Bea was a huge help in the move out. I often am anxious at move outs and expect to be nickled and dimed but Sheppard homes does not do this. If you clean the home and leave no damage beyond normal wear and tear you will not be charged. Work orders were always quickly fulfilled and I always appreciated how kind Chase and the techs were to me.We loved living on base and it is clear Sheppard homes takes great pride in the upkeep of their homes!

We were so nervous about moving into military housing because we have heard so many bad stories from friends at other bases, but we truly could not be more happy with our time here. We have lived in base housing for almost 3.5 years and have received the absolute best service- especially from Edward! I always request him when I have a question because his customer service is some of the best we have ever received. We feel like he truly cares about us as tenants and he has always gone above and beyond to take care of our family. We are seriously so sad to be leaving our neighborhood, solely because of the quality of care we have gotten while renting here. We will continue to tell all of our military friends just how wonderful it is here!
