    Aurora Rodriquez is fantastic. Ive heard nothing but praises from the experiences of others at my Army Agency who have used her--the Army family I referred and then their referrals to others. Aurora first assisted me with finding a rental in San Antonio ahead of my actual move. Ultimately, from the listings and videos she made available to me, we found a townhouse, perfect in location to my new office, accommodating my budget, and more than accommodating my other personal desires. She liaisoned with the property management in securing the rental before my arrival and was with me upon arrival for the move-in inspection. In April of this year with the sale of my house in Frederick, MD I was ready to buy and sought out Aurora. She recommended a lender and worked closely with the loan officer to make sure that process went smoothly and with the lower percentage point when the rate was fluctuating. She was highly proactive concerning my interests in negotiating the offer. She coached and reminded me of matters and timelines I needed to attend to and assisted when I ran into issues. Since closing, she has continued to assist me with various matters at the property since I am not a handy person. She approached her work as a matter of service to the home buyer. Could not ask for a better agent working on ones behalf. Just this morning at a breakfast fellowship, my friends conveyed what a wonderful Agent I had as I recounted the various things she had done.

    JC and Marisol are awesome agents and people I am proud to call friends. They helped professionally and proficiently in the sale of my house and purchase of a new house. It may seem a bit trivial, but this was through a very nasty divorce. They had patience and humanity always overseen with insight while handling both the sale and purchase. When paperwork fell through in one situation, they had a contingency plan immediately that came through. When my daughters and I ended up in a rough spot, they called to check on us just as concerned fellow human beings. They made me and my family feel like we mattered and that we were well taken care in a world we didnt completely understand. I would 100% advise anyone trying to sell or purchase a new home to allow Juan and Marisol to represent and care for your family the way ay they did mine.

    We bought our home with Juan and Aurora and couldn’t be happier with their service. They were very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and very professional. They work great as a team with countless energy and experience . We visited around 15 houses before finding our home. They were polite and friendly all the way. They gave us time to browse and advised us every step of the way. Even when we closed on our home, they were available for the walkthrough and the inspection.
