    Homewood Suites was a nice place, the only draw back was the handicap room had a tub, no zero entrance shower and the counter tops in the bathroom were to high for her. Other than that it was a comfortable transition.

    Insurance booked a hotel through this company for us. Our insurance company (Mercury) has been horrendous to work with, but THD was a breath of fresh air! We had a small snag with payments but they resolved it within 30 minutes. Their customer service was outstanding.

    After a fire in the apartment above mine, and as the recipient of the ensuing water damage, I had to move out at short notice. Looking back, I dont know how I would have coped without THD. The people are AMAZING, and the level of service they offer is exemplary. Unlike so many other companies these days, they do exactly what they say they are going to do. They call you back when they say they will. They found me hotel accommodation at short notice, and then moved me somewhere closer and more practical as it became available. They worked hard to find me a longer term rental property to cover the rebuild process, and have been diligent in liaising with the insurance company at every step along the way.The bottom line is that Ive always felt like Ive been dealing with real human beings who cared about making sure I was looked after. How often can you say that these days and really mean it? I would struggle to think of another organization from whom Ive had that feeling with EVERY person Ive dealt with. Thank you THD, you have made a huge difference to what could have been a nightmare experience. I will recommend you unreservedly to anyone that I feel could benefit from your care!

    This was my first experience with this company since the winter storm ruined our house. They were very responsive. This process was very easy and I was able to sleep at night knowing my family is somewhere dry, safe and warm. They were very nice and professional. I highly recommend doing business with this company!

    This is a one stop shop experience that is something that needs greater attention. This is one of the best experiences I ever dealt with when it comes to customer service and satisfaction period. From finding you a place, to setting up rental agreements, to assisting with rental furniture, and housewares they help do it all. With top notch customer service and attention to details during the whole process you will not be disappointed. As a serviceman getting this level of understanding is hard to come by. I could go on and on about the experience if you are need of the following services I have listed above dont hesitate to give them a try. You will thank me later!!

    Working with THD has been so amazing. Joy, was incredible. I hope everyone gets a chance to work with her. She always made sure my accommodations were outstanding and I was happy. She renewed by stay before it got close to expiring.Even when I had to move hotels she always made sure I was ok. I just cant say enough good things about her and just working with this company.     We had a fire at our house and thankfully no one got hurt. We needed to find temporary housing while the house was being repaired. Temporary housing directory was very proactive in finding us a suitable location. With an 86 yr old mom with limited mobility , a cat and a dog, we had special needs. THD was very attentive and found us the perfect 3 BR space that fulfilled all our needs. I am very appreciative for what they were able to do.

    My79 yearold mother lost her house cause by Hurricane Ida. My moms insurance company put us in touch with THD. My mom and I were assigned Louise Jaffe as our account manager. From the beginning, she listend to our needs, and was in constant contact with updates on the plan. She went way above and beyond her duties. If everyone at THD works as hard as her and as compationate as she, I would recommend to anyone about the business. SHE IS FREAKIN AWESOME, and if she treats all of her clients in this manner, she deserves a raise!

    THD had stepped up to help/accommodate/guide us heck, call it what you will- from day one!!! Knowing that folks from across the nation were going out of their way to make our major adjustment (we felt it was out of the way so don’t ruin it by saying “we were just doing our job”) with living arrangements for Jenn and I when we needed to move out of our house for months of reconstruction from major storm damage. It DID make a difference at several stops along the way on this adventure. Yes, professional- blah blah blah- pleasant on the phone - blah blah blah... but its that little extra you did that was needed and noticed. In our situation we felt vulnerable and that sense of sincere caring I felt with our interactions was the difference. You werent a company helping with temporary housing- you were a company helping people in need. That simple! I dont want to get all sappy here so enough of this babbling.You have spent enough time with the “Pfeiffers”- you can now put our file away forever. I just wanted to say THANK YOU again AND to ALL the people at THD that may have had their fingers in our mess from day one. If you could please pass this along to those folks that would be great.     Just a note to let you know how absolutely thankful I am that State Farm has chosen to do business with THDLori R is not only a pleasure to work with, she has been a guidance and a rock through this mess. Ya know, when disaster happens, the last thing you need is a bunch of negative nellies and everyone Ive dealt with at THD has been the complete opposite of that. Lori just makes my day so much better every time Ive spoken with her.Then on top of all that, we received the housewares package and there was a box of milkbones and dog bowls just like Abby and Chewy are used to. When I opened that, it made me cry...and my friend Phyllis too. Oh, and Phyllis did a happy dance on top of the bubble wrap, that made both of us laugh --- really hard. We needed that. So there ya go, milk bones and bubble wrap. Its the little things that matter.People are so quick to talk about the bad stuff and so often the good things dont get passed on.Thank you for all that youve done to make this awful process easier for Dave and I, we truly appreciate it.

    Beth Robertson was the most wonderful careing and compsonate person .When my family and I were at our worst and had not been together for 14 months she got us together and made sure we were comfortable and we were in good hands were we were placed at .And not only that when I was at my worst and that was alout she was so careing and would listen to me let me cry what ever I needed that day and she did it from her heart I will forever be grateful to her for her true compassion Thank you Beth Robertson.     I became acquainted with Temporary Housing Directory following a lightning strike which rendered my home inhabitable.They were prompt, courteous and efficient in finding us living accommodations immediately, near our home, work and school.They have been in constant contact with us during this disruptive time, meeting our every need. Where to live has been the one thing we have not had to worry about.I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of emergency housing.
