Success Realty Inc. is a property owner’s dream if you’re looking for a property management company. I bought my house in 2011, moved out in 2012, and had Angela manage it ever since. I recently saw the house after 12 years of being away from El Paso and there is still no major issues aside from normal wear and tear after multiple tenants.Responsiveness- She is very responsive and quick to get quotes, repairs, etc. Every repair- whether urgent, emergency, or routine- were handled quickly and efficiently. I feel like I have a direct line to her any time I have a question.Tenants- I can count on one hand the number of months the house has been unoccupied. She is amazing at analyzing the surrounding property values and determining a good rent value.Taxes- Every year I get a full financials report sent direct to me that helps fill out my Schedule E.I see a lot of negative reviews from former tenants who didn’t get their full deposit back. It’s upsetting because I know how hard Angela works and how great of a job she does.Highly recommended as a property management company! Thank you for 12 years of amazing service Angela!

The level of great service and the professionalism is unmatched. We bought/sold three properties thru Angela and Success Realty. Each transaction closed in under 40 days. If you do the work to present your home in an appealing manner and follow their process, it will work. Same for renting or purchasing.

I disagree with the negative reviews. My experience was very positive. Angela was always attentive to texts. The house was very clean when I moved in. I looked at a lot of very nasty places before finding this gem. There was a problem with the USPS losing the check for my refund and Angela worked with me to get it worked out. Very fair on what was deducted from my refund. Too bad the people with good experiences dont share them on here. I would use this company again if I ever moved back to El Paso.

Angela was the agent helping us buy a new home from a builder, The process was easy and only took a couple of weeks. Angela took care of all the paperwork. She also got the builder to drop the price $10,000 with no complications. We were highly satisfied with Angelas work and professionalism.

She made it very easy and the sale was done quickly, for 20% more than we thought we would recieve. She was very professional and courteous to our family. We are glad she was our agent.
