I just wanted to share my experience of renting with We Rent Homes. We rented a property in Horizon for 2 years and we didnt have a single problem. The application process was quick and easy, monthly payments through the portal were simple, maintenance requests were easy to submit and vendors were assigned same day and the move out process was simple. We were informed deposits are issued within 30 days of move out and ours were issued in that time frame. The house itself was great and seemed to be well kept when we first moved in. While we havent really had any issues with rental companies we have rented from in the past, We Rent Homes was absolutely the best to work with. If we ever move back to El Paso and need a rental, We Rent Homes will be our first pick when looking for a property. I dont ever leave reviews but we were very happy on how our rental experience went with this company that I wanted to leave them 5 stars.

I love working with this company. They do an amazing job managing my property as well as my parent’s property for years. Our residents consistently renew their least at our properties due to the hard work of We Rent Homes. Work orders are taken care of in a timely manner and always keep us in the loop of anything that goes on at the properties. Kim Kelly is an excellent person to work with and highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to rent out their properties, you will not be disappointed!!!

We have been a tenant with We Rent Homes El Paso for 4 years and our experience has been a positive one. All our maintenance requests have been handled in a timely manner and if I had any concerns or questions, I was always able to resolve them through their tenant portal or with a return phone call. They did have quarterly inspections during our time and I felt it was a great two-way street to document the condition of the home in real time. Upon moving out, Danielle emailed detailed instructions for the move out process and was transparent every step of the way. Danielle is a true professional and because of her our final out was a smooth process! Thankful for our great experience with We Rent Homes El Paso!

We lived in our property for 3 years, at first we had some rough patches with getting an AC issue fixed, but after some changes in staff we had a good experience. We had our walk through, and they always took good pictures and had every maintenance issue addressed.When we got ready to move out I followed their check list and did a video of the walk through and we got no charges and our full refund back. I dealt specifically with Danielle and she was very professional and helped me with all my questions and concerns.

A few months ago, in November 2022, I signed a lease through We Rent Homes. I dealt with both Kim Kelly and Danielle K.For various reasons, I wanted to expedite signing the lease, and they helped me get through the process, very efficiently and quickly. They are knowledgeable professionals, and they were consistently nice to me, polite, and kind. They gave me good guidance through the entire process.After move-in, I needed a couple of minor maintenance items. In one case, I need to find a vendor for something that was not covered as maintenance. They referred me to a great provider, who was very knowledgeable, and gave me a remarkably low price.In another case, the icemaker on the refrigerator malfunctioned. The managers sent a technician who made sure the water flow was all right and we gave the icemaker time to work.Unfortunately, the first attempt didn’t fix the problem so they sent a technician out the very next day. He determined that the icemaker itself wasn’t working, so it was necessary to get approval to purchase a new icemaker, to obtain it from the store, And of course, to install it.Here’s the amazing part. The managers had to get approval from the owner for purchase of the icemaker in less than an hour, Danielle called me back, and the owner had approved the next day, the very pleasant technician had install the icemaker, and it worked.So the bottom line, my experiences have been completely positive. Danielle, Kim, and the various people they do business with have always treated me with kindness, have been pleasant, and have given me good guidance. The owner of the property was very kind with a rapid approval of this maintenance item.If you want a good running experience, I highly recommend the good people that we rent houses. They’ve earned their five stars. And thanks again to the owner of the property for approving the replacement so quickly.

We Rent Homes has been nothing but a pleasant and positive experience!We had a hiccup when we first applied for a house but they bent over backwards to help us and we ended up getting the house! I remember when I got the news, I cried I was so happy.We’ve had a few repairs that needed to be done, but they made the process very simple. They are very good about following up. Not only do they care about the homes, but they care about the tenants as well.We just renewed our lease and we couldn’t be happier. Until the Army moves us again, we’ll keep renewing our lease with them.Thank you We Rent Homes!

First let me start off by saying, the negative reviews here don’t speak entirely on We rent homes. People tend to write negative reviews rather than good ones. I’d like to say, we rent homes had made my transition from Georgia to Texas very easy and they were extremely helpful. We’ve been with them for about a year now and have no complaints. We are moving soon and our goal is to go through we rent homes again. Before judging these people on negative reviews reach out to them for insight first. The reviews rubbed me wrong too, but I’m glad I made the choice! Special thanks to Katie! As well as the rest of the team!

Thank you very much. We inherited my fathers home 10 years ago. Selling it would be a wash. We Rent Homes helped us rent it for ten years. They screened the tenants, collected rental payments, and managed all repairs and maintenance; we never even met any tenants. We Rent Homes did it all. We were able to gain quite a bit of equity and turned a decent profit this year when we decided to sell. They found us a buyer and handled everything. Thanks again.

We moved into a beautiful property on the East Side from VA relocated by the military and our experience was nothing but perfect. Clean home to move in and prompt help with anything we found that needed attention. Due to new orders we had to break lease and move out end of November to Albuquerque NM. They where more than helpful through both moves. Wish we could have stayed longer!
