River City took over managing the house online in after it was sold. It’s been a few months not sure but at least 6-8 months since they’ve taken over and I haven’t had any issues with them. I’ve requested maintenance and almost always the same day someone from the office would reach out to me to make sure what suited me best. They’ve also updated some features in the house. I can call email or text them and get a response almost immediately. So no complaints so far.

My move in experience with this company was great. It was slow at first, but I knew they had other properties to attend to as well, but the Property Manager was AWESOME Ms. Diamond kept me up to date on everything with my move in. I appreciate her & the staff. My boys & I are enjoying our new home! 😊

Megan is the best rental manager anyone could ask for. She is always available via phone or email, and she always responds promptly. When maintenance issues are reported, she will have someone out to your home the same day. I would recommend anyone to rent from this company!!!!

It wasnt easy to find a house to rent when we first came to Bossier City 2 years ago. But once we found Monarch Realty, the search was over. They quickly matched us with our home and it was reasonably priced. Its so convenient to pay our rent on the website and we can report any maintenance issues there as well. When we do have an issue which is rare, the response is quick and complete. They always respect our privacy and set up maintenance visits according to our schedule. It has been an overall great experience! Now, as we contemplate finding a larger home, we know our search will begin with Monarch Realty.

She had my older refrigerator replaced with a newer model before I moved in. North gate apartment are Very cozy apartments especially if you get a upstairs one I like the balcony it’s perfect for a single person couple or small family, the area is very quiet and the apartment is nice, the staff is very friendly but sometimes slow getting things done so if you are in a rush to find somewhere to live make sure that you get a apartment that’s ready to move in Instead if having to wait two weeks for your apartment to be ready like I did.
