I can’t recommend Lauren enough if you need help buying a home! My fiancé and I were first-time homebuyers and were not very familiar with the process. Lauren made everything so easy and was so helpful throughout every step. She was always available when we wanted to look at a house and was so knowledgeable about the market. When it came time to put in an offer, she knew exactly what we needed to do to look appealing to the seller and was also really strong with negotiations. We had such a smooth transaction and felt very supported by her and her team the entire time. They are also the sweetest people ever!

We could not recommend Natalie enough! She helped us look for a house for 6 months until we found the perfect home! We didn’t have the best of luck with sellers, but Natalie fought hard for us every time. She worked day, night & weekend to help us negotiate with sellers. When the first two houses fell through due to seller issues, my husband & I were ready to give up. Natalie kept our spirits high & didn’t let anything discourage her or us from finding the perfect home. She helped us close on a home that we would’ve never thought we’d be able to get. I cannot say enough great things about Lauren! I was in what could have been a tough situation to have to sell my first home very quickly after purchasing it. Lauren came in and got the house staged, photographed, listed and sold within a week. Multiple offers, above asking. She made me feel so supported throughout the whole process and I knew I was in the absolute best hands. My fiancé and Is buying experience was just as amazing with Lauren and Sage. Lauren was so on top of any new houses that listed or that were coming soon. She truly made us feel like we were her only clients with how attentive she was. Once we found a house we loved, I again knew that Lauren would do any and everything she could to get us the house - and she did. We werent the highest offer but by talking to the listing agent and figuring out what was important to the seller, Lauren was able to tailor our offer to be the most appealing. After our offer was accepted, Laurens team was amazing by sending emails of next steps and to dos which was so incredibly helpful to keep us organized and on track. I cannot recommend Lauren and Sage enough. They made the experience for us so great for us and I will without hesitation use them again in the future!

She was quick to get our offer in on our new house and took care of everything necessary to get the sale completed in a timely manner.Lexies excellent communication continued when we were ready to sell our other house. She and Lauren came to look at the house and gave us advice to help it sell more quickly. She provided names of vendors and even met one at our house at 7:30 in the morning, so that the sale could go through more quickly.Lexie put our house up for sale on a Thursday and we started getting offers the next day. By Monday we had accepted an offer that was $11,000 above our asking price.I highly recommend Lexie and Sage Realty to help you with buying or selling your house. For example, she showed me countless homes in the heat of the summer, all with a smile on her face, as I refined and defined what I was looking for. She made showings fun and easy with the schedule she would send before each day. Natalie even showed my parents homes while I was out of town, so we were sure to get early access! She truly made it as easy as possible for me. More than that, Natalie understood the sentimental value that this home had for me, and the accomplishment it represented. She always made me feel special and reminded me that this was a “big deal” so I wasn’t being silly for wanting this, or asking that. She treated this endeavor as her own, and that’s all one could ask for!
