AVOID AVOID AVOID. Overall just terrible experience - great ability to view apartments followed by an application process that makes adopting a child look easy. Inaccurate, misleading information about prices and conditions at every step, high pressure tactics, and the calling, texts, and emails are not only constant, theyre a different person every time, none of whom are seemingly aware of each other. Rated high to get this to the top - Im a 700+ credit score, 70k+ per year with a great rental history - I really like the unit, too. Specifically not renting because of the sunroom experience - landlords take note 😊EDIT: Nice now Ive started receiving spam from all the services I had to use to apply, offering me streaming and bank loans and etc. This response also doesnt cover why incorrect information about pricing and costs was advertised so I guess thats just a feature. Avoid.

OMG, LAN was absolutely amazing! She was the most helpful representative I have ever come across! She was attentive, honest, knowledgeable on what needed to be done and she communicated the entire time! It took 2 weeks but that was on my end and again she communicated what needed to be done the entire time! I honestly wanted to send her a gift but unfortunately I couldn’t. She was awesome, I wish all property management companies had employees like her. Thank you so much Lan, you are greatly appreciated.

The whole process was easy, fast and amazing. Started off with the amazing option to view the house with not realtors no going down to a leasing office to get keys which is very important I am very busy and limited on time so this made it simple and fast, once I viewed the house I sent a quick message to ask if any applications they responded quickly I submitted my application. Sunroom responded quickly to every question I had I even came back to the house to show my husband the keyless entry had a little issue but I called and they answered quickly and was able to fix the issue fast. The website updates you on the application process every step of the way. And honestly I read some of the reviews and some previous complaints I do show where sunroom fixed those issues. So amazing this is the future best experience I had and we all know how stressful the process can be I am so happy with them. Thank you Sunroom for getting me and my family a dream home.

First timer using a service like Sunroom Rentals. I really thought that I was not going to be able to find anything adequate for my family, but let me tell you... finding properties was very easy and convenient especially through these times. Stressed about finding a place ASAP and with Covid in mind I thought this was going to be an impossible task but with Sunroom Rentals I was able to save properties I liked, view the property and requirements and with their pre-leasing questionnaire it made it easy to figure which properties I was able to qualify for. Also, the best feature I liked about Sunroom was that I could schedule my own tour without needing to wait for somebody to show me the place. I do want to add that if you like a place you BETTER apply for it because properties do go fast but because of that once you apply the process is so easy, fast and convenient. They told me that the process usually took about 3 days to determine if the property accepts your application, mine had 1 day and a half turn over, very please to know right away I was accepted. I enjoyed using both online and their app and you can apply easily through their app, its super easy! Their support team was on point as well with any question I had, they responded within that same day. I hope to use Sunroom Rentals in the future :)

Love these guys! They are professional, great to deal with, and incredibly good at what they do.Other services have taken 3 months to find appropriate tenants and it took them 3 weeks to get suitable tenants in the door.We are extremely impressed with their work so far and based on our first experience, recommend Sunroom enthusiastically.

I really appreciate the entire staff at Sun Room Rentals. I work 2 jobs and outside of that have a busy life so searching for a new home became exhausting. I was stood up by several realtors for showings and taken a couple months of phone calls to inquire about homes with no results. I also have 4 pets so this was a challenge.Sun Room Rentals was the listing agent for one of the homes and this is how I found them! I then downloaded their convenient app and saved the homes I liked, scheduled appointments for the ones I qualified for. They did all the leg work for me which was HUGE and were very responsive to my questions. I had a tour within 2 days with the AWESOME Zane. He showed each home with excitement and was very knowledgeable about each home bringing out the positive aspects of each one. He was a huge stress reliever and I knew I was in good hands and no longer alone in this stressful search.I opted for the App membership and it allowed a discount for the application fees. They made this process so easy!!!! They care about their clients and go above and beyond to get them into a home💜💜💜Thank you all staff at Sun Room Rentals and congratulations on building a business that actually HELPs people💜And the amazing ZANE!!!

