⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Living at Valley Ranch Resort Rentals was an amazing experience! The owners are some of the kindest, most welcoming people I’ve ever met. They truly care about their tenants and go out of their way to make everyone feel at home. What meant the most to me was how much they adored my daughter, they always greeted her with warmth and kindness, making our home feel like a real community.They were also incredibly accepting and understanding, creating an environment where we always felt comfortable and valued. Maintenance was handled promptly, and the home itself was clean, well-kept, and in a great location but what truly made it special was the people. From the moment we moved in they made us feel welcomed and cared for in a way that’s rare to find, strangers to family. Whether it was just a quick repair or a friendly conversation, they made sure It was valued. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be treated like family, I highly recommend Valley Ranch Resort Rentals!!! ❤️ -With LoveStill coming to all the holiday parties ;)

Super family freindly. Definitely 1000% better than all apartments Ive lived in. U can truly stretch urself out as if having ur own house. Large compound to walk around plus the owner is hand on=better than corporate ran places. No regrets at all.

Valley Ranch Resort Rentals is simply fantastic!! I will focus on three main areas in this review: People/Facilities/Rentals.People: I will start with the factor that truly makes this place great. This is basically a family-run business. The owner, Randy, is just a fantastic person overall. He is a wise business man, has a very clear and purposeful vision for the property, and is off-planet accommodating for any reasonable request you might have/need. His son Duranni is also one of the nicest, most respectful and smart people I have ever met. A genuinely good person who works hard to make your rental easy and enjoyable. For that matter, EVERY person working here that I met while living here was just super helpful, respectful, actually working, and a pleasure to be around. Just a terrific crew overall!! And though I never really got to meet my fellow neighbors, everyone seemed friendly, respectful of your privacy, and living the common goal of safe, secure, and quiet private life. No loud parties or parking lot drama here...Facilities: The resort overall is a hidden gem. So much is available here if you choose to use it. First and foremost, the on-site store is super well-stocked and efficiently run. You could literally grocery shop here for almost everything you would need for a normal meal and for upkeep of your small home. There is a very nice pool, poolside cabana type bar area, fishing pond, laundry facility, small dog park, security cameras, and ample parking. Most times I felt like I could get what I needed without ever leaving.Rental: Most people refer to the rentals as tiny-home like, but they are much more than that...almost all the units have two bedrooms and one bath, are around 700-ish square feet, and have really decent storage in them. My rental was tastefully and fully furnished and utilities were included in the monthly rent. Ceiling fans are in all living/sleeping areas. New appliances and new smart TVs are included. Easily maintained hardwood floors, tankless hot water heaters, etc. The list goes on and on. Writing this in June of 2024, I can say at this time that most of the units are brand new, a lot are under construction, and you may be the first person to move in...if this is the lifestyle you want or need, these rentals just cant be beat!!Most people can guess from this review that I absolutely enjoyed living here and it sounds almost perfect, and it is. I can really only think of one down side or complaint that I had living here, and that is easily able to be dealt with. After a heavy rain, or several days of rain, the property drainage left a little to be desired. Standing water was occasionally a thing. It was manageable and Im sure will get better as the property matures.Bottom line: this is a well staffed, well maintained and well furnished small community that is safe, quiet, friendly and absolutely worth a look!!

Mr. Randy happens to be a very kind hearted person. Someone that genuinely cares for other humans. He is soft spoken with a very positive attitude and can be done believe. This place is clean at all times, as well as quite and peaceful. I would love to live here for a very long time and this I mean it from my heart.

Wow what a fantastic property, everything is brand new!! My lease is up next month in spring/woodlands area and everything is so expensive. A Friend Refered me to Valley Ranch and was blown away. Staff is so friendly and helpful, the property is packed with amenities, pool, bbq grill, lake, laundry and even a on site convenience store!! I did my application today and will be ready to move in October!!

I currently live here and the owners are like family they are fun understanding and just plan amazing and I will always recommend Valley ranch Resprt Rentals it’s a great place to just get back on your feet and started back at life I love our little tiny home we live in ❤️🩷❤️
