This was by far one of our best experiences with a realtor. Cornelius is patient, personable, and very transparent about his thoughts as we toured homes. He was also very flexible with timing tours and he is extremely quick to respond. When we finally came to a decision on the house we wanted, he went to bat for us, negotiating terms and handling the back and forth with ease. We cant thank him enough for making a normally stressful process extremely easy! -
