I turned to Zach after a couple of failed attempts with others to sell my property. One insisted I had to significantly drop my price and make changes for the property to sell. When I found Zach, I was quite concerned it was taking so long to sell my property. Zach immediately responded to my inquiry when I reached out to him. When I hired him, he immediately started marketing the property. I did not need to drop the price significantly nor make any additional changes. It sold in less than 4 months. I live over 500 miles away and Zach did an excellent job keeping me posted on what he was doing and what was happening throughout the whole process, unlike previously where I did not hear anything for weeks at a time. Zach is full of energy and works very hard for you. He knows the markets well and understands what needs to be done to market the property so it sells.

I met Zach a couple of year ago when he sold me some real estate. After that, we kept in touch and he had brought several deals to me. He is full of energy and knowledge. He is not “pushy” but honest and always ready to do his homework and bring you all the information needed as a buyer to make a decision. He is reliable and responsive. He listens to what the client is looking for and try his best to bring it to the table. I’m happy to see him now opening his own Real Estate business and I know he is going to rock it!!

Zach sold me my first apartment complex. A smart guy who understands what real investors are looking for in a deal. I did not have to explain what ROI or COC return were to him. He is also a real estate investor so he speaks the language of a real estate investor. He was very responsive and always professional. From the moment we expressed interest in a rental property , we have had such an easy And quick journey . The communication is exceptional! Once we were officially moved in , any concerns or questions we have had have been quickly addressed & resolved. As a first time Renter , it sets a very high standard for any further inquiries I may have in the future . & My Favorite part is the APP ! It’s so amazing to be able to have a menu of things at my disposal and the ability to pay my rent through there ! Definitely Recommend 🙌

I had been searching for good venues to diversify my investments but most realtors were sneaky and, at times, blatantly deceiving. Zach Sunderland was honest from day one. He gave me a lot of information and educated me about how the market works and how to invest in real estate before we even discussed costs or saw properties. He was always honest and told me to always have a firm foundation on the workings of the market before going into it which made me feel like he truly wants me to be successful. A rare sighting among realtors. He is young and energetic and very passionate about his job. In the RGV I would not do business with anyone other than Zach Sunderland.
