I would recommend the team at Sun City Rentals hands down!! Anthony and the management team have been a phenomenal team when it came time to rent our home. I do not normally write reviews but I have to give credit where credit is due. Tony Hart (Sun City Rentals) has been managing my rental property for several years now and I could not be happier with his professionalism and commitment to service. The way he has looked after my property has proven to me that he has the utmost concern for the renter and the property owner alike. The water heater recently blew in my rental property causing water damage to the residence and significant inconvenience to my renters. Tony was there right away and got everything started, from water remediation to the replacement of the water heater, carpeting and all other needed repairs. It is difficult if not impossible to maintain a rental property from eight-hundred miles away but Tony and Sun City Rentals has never let me down.
