I had the pleasure of working with Catherine Payne at Sandy Messer and Associates during our buying process here in El Paso, Texas. We were moving (and selling) our home in WA, and we were nervous going into it because we were not going to be there for pretty much the entire process. She made it as simple as possible and she went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met. We have not experienced such great customer service with the buying/selling process ever, and we were impressed. There were many hiccups along the way (dealing with the loan and the title company) and she was there to help us through every last moment. If we didnt have Catherine by our side, I dont know what we would have done. She continues to be such a huge help too, giving recommendations and advise for the area. I would recommend her to anyone that is buying or selling, her attention to detail is superb and she was so easy to get in touch with if we had any questions. If she wasnt able to answer when we called, I would know for certain she would call back as soon as possible. She is also so knowledgeable about the area, and provides such expert advise. Please consider using her for your realtor needs, you will not be disappointed! We will definitely be using her again if we decide to sell our house in the future.

My husband and I worked with Cynthia Coppinger at Sandy Messer & Associates to buy a house in El Paso and had a wonderful experience. We had a single weekend in November to look at houses and make an offer since we had both recently accepted jobs in the area, but were still living on the other side of the state. Cynthia cleared her schedule and showed us over a dozen homes, providing insight into the neighborhoods as well. When Cynthia learned that I was a runner, she described each neighborhood by how runnable it was! When our first offer was accepted (which happened to be the first house we saw since she thought it would be the best fit for us), Cynthia continued to guide us through the home-buying process and even helped sort out some communication issues we were having with our online mortgage lender. We continued our home buying experience remotely and she was always available to answer questions, check on the house after it was purchased, and give us recommendations for services in the area (e.g. veterinarian recommendations, etc.). If we could give Cynthia more than five stars, we would! She knows the El Paso area well and has her clients best interests in mind.

Debbie was an absolute pleasure to work with. We contacted her a few months prior to moving across the country and she was so accessible and communicative. She got an idea of the properties we liked and didn’t like via email and developed a wonderful roster of homes for us to see once we arrived. She was available to show homes both morning and afternoon and was even flexible with weekends, including Sundays if necessary. Debbie allowed us to view the homes while entertaining our toddler who, undeniably, fell in love with her. I could not imagine anyone else being more knowledgeable, patient, or professional that Debbie. I would HIGHLY recommend Debbie Hand for all of your real estate needs.

Catherine Payne is the BEST! Catherine is a local and an expert on El Paso and the surrounding area. She has a great understanding of what people new to the area are looking for from their neighborhoods and homes when they first move to El Paso. With a short conversation, she was able to figure out what we wanted without wasting our time looking at homes we wouldnt be interested in. She helped us find and put a contract on our new home in less than a week! We recommended her to our friends who were having trouble finding their first home, and in no time she also helped them buy the perfect place.

Ask for Mary Lou Parra! Shes everyones dream realtor! This is an agent that goes far and above, than just selling you a house & then just dropping off contact when the sale is done. She genuinely cares about you, and makes sure you have information you need to get settled. I dont know what I would have done without her warmth and continually reaching out, to make sure I had the information and things I needed. She takes her time explaining to you what things mean. She contacts for you anybody that you might need. I just cant say enough good things about her!
