A few months ago, I decided I wanted to sell my home and purchase a new one. I had a list of specific requirements and since we would be remain living in the house during the selling process, I needed someone accommodating, with great communication, and knowledgeable to make our family transition smooth. After reading reviews and speaking to a few people I decided to use Reginald as my real estate agent, and I am so grateful I did!!Reginald took the time to explain the process every step of the way and made sure I was comfortable and had a full understanding of the proceedings. He was available every time I reached out with questions and was very knowledgeable about the area and listings.I was able to sell my house quickly and received a great price. Reginald was there every step of the way and negotiated brilliantly on my behalf.When it was time to purchase our new home, Reginald was able to provide me with a concise list of homes that met all of my requirements!! When we viewed our house we knew, WE HAD FOUND THE ONE!! Reginald again was able to bring his excellent negotiation skills to the table, and we couldn’t be happier with the results.I would recommend Reginald to anyone looking to buy a home or sell their existing home. Reginald helped me buy my first house and I couldn’t have picked a better realtor! He understood exactly what I was looking for, and helped me find the perfect house. He is extremely resourceful and his amazing personality only adds to the overall experience. He explains everything in such detail, yet he puts everything in terms that I could understand (as I had no experience purchasing a home). I would choose Reginald again and again, no questions asked.
