Instead of bashing the women why take care own property its not like the women could help a lot anyways even if owe back taxes you should still donate to to faith mission or salvation army its tax write off

Vida is owner and nice pleasant lady very help landlord. NOTE - - I have to be truthful and honest S&C seems to specialize in low income type folks. Many property needs some major facelift. Many has bugs and literally as one tenant is moving out another is moving in at the same time. Vida does try to provide reasonable assistance in cases of emergency and/or unforeseen circumstances arises

When people say her houses have bugs it will be because the way they lived in the house She dont only rent too people that has a drug problem because I never done drugs be careful of what you say about people that has a problem dont be so quick to judge those that cant help them self because it can be you Mrs Vadia will help those that homeless think about all these other realtors company they want help the way Mrs Vadia Cook I love this lady Thank God for Mrs Cook