We inquired with Sunroom about homes and had been looking for our next place for two months and each time we found a place and applied someone got to it just before we did. Luckily Sunroom was super on top of it and gave us our application fees back each time and helped us find a place that fit our needs. We finally found one and applied same day and got it and Sunroom has been absolutely amazing helping us in the process. I’d like to mention Aaron especially for being part of each tour we went on and being knowledgeable about each property and if he didn’t know he inquired about it right then. Very quick and responsive service! I would normally hear back within an hour. They would update me every step of the way and let me know if anything was slowing down the process. I have a good size dog and the property I applied for said a 35lbs weight limit. They contacted the property managers and were able to negotiate allowing my 50lbs dog and I am so appreciative of it! I would recommend this service to anyone looking for a rental!

I moved from Florida to Texas. Not knowing the area I contacted an agent in Sunroom Rentals. After expressing my concerns and sharing my wish list to Brooke she came through amazingly in less than 24hours. She even helped me with the application process!What a stress relief! I trusted her fully and rented sight unseen. When I arrived to Texas I found my new home to be everything and more than expected. I found myself in a bind time wise and didnt think it was going to be possible to 1-find a place, 2-get the background info verified, 3-sign all the contracts. I received personalized service from Shamica Thomas who found me a place the same day it was listed (within hours), I walked into the place an hour later to check it out without having to wait for anyone to show me the property using their app. They did my background the next day and had me drop off a money order to the management company and had the lease to sign the day after that which was all online. I wouldnt have believed it if didnt just happen to me. These people are on the ball and its a no brainer recommending these guys.

Moving can be tedious and at some times confusing. Having the ability to plug in your info and getting a narrowed version of applicable options is wonderful. The staff was very responsive, patient, and helpful. When it comes time to relocate in the future this will be my first stop! We were even lucky enough to choose a self tour property which was nice given that my wife and I have limited time. Being able to view the property at our convenience was the cherry on top of an already wonderful experience!

Used Sunroom Rentals to find a Condo and it was super easy and quick. I picked the ones I liked met the agent at the properties and was able to view them at my convenience. I filled out paperwork online and was able to apply to multiple locations without multiple applications. Once I picked one property the process was very quick. Within two weeks of starting my venture I have my new condo leased and am ready to go. This was so much easier than trying to find one out alone. Sunroom also follows up throughout the entire process. They are constantly asking questions and making sure you are happy. Thank you! Definitely glad i used them!!!

My wife and I used Sunroom Rentals to find a place in South Austin. Everything from communication to lease preparation was excellent! We toured multiple homes throughout a month of looking and each time was great.Easy to use and very flexible with showing homes on your schedule. I even had to cancel at the last minute on one occasion and it was as simple as sending a text. They were understanding about the situation and rescheduled the properties I was interested in immediately.5 Stars for reliability, customer service, flexibility & lease preparation. Sunroom Rentals has a friendly staff and no pressure attitude, truly a rental agency for busy professionals, students or stay at home parents! They even gave us tips for the best taco joints so we could explore our new neighborhood!!! Thank y’all for the hard work and finding our home!

I used the Sunroom services in my search for a new place to live. I saw some townhomes I was interested in and submitted a request for some viewings. Immediately following I was contacted to confirm my viewings. The tour of the viewings was great, my contact, Zach, arrived on time and was able to answer my questions. After the tour I was contacted for some follow up questions and they were able to get me a response shortly after. I then started to check out their apartment options. Right away I was contacted by Christian, an apartment locator. Christian asked me for exactly what I was looking for. Less than a day and a half later Christian sent me some options meeting my criteria. Christian’s recommendations were excellent! I highly recommend using Sunroom, as they make finding your next home fast and hassle free. I’m letting all my friends and co-workers know about their amazing customer service and to use them in their current and future searches. Christian and Sunroom rock!

Quick and easy rental experience! I saw some rentals on Sunroom months ago and Im so glad I remembered to check them out when the time to get serious came. Sunroom makes finding a place and getting in contact with the lister super easy! We were able to get in touch with almost everyone we contacted (6 out of 7) within 24 or less hours for a tour. Id suggest directly emailing the property lister at the email provided in the listing (which is a great feature!), instead of just relying on the request tour button. We were able to snag a great place that had only been on the market for 4 days with our ideal move in date and features/amenities. Highly recommended!!!

