Monica’s attention to detail and level of customer service is excellent! She responded to an inquiry on a property that I had liked and although it didn’t work out she offered to assist me to find a place. Who does that? People who care about PROVIDING SOLUTIONS! Not only did Monica ask a few questions to specify the area I’m interested in (I don’t know too much about Houston to begin with), she sent MULTIPLE lists in less than 24hrs. Every property I was interested in, I reached out them and then she contacted them. She emailed me back basically immediately throughout every day. Even when things fell through at places I liked she kept me encouraged and asked what else did I have interest in out of the MULTIPLE lists she sent me. Monica followed up with properties, gave me the name of who she spoke to and told me the TRUTH in DETAIL about their professionalism which I totally trusted. I crossed some places off of my list based on her great CREDIBILITY. Did I say I had less than 3 weeks to find an apartment from when she offered to help me? Monica’s honesty, consistency and professionalism are unmatched!I found an apartment UNDER budget, same quality of living like my former apartment and even closer to freeways.Within 3 days of my deadline to move and LATE on the day of she followed up to make sure things were going okay. I don’t know why someone would not want to work with a real estate agent who had your back. Mind you, I only ever communicated with Monica by email and her customer service was as if I knew her for years. Totally recommend her company to any and everyone! I already made a few recommendations on her behalf to those I know. This may sound like it’s too good to be true and I’m telling this is the truth! Literally no complaints.

Monica was more than helpful during this time of need. Not only have we been in a pandemic but my partner and I had to move to Texas on a short notice with no home to go to. Monica listened to our wants and needs. She gave us MANY options and was on call every step of the way. For us we couldn’t be more grateful and thankful for such help. It took three (3) days for us to completely find/sign and close on a new place of living. (Started on a Saturday night)
