Being a resident at the Trinity apartments is a great experience! The front office is very professional and do a wonderful job helping out their residents!! moving in they gave me acceptable rates and great move in specials!! Adria and Karla go above and beyond to help the residents and community stay safe,organized and connected through daily email updates.They will help and assist you immediately with any problems or concerns you may have!!If you ever have any problems with your apartment the maintenance will handle it ASAP!! They don’t not waste time!!I would recommend these apartments if you’re looking for a safe and nice apartment to live in alone or if you have kids!!

Moving is not something I enjoy. Despite having done it multiple times, I always feel anxious. Today, I visited a property that is near work. It checked a few boxes off my list. Emily and Karla were extremely helpful during my visit. They provided valuable advice on the moving process. Their suggestions made moving, seem a bit less daunting. I appreciated their assistance and guidance. It was a relief to have some pointers for the upcoming move. Their help was truly appreciated.

This is the first apartment i ever rented and now that i know better ill do better next time . My appliances have been breaking since the first week i moved in . Water is off every 4-5 business days yet we still pay 100 for it every month. No matter how much they bomb the place and how clean you keep your apartment the giant roaches will be back . Nothing about this apartment is luxurious just pricey. Only putting 5 star so it will pop up at the top. Definitely 1 STAR!!!!! NEGATIVE 0 STARS!!! worst decision i made this year !!!

*** 7/13/24**** PLEASE READ UPDATED REVIEW:*** MENTION DAWN C IF YOU DECIDE TO LEASE***A few months ago I wrote this bad review Below, but I want to update it. I have met with the new manager and her team. I am happy to say that every one of those units in my bldg that was giving the issues have been MOVED OUT. Adria and her team are doing an AMAZING job of getting the bad tenants out and bringing in good people! The pools are open again, the maintenance is timely and most of all, she did take the time to talk to me personally and helped me transfer to another apt. The location of these apartments is great and also good for families. We have 2 pools and a dog park and fitness center. I am happy to say that I am going to stay here because I am seeing with my own eyes that they are CLEANING THIS PLACE UP! So give them a chance. This is a BIG PROPERTY and it takes time and good COMMUNICATION. If everyone works together, this property will be back like it was before in no time. Thank you for bringing the Trinity Apts back to life. :) APPROVED !I have lived in these apartments over 7 years in different units and have seen it steadily decline. Do not move here. Especially if they bring you to one of the units in the back even if it is updated, do not move here. You will be met with noise and parties at all hours of the night. They do not vet the people that they are allowing to move in. There are apartments with more than 7 people (mostly men) living in them. If you value your safety and your families safety do not move here!!

Living at the apartment was nothing short of amazing. Emili and the staff members were outstanding. Even though they’re were some issues on my end they were very prompt in solving and explaining things to me in detail. And even when things got a little dicey, they were there to ensure that I was able to recover. If you have any place, you’d like to consider living, I would highly recommend TRINITY apartments. Walmart is about 7 minutes away. The Mosque is also about 7 minutes away. And there’s a park right across the street.

Its a real quiet neighborhood, real calm and relaxed. Ive moved here at the end of February and was waived the early charges, shout out to Angie. Ive seen a lot of bad reviews, but all in all, they were wrong. I plan on staying here until the lease is up. Only thing is Im a maintenance guy, and the maintenance here could be a tad bit helpful on things they can do. But they are good to respond. All in all, its a good place since its also close to my job.Emily Luna is the young lady you want to talk to for all your needs! She has always been patient and explains in detail what is needed and helps out when repairs are needed. Excellent representation of management.

I love this place. Im in the front by the office and it is so quiet. When the little ones visit we have our choice of the complex park or the park just down the street (less than a block away) and the pools are the jewels of the complex. Maintenance department is slow sometimes but they do have a slew of apartments to attend to so thats understandable. The office staff is welcoming always friendly and eager to assist you. I will be resigning my lease soon and cant wait. I think Ive found the best complex in Irving!

We have lived in this apartment for a year, or almost a year in a week. So far so good. We really like this apartment, good size for a two bedroom apartment and the neighbors are friendly and quiet. The apartment is pretty standard - good amenities and nice looking grounds and clean walkways and such. I have not had any issues except for my shower head was getting messed up so I had the maintenance guys install a new one.

POSITIVE REVIEW !!!!I’ve been at this complex for a little over 6 months now. To be honest I’ve had a lot of problems with maintenance related issues being fixed in a timely manner. However I believe that was based on the old management. I will admit that I didn’t look at the property outside of the standard walkthrough prior to signing my lease. It was time sensitive that I find a place fast upon moving to the area. Needless to say, I probably wouldn’t have selected this complex based on the reviews. Which brings me to why I’m writing one. The new management and leasing office staff is nothing short of a breath of fresh air. I say that because the issues I’ve had so far have all been addressed the day I made them aware or either the next day. I give this place 4stars because they’ve gone above and beyond to improve Trails of Towne Lake. The new changes have not gone unnoticed and I greatly appreciate the efforts. If you’re considering moving here do your part and checkout the location and apartments based on your standards. Drive through during the day and at night. You know your expectations doing your part will help you make a realistic decision—and read positive reviews not just the negative ones. Also understand these are old units therefore problems may arise more than a newer built apartment complex. However with the new management I can say any problem or concern I’ve had they’ve resolved the matter very quickly. This place has super friendly staff from the leasing office to the maintenance workers and grounds keepers!!! Based on my experience I’m happy with the improvements and I’m happy with my apartment. I hope my review helps anyone considering moving here.

Since Terrie from corporate office has stepped in and the old managers are gone things have taken a turn for the best. Almost everyone in the office staff is new & provide much better customer service. Pest problems have definitely improved & maintenance request are actually being completed within 72 hours (my last request were completed in less than 24 hrs) please keep up the good work! Management is clearly the foundation for a positive experience & all of my negative feelings about this property have been corrected.

Moving from Washington state was a big jump for me. The people in the office of Trails of Towne Lake was very friendly and helpful with my move. They directed me in the areas that for filled my wants and needs. Even when my desires did not benefit there company. Great people to deal with & apartments was more than I was looking for. A lot of space at are reasonable price. Thank you Trails of Towne for making my decision an easy one.

I love the staff here! They are under new management so Im not sure what the past issues was. I live on the second floor and I hardly hear the planes. My only complaint is some tenants Blair music loudly on the weekends. I feel safe here, will lit and the reserved parking is very cheap. I have a upgraded unit black appliances, new carpet. Im happy. :)

This has been the best experience in a apartment home. The office staff has been so helpful in getting me into my new apartment. It came with washer and dryer which was perfect for me. Thank you to the maintenance in getting my request done the same day.

I loved staying here. The units are a great size. The people in the office are friendly and they go out of there way to make you feel at home. Definitely a place to call home. Family oriented and the grounds are always kept nice and clean. Not far for any stores and really close to a great park and the train station is close for public transportation.

I think this place has been a decent home for me and my family. The amenities are good and we have the best maintenance guy working here. I had to fix a leak in my kitchen and called the maintenance guy, I am blanking on his name but fixed it in no time and also had great manners to boot.

I have been here for almost 2 years and I must say that I love my place. I have never had any issues that wasnt resolved immediately. The office staff is amazing Sandra and Eva always have been very professional and understanding when ever there has been any issue. Thinking about a 2bd next.. 🙂

Tranica L just gave me the best service I have had while apartment hunting. I just moved from Memphis to Irving and i have really struggled to find a nice apartment where the quality matched the price. Tranica was such a professional while showing me the property plus the management team were awesome with assisting her with making sure that i had an exceptional experience.
