Renee, and Martha and amazing to work with, they listed our home and sold it within 60 days. They both are very friendly, knowledgeable and they listen to your wants and needs. Renee was always available to show us a home even on a moments notice without hesitation. They are organized and prepared for any situation, that comes up. My rating is based on my experience with Kathy Stewart.Over the period of last 2 years she took responsibility of selling our property in Longview not knowing how much work and time it will consume. She maintained very positive attitude through this process and supported our interests with local authorities and not cooperating renters. She had opportunities to quit (most realtors would) but stayed focused on her initial commitment and managed through all challenges to deliver the final closure.In my long career I have not met many people with that level of integrity and can-do attitude. You are in good hands with Ms. Stewart.

Suzanne Cook & Company truly lived up to their standard of being the Best Realtor Company in East Texas. They guided me through the entire selling process including yard/house maintenance, house staging, professional photos, open house, 24/7 viewings, and the closing.Mark Armstrong was the recommended broker for me to use and he more than delivered, having sold the house at a 29% return and in just 2 months from the date of listing to final closing!Anybody who thinks they can sell a house on their own is crazy! The small fee for entrusting Suzanne Cook & Company sell your house is not a fee at all, it’s an investment well worth it!To say I couldn’t have done it without y’all is an understatement to say the least.
