Anthony has been an excellent landlord. From the very first interaction I had with him, all the way through the process of renting the house and being his tenant. When you speak with him, hes paying attention and listening to what you have to say. He lets you know hes always available to contact him if you have any issues at all. The best thing is, he actually means what he says and does what he says he is going to do. Hes an honest, dependable, and caring landlord, and wed recommend him and his business to anyone.

Our landlord Anthony has been by far the best landlord Ive ever dealt with. He put in a lot of effort remodeling the home were renting making it a beautiful and comfortable home to live in. Hes even gone as far as bringing us gift cards for being great tenants. Highly recommend working with him so long as you take care of his property!

Zolo properties is setting out to be different than the rest. As a property owning company, they want their tenants to feel comfortable and rent with confidence that they have their back and can rent stress free knowing they have an owner that cares and wants their tenants to enjoy renting from them. Not average but a high level of customer satisfaction is their aim. Anthony strives to be a good owner and landlord and takes care of the people renting from him.

I’ve known the owner of ZOLO’S for over a decade now. I would trust him with my life as well as my money because I know the way he operates and runs his business. He strives to be the best in what he does whether that is real estate, his own work, or anything he is doing on a daily basis. I believe it’s his passion and drive that separates himself from others. He enjoys helping others and is keen on growing healthy relationships. If he says that he is going to do something, consider it already done. He is an honest, transparent, smart, and caring individual who I know that I can count on throughout the day or night with anything.

We are impressed with Anthony as our landlord and a person. Anthony is very quick to respond to all our communications or questions we might have. Hes texted us to make sure everything is going well. He checked on us during the cold snap and recognized us during the holidays. I believe he takes his business seriously and provides the best service because of that.