I have had a beyond fabulous experience with Sunroom Rentals!! I begin searching for an apartment three weeks ago. After being a homeowner since 1972 the challenge was overwhelming!! I met Sean Burns through Sunroom. He was an incredible agent who listened to me and stayed in contact with me on a daily basis. Sean searched the areas I was interested in and we spent several days looking at the different communities and apartments. He asked questions I had never considered. Sean guided me through each step and then took the time to discuss all my options before I chose the property that I felt was best for me. Sean was understanding, kind, and very respectful throughout the entire process. Anyone looking for rental property should call Sunroom and specifically ask for Sean!! He is a wonderful rental locator and someone who will give you his complete time and attention throughout the process.

I love Sunroom! They were so helpful from the getgo! We had a terrible time finding a new place to live due to credit and I told them everything up front and they worked their magic and helped us find places that would work with us and our situation. Finding a rental home is like finding a needle in a haystack... Sunroom is great at sorting through all your options, without having to contact each individual landlord. The process is so much smoother with Sunroom. Being able to see multiple houses on a tour makes better use of your time, and the application process is a breeze. After our initial conversation, she developed a broad and attractive selection of offerings that fit my requirements, both regarding location, size of the unit, Athletic facilities and price, and sent it to me online.When I wanted to add a third bedroom to my search, Eve immediately researched the possibilities and sent me another online listing. She never pressured me to make a choice sooner than I was ready, but sent short questions regarding my views on various options.I highly recommend Eve as an efficient and knowledgeable real estate agent.

Pros:- Rentals are significantly lower here than anywhere I’ve seen. Facebook, Craigslist, Zillow, Trulia, etc. no one was able to find me a better rate- Self-guided tours for certain rentals, no need to wait on someone to show you around- Sunroom takes into account the whole picture of the applicant. Obviously, you need a good rental history but they will work with you even if you aren’t the “perfect” applicant. Always speak to someone before you submit your app!- Quick move-in & turnaround time. I submitted my application on Saturday, was approved on Wednesday and moving in a couple weeksCons:- Only con is the app is glitchy. It needs major improvements for functionality purposes but the website works just fineThank you Sunroom rentals, I absolutely love my new home. Wouldn’t have done it w/o y’all! I don’t know how this isn’t more popular with rental owners/renters

THIS COMPANY IS AMAZING. I was shocked when I learned they are so small because they get the job done so well! Zane and Shelly helped me and my roommate look at various rentals around Austin and were so helpful and kindhearted. Brooke from Sunroom was a huge help while we were looking for a new place. She showed us a variety of places on the low and high ends of our budget which made us feel like we were making an informed decision. She found us a great place at a great price and even went to bat for us when the apartment initially refused to honor the price we were quoted. She saved us nearly $200/month just by making a phone call. It was nice to have her on our side!One small complaint/piece of advice, don’t pay for sunroom select unless you are exclusively considering a house or condo. They sell it like you’re paying a one time fee that will cover all the potential application fees, but this does not apply to apartment application fees. We were open to houses, condos and apartments and wound up paying several application fees and not gaining any of the benefits from paying the sunroom select sign up fee.

I can’t speak highly enough of Sunroom. They have been unbelievably helpful through a 3+ week search. They saved me untold hours of work by organizing 12 home tours in no time at all... sometimes with only a 12 hour turnaround. They were so flexible and quick with everything, and had lots of helpful advice. Everyone there is SO nice. Plus I got a dream rental in the end and couldn’t be happier! They were very helpful and speedy with responses. the only fill out one aplication trick was very helpful when having to apply to multiple properties. i had two different tour guides. one was spectacular and very candid and friendly, the other was friendly enough but not very interactive, so it it was great to deal with the first again. Definitely recomend sunroom Rentals.I loved especially that if yiu found a home not listed on sunroom on another app like Zillow they could get it to show you very fast as well.

Hello all! A few months back I was having a really hard time looking up places to move to. There was just so much going on with work and family, that I didn’t have enough time to reach out to the complexes to get all the info needed. I definitely saw it as a chore that I kind of kept putting off (I procrastinate here and there). But then I discovered Sunroom, and it made my life A LOT easier! Haley was a such a nice person to work with, and did a really good job at finding me places that were within my preferred area and budget. And now I get to move into my new apartment today and I have not been more excited! Huge shoutout to Haley and the Sunroom Team! Y’all rock!

Nothing really special-standard property management-their self tour system is a lil wonky and starts with a lot of questions that I had to go through 3 times while being on the phone with somebody-and some of the properties on the app arent even theirs so you cant see them through sunroom anyway
