,, on site laundering and a gorgeous swimming pool !! Clean over all and pretty quiet. I will definitely be here for a while !!!

    The area is a good area where as most budget suites can be in some bad areas. I have stayed at a budget suites in Vegas before and compared to the Vegas one they are honestly the same...plus to this one is there is hardwood floors thru out the living room amd kitchen area and carpet only in bedroom...
