I have never trusted or used any Apartment Locators in the past but my Experience with University Locators couldnt have gone any better especially with my realtor Michael Reynolds. He went out of his way to make sure we got what we wanted and didnt settle for anything less he was very trust worthy and reliable also was very useful in giving us pointers on what to look for. If its your first time looking for a rental dont hesitate to contact them you wont be disappointed. Thank you UL and thank you Michael Reynolds.

Michael Reynolds with UResidential made my apartment hunting process very simple. I had been in Dallas for training with my new employer and absolutely didnt know the area. Michael took my needs, wants and rental limits into consideration and comprised a list of apartments to help me select my future home. Michael even offered to view the apartments with me to serve as a liaison between myself and the apartments complex. He also let me know about areas he had lived in and enjoyed. I worked with many other apartment locators and the process didnt seem near as personal as UResidential had made it. If youre looking to move I would definitely give UResidential a call!

His professionalism, resourcefulness & genuine investment in making us happy & helping us not only find the right rental home for us but also insuring that we were always kept current in all communication and made aware of prices, essential location information & neighborhood safety. With only a 2.5 week timeframe after accepting a new job in Dallas, thanks to Michael, we now have a signed lease and are squared away to move in, in 4 days!!! I LOVE UResidentail! I worked with Michael Reynolds who helped me find the perfect place & it was even under budget! Due to me living in California and traveling to Texas weekly for work I was unable to search myself. Searching for a new place in Dallas is so overwhelming. Searching through site after site in the past was so frustrating. I knew with my next move I would not waste my time. I turned to Michael Reynolds and University Locators. Michael got with me and my boyfriend and asked us our price range, area, & what amenities we wanted. Daily we were sent updated list that hit our needs. He was patient and showed us EVERY location we were interested in. (which were a lot) Once my picky self and my boyfriend found the perfect place he wasted no time in getting the app to us. He was with us through the entire application process! Michael was on top of everything. He kept in contact with the landlord to be sure everything was processed promptly! Michael went above and beyond for us and we are so thankful. Michael was AMAZING when it came to finding a home for my two children and me. Within a short time of finding out I needed help finding an apartment or townhome to lease, he contacted me to find out what I was looking for. Later that day, he emailed me a customized list tailored to my specifications. From that list I was able to select a few homes that I wanted to see in person. Later the same week, Michael met me to take me through the homes himself. Together, we found a home that is perfect for my family in every way. I couldnt be happier with the customer service, communication, and courtesy that Michael demonstrated throughout this process. If I ever need their services again, I will definitely use University Locators!
