I loved the fact that Ty Greenlee was so attentive to what i required in an apartment to be happy. My schedule was not easy to work with but he made it seem easy. He had great suggestions and brought out things I forgot to mention. Love, love, love my new place! If I ever need to move, Ty Greenlee will definitely be my choice to go through the process with again. I have recommended him to family and friends and they share the same feelings as I do. So refreshing to worth with such a nice guy.

Im a very picky leaser who knows exactly what I want in an apartment. When I asked Ty to help me find a place, he jumped on it with no hesitation, searching high and low for the perfect place. Katie Tijerina is a fantastic realtor! My husband and I loved working with her. We have bought and sold several properties over the years, and Katie has by far been the best realtor we have had. Katie does her homework - she comes to appointments prepared and is knowledgeable. She stays on top of everything throughout the process and makes the transaction go smoothly (even when there may be complications). She is also willing to lend a hand and entertain a fussy toddler during inspections. :) We are very grateful to have met Katie!

Ive heard that moving is ranked in the top 3 most stressful situations right alongside death and divorce. I felt a complete absence of stress during my last move.Sean Ray was the agent that helped me through my most recent move and it sincerely felt like my needs were top priority for him. He went above and beyond anyone I have ever worked with and found EXACTLY what I was looking for.As a matter-of-fact the entire team at Urban Leasing really made me feel like a celebrity during my move and have been caring attentive even after I settled in.I am new to the area and Sean made sure to inform me of some really fantastic spots to enjoy around Dallas.I love my new home so much that I dont think Ill be looking to move anytime in the near future- but if I do Sean and the team at Urban Leasing will be my first call.Thank you to all of you for your hard work and dedication to excellence!

I came across a sponsored post on Facebook for Cody Weaver. After looking for an apartment in my budget on my own for a few weeks to no avail, I clicked on the sponsored ad and reached out. Best decision I ever made. Cody was hands down the best! Very attentive, patient and helpful. I can honestly say I wouldnt have found my new apartment if it wasnt for him. Amber Watkins from Urban Leasing helped me look for a house to rent this past summer. My criteria made for a difficult search, but Amber was the opposite, very easy to work with. She communicates well, listens to her clients, and offers great solutions. Not only is she very knowledgeable and resourceful, but flexible, accommodating and incredibly friendly. She goes out of her way to find the right fit and to make it happen. Amber was a delight to work with, and I recommend her strongly. Great experience!

TY Greenlee is the man to see!!!!!! From the begging he was very friendly and Eagar to help me in any way I needed with no hesitation! He helped me fond a great place suitable for me! Any issues that came about he made sure they were quickly and professionally resolved in a efficient manner! He completed the task beyond satisfactory level!
