Debbie has been wonderful since day one! I came to look at one property but based on my personality she recommended another property. When I first pulled up I was like hmmm but when I went on the inside it was completely remodeled with a brand new air conditioning unit I absolutely loved the paint on the walls werent bland White with hardwood floors! She let me know that the properties with them rent very quickly. She said I needed to leave a full deposit in an application fee and approval would be within 48 hours. I couldnt get to the bank fast enough lol! With a very quick turnaround she notified me I could come pick up my key!I have been here for 2 years I am very happy. If theres any maintenance that needs to be done on my property it has been completed in a reasonable time. I utilize Omega pest control to prevent rodents, roaches and other insects. They are the best in town Ive never had a problem.The amount Im paying in rent for a three-bedroom one-bath some of these apartment complexes are charging the same amount. I would rather have the privacy of a home and a garage.I feel very happy and I definitely recommend Sasseen and will resign my lease. 😁

I am an out of state rental owner. The ladies that represent Sasseen Realty have been fantastic to work with. I needed someone professional and able to trust. I’ve been so pleased with their services. They are all easy to talk to. I’ve been with them for two years and have a few properties with them. Well worth the fees, because they’re level of service exceeds it.

Sasseen Group has taken over my properties this past year from another Realty that promised a lot but delivered nothing. All yes sir we will but as soon as the conversation was over, no action.Debbie and Crystal have bent over backwards to do what they say and I am very satisfied with their handling of my properties. They have kept me informed on the condition of my properties and have work hard to keep them rented.My praises to them.

Max did a great job helping with our purchase from the beginning to even after our purchase. He didn’t stop looking for us until we found exactly what we wanted. He made it feel like we were his only priority the entire process. The sellers tore a deck up and left a huge pile of wood and trash in the front yard. After it sat there for a week Max came and picked it all up himself. I can’t think of another realtor that would do that! I cannot recommend Max and the Sasseen Realty Group enough.
