I have had nothing but an amazing and positive experience with Longhorn Equity. I leased a home for more than seven years with them and never had one issue whatsoever. My calls were always answered in a polite and courteous way. Service request al dealt with immediately especially in an emergency situation. The monthly lease payment in my opinion was more than fair they did not nickel and dime monthly like some may try. I highly recommend longhorn to anyone whos looking for an honest, dependable leasing agent that you can depend upon. If I had not moved out of town, I would still be leasing with them. The properties are very nice and well maintained. I have leased several properties over the past 35 years and the staff at Texas Longhorn Equities is the best! They are always very responsive to questions and when maintenance is needed, they are very quick. I have been in this duplex for 4 years and have no complaints. This is a great property management group to be with!

We have not been with them very long- just moved in March 2024, but the process has been smooth. The duplex we moved into is great and is one of the most affordable, but still nice places in Weatherford. We have had no problems communicating with staff during move-in or since.

Had way to mant issues with the apartment i was in. So found this place driving buy and told them what was going on. Ms. Traci and her lovely ladies in the office got it done for me. Super easy to fill out and they helped if and when i needed it. Moved in right away and they are quick to respond to maintenance which is definitely needed. They even called me to make sure it was ok to come in the home. They didnt make me feel uncomfortable. In anyway which is definitely a plus. Plus its close to work and the schools I wanted. So far this definitely the spot. Been here a month now and if the lord wells. We can turn it into years.

My family and I have been with Texas Longhorn Equities for 3yrs now (2 different houses) and we love the company. No major problems with either property. We’ve had several small issues and the office staff always have a quick response and have it resolved quickly. Going in to pay rent, everyone is always so nice and will greet me by name, which is really nice and welcoming!! Excellent customer service, they’re all just really nice and pleasant people & will help in any way possible. Such a great atmosphere. I definitely recommend Texas Longhorn Equities. So if you’re looking for a great company to rent/lease from, check them out, you will not be disappointed. Absolutely love all the new changes !!!!Oh by the way, the house is amazing! Our whole move in process was seamless anything we needed was taken care of before move in. I have never had to wait more than 2 days for a maintenance request. I have rented from TLE for almost 2 years now. My wife and I have truly enjoyed it. The house has been well kept and clean. When there has been issues with the house a simple email or phone call to the office, and they had someone on the issues ASAP. Every time I call the office, they all are in great moods and eager to help with the situation at hand. They are there for the customer and do their best to make all transactions (rent, new contacts, etc.) as easy for the renter as possible. Trish in the office has been really helpful in many ways, and is always there to help, phone call or email. I am very happy with my house and the great property management company that I rent from. Would most definitely recommend renting from Texas Longhorn Equities.

Living with Texas longhorn has been a great rental experience for me and by far the best! I moved in 2020 and when it comes to any issues I had they answered in a timely manner. Even when I had a fire incident and my rental insurance was giving me the run around Trish even spoke with them about the coverage and went out her way in making sure they fixed the damages. If I could give 10 stars I would!!

I’ve had experiences with renting from several apartments in the area and these guys have been BY FAR the most affordable, courteous and reliable! We rented one of their units (a duplex in Weatherford) for going on almost 5 years, and I can say nothing but good things about our experience renting from them. Whenever we needed repairs or maintenance done they were always prompt and communicated well with us to solve the problems ,Trish and her staff were nothing but courteous and friendly, and you couldn’t beat the quality of places to rent for the price in such a high demand area. This is one of the best property management companies to lease with. They work with their tenants instead of just going off of what is on black and white paper, but they consider my family & our story.They are also prompt when it comes to any maintenance requests when requested. You would get a texted response on any urgent matters. When we moved into the property they made sure that some of the upgrades they didnt get a chance to do prior to us moving in, that they made sure that completed those upgrades. Trish, herself, came out to the property for a tour, and requested additional upgrades and inspections to ensure that we had the best staying experience.You will not go wrong with Texas Longhorn Equities.

We rented an apartment in May of 2019. During our stay, we only had a few issues and those issues were taken care of as soon as we called. There were times when our A/C would lock up in the heat and they always got someone out as soon as they could to fix the problem. Trish in the main office was always so sweet and considerate to our needs. Trish, and the staff at TLE were always super helpful and nice. Thank you again.

WE LOVE IT! My spouse and I have been here almost 3 years. The area is fantastic schools are great with a pet friendly neighborhood. Were less than a mile away from two major highways in which we get to work in no time. Every store you could think of is right around the corner with a wonderful nature trail walking distance from our home. Its quite clean and our neighbors really look out for each other. This truly is the best rental property Ive ever stayed at. If your looking for wonderful experience all across the board contact Texas longhorn Equities they wont disappoint!

We used TXLEC for 6 years from 2013-2019. Trish, Mandi and the rest of the staff were always super helpful and professional. At one point we had a tenant cause significant damage to our property. Trishs involvement was pivotal in filing our insurance claim, and TXLEC was always available for inspectors, contractors, and everything else that was needed at that time for repairs. Furthermore, they provided consistent support even AFTER we sold the property, returning our tenants security deposits and helping the sales process go smoothly for all parties involved. Highly, HIGHLY recommend TXLEC for any investor in the area!!

Professional company. Any problem that came up was dealt with quickly. We were left alone & that is how it should be when renting.If you choose to rent from there or are currently with them, do not go crazy cleaning or pay a professional to clean, we did & somehow we lost out on $150 of our deposit due to cleaning. We followed the 3 page move out cleaning list to a T even mop and glowed the floor as instructed. Mighta been the walls we tried scrubbing that usually they re- paint after tenants vacate, but that was not listed as a reason. Soooo.... I guess I cannot really complain about that loss, just wanted current & future tenants to be aware that no matter how much you pay a cleaning company or how many hours you yourself clean, you will probably still lose some of that deposit; so save your money & some time on manual labor.

This is a very family friendly neighborhood. A great place for kids, the view of the playground is right outside so its wonderful if you want to keep an eye out for your child. This location is also only 5 miles away from downtown so its pretty close to everything you need.
