There arent enough words to describe how appreciative I am to Amy for her help in selling our home recently. Without going into too much detail Amy jumped in and fixed issues we were having with a previous realtor and was able to sell our home within DAYS of taking over for a fair price and with very little hassle.When I first called Amy, she answered while on her vacation and was more responsive and attentive during this time than our previous agent ever was. My wife and I were moving out of state, and due to my wifes pregnancy, she moved a couple of months before I did while I waited for the sale of our house to go through. Being away from my family during this time was very painful, and I felt like our previous agent wasnt doing her best work, so I eventually moved on to Amy.Our house was on the market for roughly 100 days by the time Amy took over and it only took one visit from her (on the way home from the airport after arriving back from her vacation btw) for her to make the necessary moves and get the house sold.I have bought and sold several homes in my life and never has a realtor come in and provided the type of fast acting service and results like she did. I am now back with my family in AZ, thanks to her, and I can literally not thank her enough.

Amy and her team made buying our home easy. We moved halfway across the country and she went above and beyond what I thought a realtor would do to help us. She spent a weekend helping my wife walk through houses and then helped us look at homes through video chats because we had to leave to finish the sale of our home.Amy has an impecable team, if Amy couldn’t see the house for us, she would let us know that a team member would reach out and walk us through the home (thank you Kim and Lauren!). Lauren especially helped us make the decision on the home we purchased, being able to tell us so much about the area and community we would be in made the choice to buy so much less stressful.Coming from another state is a hard enough not just logistically but emotionally. Amy and her team gave us guidance and the peace of mind we needed to find the right home. Marisa has been an absolute angel sent for our family! This was our first home-buying process and so everything was new for us. It was especially hard in this economy and it took us 8 months to finally close on a home but Marisa has been with us throughout every step of the process! She is the most kind, patient, and sweetest realtor you can have. She really does care about giving the best for her clients like pointing the little details out during the home tours that you would have never noticed and is very quick with communications.
